We had such a great time couple days the winds were high, but we didn’t let that spoil our vacation. The sun was out that’s the most important thing in the temperature was in the 70s and 80s and so perfect for people from Seattle Washington rainbows you know it’s a tropical area so the rainbows appear in the sky just so beautiful fireworks on Friday night was outstanding. Looks like all of Waikiki came to look And we stayed in the Tapa building and ocean view just outstanding. The restaurants to Bali was fabulous. The restaurants are on the street level was fantastic and we walked around the city and experience various type of cuisine. This is an outstanding vacation seven days and my wife and I are so glad that we have mobility and at our age so we could really enjoy the beach. Enjoy the catamaran enjoy just walking around the city shopping and so just outstanding. We look forward to another vacation like that. 

Ocean front is nice. Bidet is really useful! But i think the room is kinda small. The location is great as you have a lot of chance to go for shopping!!!

I have an issue with this hotel. The power went out. I use a medical device to sleep and I told him I cannot stay in the room to sleep first of all. There’s no air conditioner in Hawaii is very hot number two. I sleep with the medical CPAP machine, so I cannot sleep without that machine. How do they expect me to stay in this room? I checked out of the hotel they told me they would give me a full refund and now they are going back on their word and not refunding my money this is ridiculous.

I booked this hotel three times between Ctrip and Qunar, because the price dropped the closer I got. The location of the hotel is indeed good, the room is large, the balcony has a good view, and it is very comfortable to use. Although the hotel is large, the elevator is very fast, and getting in and out is not as troublesome as some reviews said. The only inconvenience was that I checked out of the room that day, stored my luggage and went shopping. When I came back, I found that on the check-in floor on the second floor, all toilets required swiping a room card to enter, OMG. Later, I went to the change room where the third-floor swimming pool is located. There is no need to swipe the room card there. It’s very close to Marugame Udon, a popular udon restaurant. The “Mai*” matcha ice cream next to it is also good. You can try the purple potato balls in Duke Lane. The local poke bowl is worth a try.

The room is very big, the service staff are very enthusiastic, the hotel has a kettle, which is the only hotel with a kettle in our Hawaii trip. The price of the hotel including breakfast is also very good, and the high-rise mountain view room has an unbeatable mountain view! Recommended

Although it is not the main beach of Waikiki, it is less crowded and has big waves, which is suitable for family outings. The hotel front desk service is good, and early check-in can be arranged. The relevant matters are informed in detail. The cleaning lady is very enthusiastic and helps to solve the room problem. The overall hygiene is OK. There is an ABC store downstairs where you can buy things. The monkey kitchen has enthusiastic service and moderate prices. There is a circle of seats along the beach with a good view. The hotel can store luggage for free, and there are many places to rest in the lobby, and the seats are also comfortable. The hotel front desk can upgrade to a partial sea view room for about $24 a day. This room type comes with a small balcony. Sitting on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the sea view and watch the resident singers singing is very atmospheric; the hotel provides kettles, you need to go to the corridor to get water, which is quite self-service, and ice cubes are also provided; toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, etc. are not provided proactively, you need to ask the front desk; the house was not cleaned proactively during the two-day stay, so call the front desk if you need it; the hotel has its own outdoor swimming pool, which is mainly played by children; the front desk will give beach towel cards, so you don’t need to bring your own towels when going to the beach or swimming; some rooms in the hotel seem to be under renovation, and the electric drill is very noisy in the morning. In short, the overall cost performance is good, the service is enthusiastic, and the corresponding hardware and software are in place.

The hotel will give you a small kettle and a welcome shell necklace. The hotel staff is very friendly. Andre from the housekeeping department took me upstairs and downstairs to help me. He was afraid that I couldn't find the ice machine on the floor. The only bad experience was that there was a protest by their temporary workers at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. Because the hotel does not sign contracts with them, they are all temporary workers. The hotel's catering is very average. The pork ribs are a bit overcooked. Sitting in the hotel yard, you can see manta rays eating. Parking is $30 per day and valet parking is $40. It's a bit expensive, but I still recommend it when I see a discount. We have stayed in several Kona hotels and this one has the best value for money.

Booked another stay the Marriott, my go-to when heading to Oahu. Location is fantastic for the beach, and I don’t mind the walk to the International Marketplace or Royal Hawaiian Center for shopping and dining because you really get to see so much going on. Room was clean and surprisingly even though I booked a city view room, I still had a partial ocean view.

Very central and staff are very accommodating, the only hassle was that I had to wait until 2.30pm after arriving at 5.50am and I was very tired after travelling from Australia. Check in time was 3pm so I do appreciate the half hour earlier check in, next time I will add an extra day. The staff were also very polite from the front desk to housekeeping, a very nice place to stay at Ohia Waikiki Beach indeed.

Don’t expect much apart from the location. They should not call their kids paddling pool as a swimming pool, charging resort fee for just providing chairs and umbrella for you to take them all the way, 10mins of walk to a public beach.

Location is super good, convenient to walk to anywhere in Waikiki. Valet parking staffs are great and kind of Japanese-style friendly, however the reception desk staff seemed always busy. Room is small and has a smell, maybe due to the oldness of the air conditioning and the building. You need to open the windows to ventilation every day. But the shower is incredibly good, like a hotel bathroom in Japan. Good and powerful water stream, feels like a waterfall and a hot spring. The shower is a huge plus, kind of the best in the US.

