Отель однин из самых бюджетных отелей. Засели быстро, номер был на первом этаже. В номере широкая кровать с удобным матрасом и подушками, есть шкаф для вещей, кажлый день оставляют чай и кофе, есть чайник, воду не дают. Хорошее освещение в номере. Старая душевая, сантехника, горячая вода всегда была. Пляжные полотенца дают. Брали только завтрак, на завтрак совсем нет овощей, из фруктов яблоки, груши, апельсины, арбуз или ананас. Отель расположен близко к пляжу. Территория отеля очень красивая, но очень много кокосов на пальмах и они падают. Персонал отеля очень хороший. Брали машину на весь отпуск, всегда были парковочные места. Вай фай хорошо ловит. В целом отель неплохой, разнообразить бы завтраки овощами, убрать кокосы с пальм, поменять душевые и сантехнику. Еще на территории много кошечек, кто поедет возьмите для них корм.

Отличный красивый отель с приятный инфраструктурой, красивыми видами и теплым морем.
Вкусная разнообразная еда: неделя расписана по разным кухням мира. Очень интересно!
Номер был большой: комната и зал с раскладывающемся диваном. Балкон с невероятным видом на пальмы и море.
Всегда можно перекусить в ресторанах на пляже.
Есть бассейн общий, с отдел нам джакузи, а так же бассейн только для взрослых, без допуска детей.
Уборка номера ежедневного и так же предлагают дополнительно убраться, если есть необходимость.
Из минусов могу отметить только то что вода!!! Обычная вода в ресторане так же за дополнительную плату.
Вопрос нет по напиткам другим, но обычная вода-странно!

Три дня мы провели в этом отеле. Впечатления только положительные. Локация удачная, 10 минут ходьбы до пляжа. И 15 минут до магазинов. Рядом много кафе. Но мы питались в отеле, ребята очень вкусно готовят, красивая подача сочетается с сервисом, с вкусным меню. Ужины нас покорили, изысканные блюда и десерты. На завтрак так же голодным не останешься, тосты, сыр, масло, омлет и йогурты собственного приготовления. В номере убираются ежедневно, белоснежные полотенца, большие номера. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Um hotel muito agradável mesmo em frente à praia. Basta atravessar a rua e já se está na praia. O hotel em si parecia novo, com quartos amplos e renovados de forma moderna. Reservámos um quarto com vista para o mar; o terraço tem vista para a rua, mas não há barulho à noite. Os pequenos-almoços eram razoáveis e seriam mais interessantes se fossem mais variados, por exemplo, com papas de aveia e mais legumes e ervas aromáticas. Serviço excelente e discreto – limpeza diária e funcionários disponíveis 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Recomendo vivamente.

Отличный отель, находится на севера общественного пляжа флик ан флак. 10 минут по берегу до деревьев, где приятная тень. Свой пляж у отеля не приспособлен до купания, но это не проблема - пройти 7-10 минут) еда вкусная, вполне приличная, без особого гурманства. Много индийских влияний в кухне. Сервис отличный - необычную просьбу девушки на ресепшн выполнили, все решили, всех нашли за пару часов и вызвали в отель прям (у нас была фотосессия и мы искали срочно того, кто может заплести афрокосы). Территория очень зеленая, много птиц. Никаких жуков/тараканов, ничего такого, все чисто. Номера не свежак, но вполне. Твердая четверка!

If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, then this is the place for you. A small and cozy hotel surrounded by greenery. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is ordinary, you won’t go hungry, alcohol and water are paid, order from the menu. Beach towels are available for a fee.
There are no cafes or restaurants near the hotels, no shops, 10 minutes walk from the main road. The location will be convenient if you plan to see the sights of the southern or western part of the island.

Останавливались на Маврикии в трёх разных отелях, в разных частях острова, поэтому у нас есть база для сравнения. La Pirogue уверенно стал лучшим из всех. Отель стоит на одном из самых живописных пляжей острова — Флик-ан-Флак. Огромная зелёная территория, приватные бунгало среди пальм, ощущение пространства и уюта. Инфраструктура общая с соседним Sugar Beach: теннисные корты, спортзал, водные активности — всё под рукой. Работа персонала — на уровне отеля премиального уровня. Кухня — отдельный разговор: вкус, подача, ассортимент — без преувеличений, лучшее, что мы пробовали в путешествиях. А-ля карт ужины — must try, особенно морепродукты. Кальмары готовят идеально, без привычной «резины». За питание ставим честную 10 из 10. Как и во всех отелях Маврикия, напитки на ужине — платные, включая воду. Зато на завтраке подают игристое — приятный бонус. Единственный момент, который разочаровал. Заезд пришёлся на мой день рождения, о чём мы заранее уведомили отель при бронировании. Ожидали стандартного комплимента от уровня отеля такого бренда (торт или символический презент). В итоге поздравление пришлось выбивать самостоятельно — несколько звонков, напоминания. Лишь после настойчивости всё организовали. Не критично, но осадок остался.
Несмотря на единичный сбой с поздравлением, отель закрывает ожидания на максимум. Твёрдая 10 из 10 и однозначная рекомендация для тех, кто хочет увидеть Маврикий в лучшем исполнении и достойно провести свои каникулы, не покидая территорию.

