We truly enjoyed our stay at Maritimo Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The manager (unfortunately, I forgot his name) helped us book a tour, and Fatma was always there to lend a helping hand whenever we had questions. The room offered a lovely sea view and was spacious enough for three people. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of the people of Trabzon.

كل شئ تمام ماعدا العزل في السقف ضعيف يعني الغرفه الي كنت فيها اذا فتح الماء في الحمام اكرمكم الله الذي في الطابق الاعلى منه يزعجني هذي الملاحظة الوحيدة

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

Номера в отеле супер. У нас почти целая квартира была ) по местоположению не очень - до воды не дойти, Migros далеко. На своем транспорте доехать до пляжа можно ) ценники в ресторане гостиницы дороже чем везде, ну это само собой. Мы брали тут одну ночь чтобы поваляться в красивом номере - это получилось. Бассейн кстати не работал(

Гостиница расположена в красивом месте, с потрясающими видами. Мы бронировали номер люкс с видом на горы. А по факту нас заселили в номер где был вид из гостиной на море, а две спальни утыкались видом в бетонную стену до которой было около метра. Диван и кресло грязные, прожженные сигаретами.

Trabzon sente-se claramente Como UMA Cidade de nível nacional. Neste Lugar, o hotel TEM tais serviços e saneamentos Muito satisfeitos.Em todos OS aspectos, a única desvantagem é que quando a temperatura exterior é baixa, o hotel VAI fechar o ar frio unificada, embora no interior seja Muito Quente.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

GGuest UserVery nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

GGuest UserThe hotel's room looked beautiful, and we had a sharp smell when we entered. I realized that the smell came from the bathroom after a sticking smell, and every time I entered into the toilet or the bathroom needed it, I was seriously infected. We were going to get up late morning because we came by the night, but Arab customers in the side room shouted on the phone It was poisoned as he spoke. (The walls are thin, the voice of the workers and the hosts comes from the doors)

DDAnnaThe hotel is located near the consulate (this is the purpose of arrival) and is very convenient in the center. There is a hall with couchs and seats for waiting/rest, all kind of sympathetic. Frankly speaking, I didn't think much, I was very tired. On the respiratory, said about her reservation and extended her passport. Very friendly and smiling receptionists. I was quickly decorated and settled on the 6th floor in room 607. I didn't expect to see a big bed in the single room, it was very pleasant. It was almost clean (I found some garbage under the table) but overall everything is fine. The room is small but for one person quite! The view from the window is only roof and house, the streets are not visible. All it needed was a bottle of water, I had to go to the shop (but I would probably have been able to call and I would have been brought) on the table there were several bags of tea and coffee with cream. The hearing is high, there were constantly some sounds as if without the end was cleaning or I lived next to the laundry 😅 The view of the room you will see on the photo. Breakfast was not particularly interested in me, as I eat only fruit in the morning, but I still looked there. The usual average breakfast is cheeses, omlets, sausages, olive oils, vegetables, greens and a little baking. Solid coffee and tea in bags. Fruit was not completely 😒 upset. Well in general I estimated 3+ almost 4. I will come to Trabzon, I will probably settle there.
