Great location breakfast was ok passable. The place is a little dated. The costs in waikkiki are through the roof crazy. Not a fan of hawaii. Gold coast Aus is way better.

I had a wonderful stay here. Every morning, I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with a view of the lagoon and the ocean — it was absolutely beautiful. The building is a bit dated, but it is undergoing renovations, and even so, the property has five swimming pools, a lagoon, and easy beach access, which I really appreciated. One downside was that I was assigned a room in the Rainbow Tower with a connecting door. The noise from the neighboring room came through very clearly, almost as if it were in my own room, and the soundproofing was poor due to the connecting door. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main Waikiki area, which felt a little far but still manageable on foot. Overall, I really enjoyed the facilities, the pools, and especially the lagoon.

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável no Hotel La Croix, que fica a uma curta distância da praia. Quando chegamos lá, perguntamos se poderíamos ficar em um quarto com vista e, inicialmente, nos disseram que nosso quarto inicialmente atribuído era no andar inferior e tinha vista para a construção. O gerente se ofereceu para nos fazer um upgrade por uma taxa para um quarto no andar superior. Tem uma vista muito bonita da praia, mas como o quarto tem 2 janelas, o outro lado ainda tem vista para a construção. As camas são confortáveis ​​e o quarto tem tudo o que precisamos. Por causa do upgrade, recebemos acesso ao quarto Monkey pod, que fornecia água mineral, bebidas enlatadas e lanches gratuitos. No geral, tivemos uma estadia agradável lá. Não conseguimos aproveitar a piscina, mas também é bom que o hotel tenha uma loja ABC no andar de baixo e café gratuito pela manhã no saguão.

Adoramos nossa estadia! 🌴 A equipe foi muito acolhedora e tudo estava perfeitamente organizado. A piscina infinita com vista para o mar era absolutamente deslumbrante, e a música ao vivo à noite criou uma atmosfera mágica. Um lugar maravilhoso para relaxar, tudo foi simplesmente perfeito! 💫

Very clean, great service. The staff are always helpful, smiling and friendly. They give good advice on tourist attractions and local shops to visit. I only ever stay here when I visit Honolulu.

I usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went. I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold. My only little gripe was in the bathroom, there weren’t any shampoos or conditioners or body wash in the tub like other hotels. Can’t say much for service since I was only there for a day but the employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

The hotel is located right on the shoreline with walkable access to many restaurants nearby. It’s also a convenient 20 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessities. The only downside is the nearby pubs open late into the night; you will hear people screaming/yelling and karaoke until about 1am. If you are on a lower floor, the waves crashing against the shore can get rough and loud depending on the tides/weather.

É um pouco tarde Quando a reserva FOI feita. Naquela época, dois tipos de reservas foram divididos. Finalmente, Quando o hotel continua, o hotel continuou para nós o modelo original. Não precisamos Pagar Mais bagagens para mudar de quarto, louvável!

Check in time was 3pm however my flight arrived mid morning & hotel kindly let me check in immediately upon arrival around 11am Room was very comfortable but no shower cap or other amenities offered Location is slightly out of the centre with a 5 block walk which was tiring however staff were lovely except the travel desk staff member who was very rude & chomping on an orange whilst talking to you & not helpful

首先誇一下攜程的客服。入住當天到了酒店説訂單沒有收到，聯繫了攜程客服在30分鐘以內就解決了，當時國內應該是凌晨，真的很感謝客服的速度。 酒店的話就是比較新，訂的海景房景色很不錯。然後前台還是很友好的，有什麼問題都可以很快解決。航班是當地時間早上到的，但馬上就給入住了，還主動幫忙積了萬豪的分。 最大的問題是Housekeeping。入住當天就感覺床單不是新的，在床尾可以看到一點點鞋印和頭髮。但當天實在太累了就沒有管。第二天打算泡澡的時候發現浴缸壁上都是泥，很明顯就沒有擦過。 在打掃阿姨進來的時候要求了換床單和擦浴缸。老太太告訴我説換床單要和前台申請。於是出門的時候又和前台説了床單和浴缸的事，但前台的反應明顯就是打掃的人應該要自動換床單。。。然後晚上回來以後發現床單是換過了，但浴缸還是沒有打掃！！！可能因為我前晚自己稍微擦了一下，打掃的人就覺得乾淨了。結果我回房間的時候就發現浴缸裏還是我早上掉的頭髮。小費的話放了5刀。但説實話你房間給我的就不乾淨，憑什麼拿更多小費呢？ 其他一些小問題就是淋浴水壓不行。然後可能因為環保的原因，房間裏沒有送礦泉水，除了兩片化粧棉也沒有其他的用品。但浴衣和拖鞋可以打電話問前台免費要。 酒店剛開不到一年，感覺維護很一般。充其量就是一個商務酒店。如果是度假，除去堵車的問題，還是推薦住到威基基那邊去。