Отель безупречен во всем,семейного типа.Шикарные свободные номера,отличная косметика,которая обновляется каждый день Bulgari.Персонал услужливый ,запоминает предпочтения каждого.Очень приветливые,все оперативно делают,предвосхищая ожидания требовательного клиента.Территория зеленая небольшая,единственный минус это океан был с мутной водой ,огорожен крупным камнем .Мы снимали несколько номеров ,все остались довольны очень.Переехали в соседний отель,так как начинались уже дни командировки в 2-х км,Sugar Beach,океан прекрасен,длинная полоса пляжная ,огромная территория .А вот такого отношения клиентоориентированного нет,все тебя не замечают ,номерной фонд отаратный ,идет реконструкция отеля отдельных корпусов,стучат и им все равно на отдыхающих,сразу захотелось вернуться. Поэтому спасибо за радушный теплый прием! Мы вернемся обязательно на этот прекрасный остров и его западную часть- самую идеальную в части погоды. 😇

A equipe surpreendeu minha esposa com UMA celebração de aniversário, embora nunca lhes tenha informado sobre um gesto pensante que realmente reflete a hospitalidade.
Depois de passar 10 dias em Maurícia e ficar em 3 diferentes alojamentos em toda a ilha, esta foi, de longe, a melhor coisa.Se voltarmos para Maurícia, esta será a nossa primeira e única escolha.
O resort é calmo, confortável e oferece grande privacidade.O pessoal é extremamente profissional e gentil.Há quatro restaurantes diferentes, um spa e várias excelentes instalações.
É o Melhor recomendado.

酒店有自己的沙灘和船屋，皮划艇、槳板是最愛，帆板沒時間用有點可惜。追海豚🐬可以在酒店訂，沙灘直接上艇，很方便。
訂了每日早晚餐，晚餐自助天天換主題，看着日落吃晚飯，很舒服。
服務不錯，健身房設施齊。房間不放瓶裝水，灌水點很多，環保又方便，挺好的理念。
典型的度假風格酒店。

ЮЮлия АнфаловаThis hotel is one of the most budget-friendly options. We checked in quickly, and our room was on the ground floor. The room had a wide bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, a wardrobe, and tea and coffee were left daily. There was a kettle, but no water was provided. The room was well-lit. The shower and plumbing were old, but there was always hot water. Beach towels were provided. We only had breakfast, but there were no vegetables at all. Fruit options included apples, pears, oranges, watermelon, and pineapple. The hotel is close to the beach. The grounds are very beautiful, but there are a lot of coconuts on the palm trees, and they fall. The hotel staff was very friendly. We rented a car for the entire vacation, and there was always parking. The WiFi was good. Overall, the hotel is not bad; they could add vegetables to the breakfast menu, remove the coconuts from the palm trees, and replace the showers and plumbing. There are also a lot of cats on the grounds; if you go, bring cat food.

GGuest UserGood hotel with beautiful territory. The first impression was excellent: we stayed for 1 night and decided to prolong our stay for 2 more nights. The room was nicely furnished, everything was clean and new. The breakfast was ok, nothing special .
The first disappointment we faced next day: our new room was of a higher category and more expensive. We got an extra bed, but there was no sun in the room because of the shadow of the nearest building. The TV, fridge, kettle, safe, chairs on the terrace were rather old-fashioned. There was a room with cleaning supplies near us and it was a bit noisy half of the day. We decided to go to swim, but the beach towels were finished and we have to wait for 10 minutes. Probably we were jusr unlucky, but the first impression was much better.

GGuest UserWe were honestly disappointed with this hotel.
First of all, they tried to cheat us at check-in and put us in a room a class smaller than what we booked.
Even though we'd paid 100,000₽ more to get a bungalow on the beach and a larger room.
The next downside was the food. We booked with three meals a day, but it turned out to be a complete circus. We were told breakfast and lunch would be in restaurant number 1, and dinner had to be booked in advance at restaurants 7 and 10.
In the end, breakfast was indeed in restaurant number 1, but we couldn't find lunch there. We went to ask at reception, and they said lunch was in another restaurant from 3 to 5. It was 3:10. We went to this restaurant and were told that lunch was free until 3 (meaning it was included in our rate), but after 3 you had to pay. What nonsense.
The restaurant selection was also pathetic.
And for dinner, drinks were completely paid for; even regular tea required payment.
And at breakfast They only have black tea in a teapot, and it's not tea, it's undrinkable. We ended up going to breakfast with our tea bag.
And the last thing that left a bad impression was the staff cleaning the room. We left the room and left the ”Do Not Disturb” sign, which in all hotels means no cleaning is needed. We left for a couple of hours, came back to find our room cleaned, and for an hour we couldn't find some of our things, like our charger—why they put it in the drawer next to the refrigerator.
And the worst part is, they stole our glass and never returned it! We had our glass with us, which we always use for coffee, and during cleaning, they took it, probably thinking it was theirs, and then said they'd return it, but they never did! It's a disgrace!
The only good things are the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and a nice, uncrowded beach.

