宿泊が8階だったということもあり、見晴らしは最高でした 部屋も落ち着いた感じでゆったりとできました ベッドも低めになっていたので子供や足の弱い方にも配慮してあるなって感じました ただ、お風呂の湯船の高さがもう少し低ければ､､､ 朝食はいつもパンとサラダ、おかず少々にコーヒーと決めているので 和食の方が選べるな～って感じでしたね

My biggest mistake of this trip to Yamagata is to book this hotel. It's a good hotel but it's in the middle of nowhere. You will want to stay around the city of Yamagata province which is also called Yamagata city just so you can get to famous tourist spots. However this is 4 hours away from all of these. I had to book another hotel so I can stay 1 day in the city when I wanted to visit these places and the traveling time just completely made me exhausted. It took like 1 day to go to a place and 1 day to go back. It was so terrible, I was crying. This place is closed to Shonai airport not Yamagata airport so I also had to book another flight from Shonai. I wasted so much money for transportation. It was such a terrible experience. However the hotel is incredibly beautiful with smart design in everything. I loved the onsen very much. If it was just a vacation/restcation for relaxing purpose or isolate yourself from the human word, it's the best choice for you. Since its in the middle of the endless rice field, there is nothing to eat except for paying very high price to eat at the hotel's restaurant. And the food was just okay. The beauty of this hotel was like a trap. Its like I was blind from its beauty and couldn't see all other disavantages.

It’s quite a big hotel, 3 buildings are connected and there are many rooms. The rooms are a bit outdated but still maintained well. Service was good and flexible. Transportation to the village is quite necessary when the roads are covered by snow, especially with luggage. They have free shuttle bus which is great. Best parts: 1. Dinner semi-buffet has unlimited alcoholic beverages including local sake, draft beer and wines. 2. Ski & board rental shop is right outside of the hotel. Although hotel only accept cash for the lift ticket, you can rent the gear (rental shop accepts credit card) and ski down the hill (20sec) to the cable ticket counter to buy ticket, pay by credit card. The location has lifts 5,6 and cable 4

kids play area helps my kid away from watching ipad. the staff is amazing. Meal is ok only, not as good as others but the price tag is much lower. and central location is its best selling point to me! I recommend.

Embora seja um hotel Muito velho, ele é Muito limpo. Embora as ratas de Xiaogang não sejam Muito bons, eles são Muito gentis e Querem responder com cuidado a todas as nossas perguntas. Neste Lugar do Tianjin, o hotel é Muito bom

Há diferentes ofertas de vinhos o dia todo e gosta de beber.O círculo de crédito também é Muito promocional, vale a Pena experimentar.Todo o hotel é altamente sensível à arte. A insuficiência do Campo de Grandes terras é um edifício de paisagem, e sente-se estranho.

Fantastic location, the hotel is in the Yamagata Station itself. Zao Station is outside the hotel. We went to Ginzan Onsen via JR to Oishida Station., it just took 40 minutes. There is a shopping centre called S-Pal, very convenient. I will re-book the hotel when returning to Yamagata. Recommended 👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰

Este é um hotel Muito bonito.Adorado por todos OS cantos.Um pouco velho.Mas o serviço e localização fazem dele um BOM lugar para ficar.Perto Da estação de autocarro Shinjo por 20 minutos.É um BOM lugar para ficar se você VAI para o ginzan onsen. Eles têm autocarro para a estação Shinjo do hotel.Eles têm izakaya no interior do hotel.O Pessoal é Grande e útil.Recomendamos que fiquem.

お料理は量がたっぷりでお腹いっぱいになりました。鯛の塩焼きと兜焼きは特に美味しく大満足でしたが、それらを食べてる間に鍋がすっかり冷めてしまったので、お鍋に火をつけるタイミングは客の自由にしてもらえるといいなと思いました。露天風呂が強風のため利用できず残念でしたが、夫によると男性用は入れたそうです。 お部屋はオーシャンビューで気持ち良かったですが、とにかく暑くて暑くて… チェックインして部屋に入った途端 「あっつぅぅ！！」となりましたがエアコンの設定を触れないタイプ（各部屋でエアコン調整不可）で、着いた途端 窓を開けました。ですが2月の山形、外は雪、ずっと開けていると寒いですし温度調整が難しかったです。それでも窓を閉めると本当に暑くて、夜は窓をほんの少し開けて寝ました。少し開けた窓からビュービュー鳴る風音とサッシのがたつく音が気になってあまり眠れなかったのが残念です。改善していただきたいです。
