It was a very good experience. The rooms is clean and modern, the pillow is comfort, bathroom is so spcious, plus welcome drinks in the fridge once checked in. The staffs are always friendly and responsive. Lobby is well decorated, cozy feels like home with touch of artistic design. Surrounding is convenient, there are lots of choice of food, Chagee, 24hr convenience shop are downstair. Only 10-15mins drive to take speedboat to pulau. Only parking is about rm30 per day. No free parking.

I expected a great hotel stay and they delivered. All the staff were lovely. Thank you for that. My only issue is the lack of room information regarding what is available in the hotel. Normally I would expect marketing information and menus for restarunt and bar in the room. The TV does give room service menu but was not required. Fortunately we found Ben, the Concierge in the lobby who very kindly explained what we asked, and provided a map for the area. Very welcome. Thank you very much.

Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu is probably the best place to stay in the entire city, not just for the rooms, but for everything else as well. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service attitude from every single staff member is outstanding, from check-in to housekeeping to restaurant and bar teams. The pool and views on the 23rd floor are amazing, and the gym, while slightly small, has a really nice mountain view. Breakfast offers a great variety, and à la carte options are included at no extra cost, which is a big plus. The bar is excellent, especially during happy hour with buy-one-get-one-free deals on selected drinks. Honestly, the hotel was so comfortable that we barely wanted to leave, even just for a walk outside. Special thanks to Natalie at check-in, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. She even upgraded us from a city-view room to a mountain-view room, which made the stay even more special. At the bar, Alvin was tirelessly explaining the menu and drinks to us, and Yus always greeted us with a warm smile and provided great service, they truly made the experience memorable. If I ever come back to Kota Kinabalu, this would 100% be my place to stay again.

For a start, honestly we were greeted with unfriendly front desk staff… the room allocated to us was not what we had booked and when upon request the room change to what we had booked, the staff gave us a silence treatment… However, during our stay, basically the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Appreciate them to make up the unpleasant experience. The room is spacious and bed is clean. However, certain areas will needed some cleaning and maintenance.

Check in was really smooth and the location is great for walking the city but the noise of the traffic is heavy into the night. So bring ear plugs for your stay. The bathroom was in quite a poor condition, floors not very clean and, the rooms in general more worn than shown on the photos.

Although theree was an error on the booking system at my side...but they solve the problem easily by giving me a room with seaview..(seems to be an upgrade to me) the room is clean and the cleaner did their job really well too by adding more towel rather than change my towel...for the breakfast it's good, though the only problem is their drinks is bland...thats all

Had a wonderful Christmas Eve stay here. I stayed in a golf field view room, which was incredibly peaceful and calming. Even with the golf field view, I could still see parts of the ocean, and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. I spent some time at the pool and was able to enjoy a stunning sunset from there as well, overlooking the pier by the beach — it was truly an amazing view. I ordered room service during my stay and was very impressed with how prompt and friendly the service was. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, and I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub after a long day. Overall, everything felt calm and well taken care of, making it a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

opposite the hotel have few very local kopitiam, good to have the breakfast over there. and, the hotel have a instagramable staircase inside the hotel too.

Ficou EM UMA Sala de vistas para a cidade no Sheraton Kota Kinabalu, MAS ficou satisfeito por ter apanhado um olhar para o Mar Azul Perfeito e até mesmo para a janela de um bônus tão bonito! O MEU Filho GOSTA absolutamente Da piscina no 23o andar.A brisa fresca e a vista 360-degree de Kota Kinabalu fizeram-na especial.A sala de fitness também TEM UMA Grande vista, o que torna o trabalho Mais agradável. O pequeno-almoço de buffet no quinto andar era Muito bom, disponível de 6:30am a 10:30amperfeito para começar o dia com UMA manhã relaxada. Também Quero dar um Grande cudo à equipe de manutenção de casas, e eles deixaram alguns acessórios para trás, e eles me embalaram tudo para me pedir para recolher. Em geral, um estadia maravilhoso e memorável, e certamente voltaria.

Room was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable with 2 pillows each bed. Toilet also very clean and has enough towels for 3 of us. Hotel staff also was very friendly and helpful especially during check in. Breakfast buffet not many choices of food but still enough to make stomach full. Location wise very good. Near to Pasar Philippines and next to Central Point mall. Easy to get anything around there. Had a very pleasant stay and will consider coming back.
