Tivemos uma ótima estadia neste apartamento perto da estação Yanggang. Recebemos um upgrade gratuito para um loft maior, ideal para famílias (3 quartos e 2 banheiros), que era limpo e espaçoso. Os funcionários foram prestativos e nos mostraram como chegar ao apartamento, já que fica em um condomínio fechado, e também nos ajudaram com as malas. Há uma lavadora e secadora na varanda. A única ressalva é que nos informaram que não havia vista para a Torre de Cantão, como mostravam as fotos quando chegamos.

O hotel foi bonito e a vista do mar foi absolutamente incrível. O serviço foi muito bom durante toda a nossa visita, e o recepcionista foi particularmente amigável e bem-vinda, o que fez uma grande primeira impressão. Em geral, é um dos melhores hotéis que já tive.Gostamos realmente do nosso tempo aqui e gostaria de recomendá-lo a qualquer pessoa que procure um passeio especial.

Instalações: O hotel é bastante novo. Assim que você entra, você pode sentir a forte atmosfera de um parque infantil. O lobby é grande o suficiente para as crianças brincarem por muito tempo. Mas as comodidades do quarto só podem ser descritas como comuns, ou as comodidades básicas para 7 dias, mais algumas decorações IP integradas. Os quartos são divididos em vista para a montanha e vista para o jardim. A vista da montanha é realmente uma vista pura da montanha, muito tranquila, mas não há nada além da montanha. Para ter vista para o jardim, você deve morar em um lugar alto. Meus amigos que estavam viajando comigo moravam no 13º andar, com vista para o jardim, e eles só conseguiam ver o telhado do parque, então não havia vista nenhuma. Higiene: A higiene é boa. I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

Quarto bom, localização boa, não é exatamente o que está nas fotos, um pouco mais antigo, mas show de bola, cumpre perfeitamente o papel. A foto principal da vista definitivamente não foi tirada no prédio, nem no 28 andar. Recepção muito difícil de encontrar, fica no 6 andar do prédio, sem sinalização pra auxiliar estrangeiros a encontrar. São muitas portas de entrada e saída que precisam ser melhor identificadas.

Esta foi a segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel. A experiência geral foi melhor do que da última vez. Os funcionários da recepção são sempre simpáticos e sorridentes. Eles também são muito eficientes e prestativos. Desta vez, vim para comemorar meu aniversário e o hotel me surpreendeu com um upgrade, uma bela decoração e um bolo de aniversário. Isso tornou minha estadia ainda melhor. O café da manhã é bom. A localização é perfeita, com lojas, restaurantes e um supermercado praticamente ao lado. Com certeza me hospedarei neste hotel novamente na minha próxima viagem.

The first impression I had from Atour Hotel was warm and thoughtful. From the moment I entered the door, the smiles of the staff and the hot tea handed in in time made people put down the fatigue of the journey. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the design details were attentive. What impressed me most was a bowl of free stomach warm porridge late at night, simple but intimate, so that the night of business trips has a feeling of home. Good hotel is not only a place to sleep, but also a station that can make people feel at ease. Atour did it.

The hotel location is terrific, very clean, perfect facility with great services. We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. Letting us to experience what the lake view is and how great is the hotel located. We have a great time with an enjoyable stay. Will come again, thanks

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.
