Hotéis com spa em Zhejiang, China

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste resort, que oferece arquitetura e decoração deslumbrantes, uma convidativa piscina ao ar livre e excelentes e relaxantes fontes termais. Uma menção especial a Max Gu, o funcionário da recepção, que fala inglês fluentemente e é excepcionalmente gentil e prestativo - um verdadeiro trunfo para receber hóspedes internacionais. Algumas coisas precisam ser melhoradas: toalhas de banho eram bastante usadas e a estação de ovos do café da manhã era muito lenta, indicando a necessidade de mais funcionários para ajudar a acelerar o serviço.

A sala é grande e confortável.Também está muito perto da estação ferroviária Wenzhou South.Pode ser alcançado a pé EM Cerca de dez minutos.Chen Yi no escritório frontal do hotel tem um excelente serviço e pode resolver todos OS problemas levantados com atenção. Embora o hotel esteja perto da estação ferroviária Wenzhou South, não parece barulhento. O ambiente geral é quente e tranquilo, e os quartos são limpos e arrumados. Vou escolher novamente na próxima vez.As instalações do hotel são muito avançadas e fazem as pessoas se sentirem muito confortáveis. As camas são limpas e os travesseiros e colchas são muito confortáveis.

Escolhi Yiwu para a viagem inversa do primeiro de Maio, e depois escolhi o hotel número um no Ctrip sem pensar muito. A sala é muito rentável.Eu não esperava que a esse preço no dia de maio, eu pudesse ficar em uma suíte no andar executivo. Mas há muitos detalhes que são um pouco diferentes da qualidade do Shangri-La 1. O banheiro do VIPlounge é na verdade pequeno para homens e mulheres. é compreensível que se não for um feriado prolongado, este hotel é principalmente para o comércio exterior. Para os empresários estrangeiros, espera-se que haja alguma falta de pessoal devido às multidões durante as férias, mas por mais confuso que seja. da porta até a entrada ninguém vai te mostrar um lugar, a não ser depois de muito tempo se registrar na porta para verificar se você reservou o café da manhã, (não sei por que está tão lotado) O registro do café da manhã do hotel é nem mesmo conectados à Internet, por isso contamos com formulários manuais para verificar). Os convidados precisam entrar e encontrar a tia para limpar a mesa e encontrar seus próprios lugares de forma caótica... É como entrar no condado de Shaxian. ... No geral, o trabalho na recepção e no lobby é muito bom. Os funcionários são muito rápidos em seus movimentos. Gostaria de elogiar o concierge por seu salário generoso e mais pró-ativo e entusiasmado. serviço.

It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China.

Viajando com a minha mãe, ela preferiu um quarto com cama king size no pátio, buscando tranquilidade. O prédio 8 está cercado por uma vegetação exuberante, criando uma atmosfera primaveril que é revigorante e relaxante. A limpeza do quarto é impecável. As frutas diárias, especialmente as ameixas, são mais doces e frescas do que as que eu compro. Com uma localização privilegiada no Lago Oeste, a qualidade é inquestionável. Pela manhã, eu e minha mãe caminhamos pela margem do lago, sentindo-nos isoladas do mundo, enquanto do outro lado havia turistas aglomerados, nós desfrutávamos da nossa paz. Elogios especiais aos jovens da equipe de concierge, que foram muito atenciosos ao nos ajudar com as malas assim que chegamos. Também elogio o serviço sorridente da recepcionista e todos os funcionários, incluindo os jardineiros, que sempre nos cumprimentavam com gentileza! Com certeza voltaremos! É uma experiência digna de um hotel para hóspedes de estado!

Very clean and cozy. One of the best hotels I ever visited. Breakfast was good. I reccomend this hotel for everyone who plans to stay at Wenzhou

The location is very good to find, the surrounding travel is very convenient, the health is in place, the facilities are complete, the service is intimate, the overall experience is very good 👍👍👍👍

Excellent Ocean views from our Room. Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more. Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food. Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks. You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby. No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services.

Absolutely love this hotel. Originally I was booked in elsewhere but quickly found out it was unsuitable. So a quick check online here soon resolved it. Best choice I’ve made. Staff is friendly, it’s clean. The beds are so comfortable. The room very modern. Lots of amenities within the hotel. I will definitely book here again
