Great location, lots of food around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The front desk service is friendly and I will come again next time! A very cost-effective hotel with complete facilities at an affordable price. The breakfast is rich and can satisfy different tastes. The staff is very considerate and the experience is great. The hotel environment is elegant, quiet and comfortable. The room is large, warmly decorated and full of details. The service staff is always available and responsive, and must be praised!

My friends and I booked three rooms for this trip, and the experience was truly amazing! The room was clean and tidy, with great lighting, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep after the journey from low altitude to high altitude. The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the local snacks, which were a pleasant surprise. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the quality is evident in every detail. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and the food is delicious. Fitness and leisure facilities are all available. Here, you can enjoy the bustling city and find a quiet place. Every experience is impeccable. It is a five-star hotel and worth coming again!

Facilities: The facilities were decent – quite new and well-equipped. There's no air conditioning, but this was disclosed at the time of booking, and honestly, with the current weather, we didn't need it for a good night's sleep. Plus, the parking lot is huge. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. Environment: The living environment was great, and the area around the hotel is quite peaceful. Being on the 15th floor, I had no trouble getting a good night's rest. Service: Service was excellent – the staff were very welcoming and always happy to help with any questions. We even received a complimentary room upgrade and a free breakfast for our child, which was much appreciated!

For the past two years, I've visited Xining almost annually for work, and Qinghai Hotel has always been my one and only choice for accommodation. What makes it stand out are the incredibly welcoming staff, the plentiful and delicious breakfast, the warm and comfortable rooms, and, most importantly, the truly comfortable beds and bedding. This time, taking advantage of a holiday, my friends and I set off from Lanzhou for a spontaneous Gansu-Qinghai Grand Loop road trip. We were on the road early mornings and late nights every day, so by the time we reached Qinghai Hotel for the night, I slept soundly from 11 PM until 8 AM. It was exactly what I needed to truly recover and shake off the fatigue.

It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

After staying, I felt that my choice was correct. I really admire the hotel's service staff. I didn't say anything and took our 3 26-inch suitcases and 2 people to the third floor in one breath (at least the 4th floor in our south, because the hotel on the second floor also made a western restaurant, coffee bar). I want to especially like the staff service attitude, the friend is a bit high, immediately send the oxygen pillow, and teach us how to use it. In short, it is the most comfortable and experienced hotel in my Gannan trip!

The staff at this hostel is very kind hearted and welcoming — we even received a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The interior is cozy and the location is also great, with a nearby bus stop, multiple restaurants and a supermarket.

In Qumalai, this place is definitely the best hotel. There is a dining downstairs. The boss is from Sichuan. Although there is no elevator, the luggage helps to mention the upstairs. The sheets are lightly washed powder. There is a water dispenser on each floor. The restaurant downstairs is Ipad order, there are many varieties of dishes, and the kitchen is very clean. The dishes taste good too.

The hotel has a good location and convenient parking. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, especially the front desk service attitude is good. The facilities are complete, the cost performance is very high, and the stay experience is good.