The hotel is located right on the shoreline with walkable access to many restaurants nearby. It’s also a convenient 20 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessities. The only downside is the nearby pubs open late into the night; you will hear people screaming/yelling and karaoke until about 1am. If you are on a lower floor, the waves crashing against the shore can get rough and loud depending on the tides/weather.

Good, good, good, the best hotel in Hilo, the service is also good, I checked in a long time in advance and they gave me a room, and there were also drink coupons and other things, and they also gave me a free room upgrade. The scenery is also good. I like it

Delightful hotel in a prime location: surrounded on a peninsula of sorts by lagoons/“ponds” filled with wildlife like herons, turtles, and fish. Each morning there are people fishing and enjoying the park next door and the pool is situated to enjoy all of this beauty. The rooms are basic and dated but you have what you need and if you have a relaxed Hilo mindset you’ll probably enjoy the 60s tropical vibe as much as we did! Very basic continental breakfast (bread and fruit only), but an okay-looking restaurant on site. There is also a small party/liquor store and a gift shop. Advice on how to make your experience feel like a resort: - book room 416 or something around there: one with a balcony in the Oceanside. - grab some meats and cheeses from the supermarket and if you can, hard boiled eggs or the like to supplement your breakfasts (there’s a fridge in your room and you can put your continental breakfast from the hotel in a To Go container that you re use each day). -get up early each day to have breakfast in the balcony and enjoy your view a couple hours before the day’s activities. So special and relaxing!

At the end a lady came by and changed the towels. We didn’t put any DNB sign on so it was entirely upto your handling, not upto our expectation for Marriott group in this regards

The hotel's location is unique, but it still takes more than half an hour's drive from the attractions. I booked a twin room with sea view. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a partial sea view room. I felt something was not right on the spot, so I immediately took out the order to check. , pretending to look for it for a long time before saying it was a mistake. But you have to pick it up after 16:00. Okay, so we went to the scenic spot first and came back to get a room in the evening. When we came back in the evening, we got a room that was super far away, and we could see that it was all houses (as shown in Figure 1). It seemed to be no different from the partial sea view? I responded to Ctrip and said that I need to contact the agent. The agent contacted me for a long time and said that the resort fee will be waived for the last 2 days of the 3 days and a hotel voucher of 100 US dollars... I can only admit it. The entire hotel environment is still very beautiful. I don’t know if it is targeted at China. I'm very impatient when I ask the guest room to pick up something and throw it away. In addition, the children's swimming pool is being renovated and the dust is very big. Anyway, I will definitely not come here next time in Oshima. It is more convenient to book a hotel near Captain Cook directly.

This hotel was a very affordable option that throws you right in the heart of Banyan Drive near other hotels. I believe you receive the full Hilo experience when you room at Reed’s Bay because they treat you like ʻohana, or family. I enjoyed my time spent there, and I would highly recommend this hospitable hotel.

The room facilities and scenery can be said to be top-notch in Hawaii, but the hotel service is incredibly bad. The front desk staff was arrogant and rude (I don't know if it was racial discrimination). They did not inform me of the credit card authorization when I checked in, and charged 2 authorizations of 400 and 700 US dollars. The money has not been recovered yet. When I checked out, I needed a shuttle bus to go to the villa to pick up my luggage. I called for 25 minutes but no one answered. Later, I called the room service staff to call the shuttle bus. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel. The service staff in the light meal restaurant is relatively friendly, while the service staff in the formal restaurant is very rude. You have to pour water/wine by yourself. After the appetizers, the champagne was not served. I suggest that babies who can't stand being bullied should not go there, because they will really be bullied by the staff inside. Also, the snacks in the room minibar are expired.

The shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall was $5 one way, so I walked there (just over 20 minutes). The room was spacious, but the water flow in the bathtub was not so good. From the room, you could see the golf course and the sea. The grounds are large, so I got up early in the morning and took a walk, which felt great. The best spots to see the sunset were written on the map of the grounds, so I was able to see a really beautiful sunset. There were sea turtles and dolphins, and a fun pool, so I had a wonderful time.

Located in the center of Kyle Acona, the location is very convenient as you can reach the beautiful cityscape in a few minutes walk. The cleanliness of the room was a bad thing and there was no special concern. It was a family trip of four, so I was grateful that there were two washrooms when preparing for the morning. Breakfast is included, but breakfast is outside and the hygiene side is a little concerned. Honolulu is a city that is not exotic because there are many Japanese people, but Kona is not so good, and most of the year is blessed with the weather, which is said to be a sunny town. I think it's just right for people who are planning to go to Kona and want to sleep in the hotel.

The Condo was in good condition, could’ve used new carpet and paint touch up but despite that very clean!!! The size the condo was perfect and we could see the ocean from the patio doors. The kitchen was well serviced with clean nice dishes. The washer/dryer was a fabulous feature we used!! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was including and easy to find. Condo was close to Kona Inn shopping and the bypass road used for Hwy 11. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! The guest book in the condo to write your own entry was so fun to read what other guests had done!!
