Otaqlar çox təmiz, rahat və zövqlə dizayn olunmuşdu. Xüsusilə dam terrasından görünən Trabzon mənzərəsi unudulmaz idi. Personal hər zaman gülərüzlü və yardımsevər davranırdı. Trabzonun mərkəzində həm rahat, həm də sakit bir istirahət üçün əla seçimdir. Məsləhət görürəm ki, resepsiondan uzun göl və hamsiköy turlarına biıet almaq üçün müraciət edin, birbaşa oteldən alıb, tur sonrası otelə qaytarırlar. Yenidən gəlsəm əgər, mütləq bu oteli seçərəm!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

Гостиница расположена в красивом месте, с потрясающими видами. Мы бронировали номер люкс с видом на горы. А по факту нас заселили в номер где был вид из гостиной на море, а две спальни утыкались видом в бетонную стену до которой было около метра. Диван и кресло грязные, прожженные сигаретами.

Trabzon sente-se claramente Como UMA Cidade de nível nacional. Neste Lugar, o hotel TEM tais serviços e saneamentos Muito satisfeitos.Em todos OS aspectos, a única desvantagem é que quando a temperatura exterior é baixa, o hotel VAI fechar o ar frio unificada, embora no interior seja Muito Quente.

The stay was wonderful,
Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic
We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

GGuest UserVery nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

GGuest UserWe were extremely pleased with our stay at the Maritimo Hotel. The hotel is four-star, located on the main road, and its proximity to the airport makes it very easy to get around. The open-air restaurant downstairs is a great advantage. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The breakfast room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was quite rich and delicious. In addition to all these positive aspects, the attentiveness and friendly demeanor of Mr. Sina at the reception made our stay even more enjoyable. He is an extremely polite, helpful, and attentive employee. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location, and service quality. It has become one of our preferred choices for future stays.