AAnonymous UserWe had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The team surprised my wife with a lovely birthday celebration even though we never informed them — a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects their hospitality.
After spending 10 days in Mauritius and staying in 3 different resorts across the island, this was by far the best. If we return to Mauritius, this will be our first and only choice.
The resort is calm, comfortable, and offers great privacy. The staff are extremely professional and kind. There are four diverse restaurants, a spa, and several excellent facilities.
Simply the best — highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel is impeccable in everything, family type. Chic available rooms, excellent cosmetics, which are updated every day by Bulgari. The staff is helpful, remembers everyone's preferences. Very friendly, they do everything quickly, anticipating the expectations of a demanding client. The territory is green and small, the only negative is the ocean muddy water, fenced with a large stone. We rented several rooms, everyone was very pleased. We moved to a neighboring hotel, since the days of a business trip had already begun, 2 km away, Sugar Beach, the ocean is beautiful, a long strip of beach, a huge territory. And here’s this There is no customer-oriented relationship, everyone doesn’t notice you, the number of rooms is huge, the hotel is reconstructing individual buildings, they knock and they don’t care about the vacationers, I immediately wanted to come back. So thank you for your warm welcome! We will definitely return to this beautiful island and its western part, which has the most ideal weather. 😇

Even though breakfast and dinner were included, we couldn't get enough to eat because there was nothing appealing! We ended up paying an extra $500 on site to upgrade to a suite. The reason given was that our original room type couldn't accommodate two adults and two children. So, we had already paid over 3799 RMB in China, and then had to add another $465 locally just to get a room. Luckily, we brought some emergency funds, otherwise, hahaha! We don't particularly recommend it, haha.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel:
1. When checking in, my boyfriend asked the staff to take him to find out where the restroom and gym are, but the staff said he was too nosy (my boyfriend's English is not very good, maybe the staff thought he couldn't understand).
2. When I asked the waiter for ice cubes during dinner, a waiter named Gopee refused to give it to me.
3. I wanted to make a cup of instant noodles in the evening, so I went to the restaurant to ask if there was hot water. Both staff told me that the coffee machine at the bar could get hot water. Suddenly Gopee appeared behind me (I didn't see him when I entered the restaurant, nor did I ask him, I don't know why he knew someone wanted to get hot water), and didn't let me use the coffee machine to get hot water, because ”the coffee machine is too fragile for hot water”.
4. Many waiters like to say ”you are not allowed...”, which makes people uncomfortable. I spend a lot of money to stay in a resort hotel, and I still need to be allowed to do sth everywhere?
5. In short, the hotel is very close to the whale-chasing pier and the bird park, and Sugar Beach is the most expensive of the nearby hotels. I chose this hotel because I would expect such a hotel to have relatively satisfactory services. It is undeniable that the hotel still has very enthusiastic and good-mannered employees, but overall, compared with many hotels of the same level I have stayed in, the service of this hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. We also stayed at Lux Grand Bay this time, and the service of Lux is much better in comparison.
The hotel management is chaotic:
1. The restaurant does not allow you to bring your own drinks. It is not direct, but roundabout, and many waiters in the restaurant do not know the restaurant's rules: I stayed at Sugar Beach for three days, and I brought my own drinks for dinner. When I checked in and had meals in the first two days, many waiters saw our drinks, but no one ever told us that we could not bring our own drinks for dinner. On the last day, I was suddenly told ”no plastic on the table” (because the drinks were in plastic bottles). We asked other waiters if there was a ”no plastic on the table” rule, and they all said they had never heard of it. Finally, we asked the restaurant manager, who first said that there was indeed a rule that the restaurant could not use plastic because of the company's ”environmental protection requirements”. I said that I could bring drinks in glass bottles, and the restaurant manager said that the restaurant did not allow you to bring your own drinks, and I could not enjoy your own drinks anywhere outside my room. I can understand the restaurant's ”environmental protection requirements” and the desire to gain more revenue through drinks, but you should be informed in advance that you cannot bring your own drinks, and you can explain it directly, instead of first telling me that I cannot drink my own drinks with the reason of ”no plastic on the table”, and finally asking layer by layer to tell me that the final reason is that the restaurant does not allow you to bring your own drinks.

1. The bottled water in the hotel is very unpalatable and tastes like tap water
2. There are a lot of flies when eating, and birds will snatch food (it is understandable that there are a lot of insects on the island, but there are still many hotels that can control insects very well; the problem of birds is okay on the dining table, just pay attention to it yourself, but I saw birds flying to the dining area and eating the bread in the dining area directly, which is still a bit unhygienic)

EEclips23Very pleasant hotel right across the beach. Literally cross the road - and you're already on the beach. The hotel itself has given the impression of new, large rooms with modern repair. We booked a room with ocean view, its terrace goes straight to the road, but no noise at night. Good breakfasts that would be more interesting if you diversified them, for example, with cashiers and a lot of vegetables and greens. Excellent non-invasive service - daily cleaning, any time of day you can get help from hotel staff. Recommended for visiting.
