KKTOur family of 8, including four seniors, absolutely loved this hotel. It's within walking distance to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the Museum of the Nanyue King, with Dim Sum restaurants and a McDonald's right next door. The hotel is very new and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and excellent facilities (gym, laundry room, and smart AI assistant 'Xiao Nuo' in the rooms). They also thoughtfully provide a delicious and extensive breakfast from 7 am to 12 pm, with an unbeatable view of Canton Tower from the 41st floor while you eat. There's also an exquisite afternoon tea (2 pm-5 pm) and late-night supper (8 pm-12 am), featuring comforting congee and soy milk, plus a 24-hour coffee machine. In the evenings, it even has a bar-like ambiance – we loved it! We also adored the fragrant toiletries, especially the shampoo and conditioner, which left our hair feeling so soft. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all incredibly thoughtful, enthusiastic, and friendly, making us feel so happy and cared for ☺️❤️.
On Christmas Eve, the day we checked in, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a Christmas gift box for us ❤️🥳🎄.
We really appreciate the hotel's 'light luxury' style, and how it perfectly caters to the needs of guests across all age groups – it's fantastic! ❤️ We've already recommended it to friends and relatives visiting Guangzhou next year 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

The cleanliness was astounding; the room was spotless everywhere, the bedding was soft and had a faint fresh scent, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. You could tell they put thought into every detail, making my stay feel safe and incredibly comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and wonderfully scented – truly therapeutic!
Facilities were complete and brand new. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were high-quality. Lighting and air conditioning were easy to use, and all the thoughtful details really stood out. It perfectly met all my travel needs.
The environment was simply exceptional. The lobby was elegant and cozy, and the guest rooms were quiet and refined, with green plants adding to the ambiance. Its proximity to Guangzhou East Railway Station made getting around super convenient, and it offered a peaceful retreat right in the bustling city.
The service was heartwarming. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive, responding instantly to any requests. Their constant smiling service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel completely at home.
The biggest surprise was the exquisite afternoon tea – both beautiful to look at and delicious to taste. It made for a wonderfully happy relaxing moment!
Meilizh Guangzhou East Railway Station excels in every aspect: cleanliness, environment, facilities, and service. This stay was incredibly lucky; it's definitely a hidden gem. I'll absolutely rebook here next time I'm in Guangzhou, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff showed excellent hospitality. Despite the language barrier, they made the effort to use a translator to communicate, which was much appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Nanzhou MTR station which links to many attractions in Guangzhou. Breakfast could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserI visited with my two kids for a weekend. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the service at the front desk and in the corridors was excellent, especially the concierge. My friend arrived earlier and was checking in upstairs. I pulled up to the hotel entrance with my younger child, and a polite young man from the concierge team immediately helped me with my luggage without me even having to get out of the car. My friend's family could then come down and head out for afternoon tea, which was incredibly convenient and efficient.
I heard that the windows with a side view of Canton Tower are quite small, and since we were going to the 107th floor for drinks in the evening, I opted for a room with a large window facing IFC, where we enjoyed the sunset 🌅. Compared to my friend's family of three who stayed in a Rosewood Residence apartment suite, the apartment had a better view and, because the room was larger, offered a panoramic vista. However, apartment guests have breakfast on a different floor than hotel guests, though they can pay extra to eat the hotel breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, it was exquisite, but I do have to complain about the server that day. After we had already gotten our food, it took quite a while for her to bring us the menu to order dishes like eggs Benedict and waffles. And she served later-arriving guests before us. Since I was alone with two kids, I initially forgot about it, but by the time the menu came, the kids were already full and couldn't eat anything else from it. This was the only disappointing part of our stay.
The breakfast server had a cold demeanor and wasn't very welcoming. I would have given full marks for service otherwise, but she definitely cost a point. Besides noodles and congee, there were also dumplings, which the kids loved. I personally thought their congee and noodles were particularly delicious – perhaps I drank a bit too much the night before 😄.
The swimming pool was not crowded and had three separate areas. The service there was also very enthusiastic, and the children had a wonderful time.
During check-in, the housekeeper on our floor was exceptionally thoughtful. She proactively brought extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes, whereas at other hotels, you usually have to call to request these. She even asked if I needed anything else – a big thumbs up for her!
Once the kids were asleep in the evening, my girlfriend and her husband and I enjoyed listening to music and having a few drinks and a chat on the 107th floor. This rare opportunity for drinks was precisely why we chose the Rosewood and why it's the perfect choice when traveling with kids 😄.

The guesthouse is situated in a vibrant area, with direct access to the Park Front subway station from the second basement level. Exiting the elevator, you can seamlessly transfer to the subway, making both subway commuting and taxi rides incredibly convenient. Many attractions are nearby, with popular spots like the Temple of the Six Banyan Trees and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street within walking distance. All your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs are covered.
Well-Equipped Facilities, Thoughtful Details
This is a loft-style guesthouse converted from an apartment, and the room facilities are comprehensive:
- Basic amenities: Water heater, hairdryer, and water filter are all available. The integrated washer and dryer meet all laundry needs.
- Daily convenience: There’s a private balcony for drying clothes, and the front desk provides ample bottled water daily. They also proactively ask about supply needs and deliver them promptly.
Warm Service, Perfect Experience
Although it was evening and unmanned when we checked in, the WeChat contact for the manager, which we had added in advance, proved crucial. The staff member responded quickly, personally guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic throughout, always ready to answer questions. When we needed to change room types due to family needs during our stay, the front desk sister went above and beyond to coordinate and efficiently resolve the issue. We could also quickly pick up supplies directly from the reception after our outings, making the service experience exceed our expectations.
Summary
This stay far exceeded our expectations! The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and thoughtful service made our trip both comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this guesthouse for both family trips and friends traveling together!

__WeChat43143****As a loyal Marriott fan, my girlfriend and I were once again pleasantly surprised by our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an! The hotel specially upgraded us to a room with a terrace, where we could sit in wicker chairs and stargaze at night, and they even provided a telescope free of charge. For breakfast, we could customize our waffles with a choice of fruits and cream, which my girlfriend absolutely loved. The hotel is very close to Shenzhen Bay Park, so we could walk to the seaside. When we returned, the staff proactively offered us ice-cold lemonade and towels. Upon check-out, the hotel gifted us custom couple keychains. These thoughtful details really touched us. We'll definitely be back for our next date!

XXiaozhudaochupaoI stayed here for three nights, and as someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I found the room to be really new and spotlessly clean. The entire place is smart-home enabled with Xiaodu, and the key card access to the upper floors felt very secure. The curly-haired guy, the girl with glasses, and the guy with the slicked-back hair at the front desk were all amazing! (I remember them because I asked for their help so many times). They were always smiling, incredibly patient, and even gave me a free upgrade! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. There are also lots of great food options nearby – I recommend the hot pot malatang place next door.
