This was one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in for a long time, especially the complimentary coffee in the rooms – something even 5-star hotels often lack. The establishment definitely has a delicious and high-quality breakfast. We highly recommend it.

Great staff. A girl with an almost Russian name Nadia offered us coffee upon check-in. Very friendly staff. Upon request, they brought dry wipes and more wet ones. The hotel is near the road, I asked for a room on the other side and it was quite quiet. If I had known right away that you could see everything in the city in a few hours, I would have stayed here instead of renting the next hotel in the center.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, with stunning views. We booked a suite with a view of the mountains. But in fact, we were accommodated in a room with a view of the sea from the living room, and two bedrooms ran into a concrete wall about a meter away. The sofa and armchair were dirty, burnt by cigarettes.

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.
