Arrived in the first room to find what looked blood on the floor in the room. Promptly changed via reception. Air conditioning on our floor was broken and fixed on the second day but a bad night due to hitting 26 degrees in the room and an extremely hard and uncomfortable bed New topper fitted and a sheet and fan left by housekeeping made for a better second night's sleep. The new room had a bouncy floor in the bathroom due to the grouting being broken and missing letting water in. Both rooms had sinks that where crazy cracked and with black in the cracks Shower leaked on the hose Some channels not available on the free view tv Power cables where exposed on the wall lights Corridor carpets are tired and dirty with lots of black marks and bleach spots from housekeeping The window in the rooms where tiny and the room lighting is quite poor Breakfast was fine usual continental and fried available With fruit yoghurt lovely view of lincon Enjoyed the stay once the room was sorted and changed But I did expect better and would have preferred not to have complained

Service was great. Food was great. Facilities were clean and tidy. The overall experience was excellent. Would definitely patronise this service any day, any time. Thank you.

We stayed only for two nights. I guess the hotel is very old and the floor is very uneven. Whole room is slanted to one side. Kind of weird but ok. We tried the hotel restaurant and the food was very nice. Parking is also quite secured.

Bed was alright, shower was good. Room was clean, and had a microwave.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at Belton Woods Hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food especially the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. During our stay we used the pool and spa facilities which were all very clean, the pool was nice and warm and large enough for doing few lengths without getting in to anyone's way.

The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. The self-service breakfast was plentiful and hygienic. The hotel lobby was comfortable, with a bar where you could enjoy a drink in the evening while watching sports or tv shows. The room was clean and tidy. The parking lot charges a fee, but I arrived on Saturday night and was able to park on the street for free until Sunday, so it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

The hotel is an old English-style hotel. The room and bathroom are large. The bathroom faucet is difficult to control. After the electric kettle is opened, it is not dare to use it. It is necessary to pick up the luggage and make a sound on the wooden building. There are big supermarkets and places to buy food nearby. Convenience

Se estou honesto, este hotel não é um grande valor para o dinheiro.A sala era pequena, não muito limpa, a cama era incómoda e odorosa (Eu sei que eles fazem uma grande coisa sobre ser um hotel/hotel desde 1203 - mas eu não quero o cheiro daquela era também). Já fiquei aqui antes e era muito melhor (ou pelo menos a sala que estava em era melhor).Por isso, não vou ficar aqui no futuro.

É bonito e VAI voltar.
