The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Tem um ótimo custo-benefício, é muito bem localizado perto do aeroporto e o hotel fica ao lado de uma avenida principal. Por esse preço, uma suíte com um layout tão espaçoso é realmente rara na América do Sul. Tem até uma cozinha americana, para você preparar suas próprias refeições à noite. Para um chinês como eu, poder saborear uma refeição chinesa quente em um país estrangeiro é incrivelmente reconfortante 😋👍

Não é pior do que hotéis cinco estrelas de redes internacionais. Muito bom, exceto pelas instalações antigas dos quartos.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Good service with shuttle bus to airport 24-7 every 30 minutes, with the driving time no longer than 5 minutes. Uber to Monseratta takes 20 minutes and around 30000 pesos

O pessoal conseguiu jogar com o aquecedor de água para baixar a flutuação para um nível aceitável, e espero que o problema seja apenas para o quarto que ficámos. O chão Pode ser limpo de forma adequada, e o cabelo Pode ser encontrado EM diferentes partes do chão.

It's a place full of kind people who help you at any time. Most of the crew if not all speak English or are willing to look for the way to serve you. great choice.

O hotel tinha uma localização perfeita, perto de todos os grandes centros comerciais e outra vantagem era que era muito limpo. O serviço de quarto sempre foi de alto padrão e consistente, no entanto, foi uma grande decepção que o hotel não comunicou que o spa / piscina na foto não estava disponível durante toda a minha estadia. Se não me engano, deve ser comunicado claramente aos hóspedes antes de aceitar reservas se as comodidades incluídas não estiverem disponíveis, especialmente se por longos períodos. Além disso, se o spa não estiver disponível, o elevador e o nível do spa não deverão estar disponíveis para os hóspedes deslizarem para esse nível. Fui inspecioná-lo (sem saber que estava sendo reformado) e fiquei preso no nível, pois não há botões para voltar.. Altamente recomendado, no entanto, seria bom se o hotel fosse um pouco mais cuidadoso em relação à comunicação aos hóspedes sobre a renovação do spa e por quanto tempo ele está sendo consertado + não permitir o acesso até esse nível se não houver como voltar atrás

Amazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.
