The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the view was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient transportation, and the breakfast selection was extensive.

Great location and staff, but poor cleanliness I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it. My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown. I hope to have even more memorable experiences the next time I stay at Mövenpick.

The hotel is a modern design not far from the airport. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. In our short stay here during our connection in Amsterdam wasn’t the best. In the room there was quite a bit of background noise causing me and my friend to not be able to get to sleep for a kind while. I turned off the climate control and even removed the card to shut off the electric for the room and there was still a buzzing noise in the background. Upon check in I asked if we could get a wake up call and were told the phones don’t work so just set an alarm on your phone. I also asked if there was a shuttle service to the airport you could avail of as it’s only 10/15 minutes drive and he said no and to just book a taxi on my phone. I found the worker a bit rude. The hotel is a nice vibe has a Nespresso professional machine which provided a lovely coffee during check in but I’d recommend earplugs for your sleep

Great location - short walk to the Muiderpoort station and a 5 mins train ride into Amsterdam Centraal! For the price, the accomodation was very reasonable and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. House keeping comes by everyday so you always have a clean room and towels. A fridge in the room is also very handy. Staff are there 24/7 and very helpful.  The walls are thin, so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear everything, so it could be annoying!  Overall, great stay in Amsterdam!

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the train station and all the main attractions. Both the hotel and the room were spotless and didn't have any strange smells, which was great. The only minor downside was that the music from nearby bars could be a bit loud at night.

Thank you very much for letting us check in early. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly functional. The hotel's location is excellent – about a 10-minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and a 5-minute walk from the train station. It's also not far from the meeting points for day tours. You do have to transfer elevators once, but there was basically no waiting time.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, they even had an iron, which I didn't need but appreciated. There was air conditioning too, which was a relief after staying in hotels elsewhere the previous few nights that didn't even have it. Cleanliness: Spotless and impeccable.

It feels very ”family-friendly” and is surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful retreat. However, keep in mind its location if you plan on visiting the city center frequently. Location & Transport 🚌 Proximity: Conveniently located about 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle: The hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to and from the airport with frequent departures. City Access: There is no direct transport to the city center. To get downtown, you must take the shuttle back to the airport and transfer to a train/bus, call a taxi, or take a local bus to a transit point. It can feel a bit isolated if you don't have a car. Parking 🚗 There is ample parking space available, but please note that it costs approximately €20 per day. Room Quality 🛌 The Good: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the room quality is very satisfying. The Amenities: A bit minimal. They provide the basics (soap, shampoo, and lotion), but no shower caps or other extra vanity kits. You might want to bring your own. Service & Facilities 🍳 Staff: The front desk team is professional and helpful. Breakfast: A highlight! The breakfast spread is good, and the staff are very attentive—constantly clearing plates and keeping the tables clean. This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.
