Tive uma excelente experiência no Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Este hotel tem uma localização conveniente. A maioria dos pontos turísticos fica a uma curta distância a pé, e a estação de metrô fica em frente ao hotel. Este é um hotel com vista para o Rio Songhua. Possui salas de reunião, lojas de presentes e academia. A única coisa que pode ser melhorada é a limpeza do carpete. O carpete tem manchas visíveis, o que é compreensível, já que é difícil de limpar. Definitivamente me hospedaria neste hotel novamente! Obrigado a todos os funcionários.

O hotel tem uma localização conveniente perto da rua de pedestres Zhongyang. Não há problema em chegar de táxi ou carro da Didi. O Wi-Fi é bom, não é necessário inserir um número de telefone. O quarto é bonito e espaçoso. O problema que tive com o meu quarto foi que, todos os dias, o meu cartão-chave não funcionava. Acho que esse problema acontecia quando a equipe de limpeza entrava no quarto. Todos os dias eu tinha que pedir para a recepção consertar o cartão-chave. Além disso, os lençóis nunca foram trocados ou lavados. No chuveiro não havia condicionador e o frasco de sabonete líquido estava quase vazio. Só fornecem um rolo minúsculo de papel higiênico. O quarto estava muito quente à noite, sem nenhuma maneira de ajustar a temperatura. No geral, a experiência foi razoável.

JJazz TonI recently wrapped up a fantastic stay from March 3rd to March 6th and couldn't be happier with my experience.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. I want to give a special shout-out to Jenny, Mia, and Nan for their outstanding hospitality and professional service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
I also want to extend my gratitude to the entire staff on duty between March 3rd ~ March 6th. Every interaction was met with a smile and a genuine ”can-do” attitude.

__WeChat460420****What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night?
The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

MM286790****You get what you pay for. While it's pricey, the cost is justified. The lobby immediately gives off a luxurious, palatial vibe, and they even shared some of the building's history with my child. Our luggage was brought to the room for us, and the staff meticulously explained all the room's amenities. The hotel has a front and back building. We booked a king room in the front building, and it truly felt opulent, with a very spacious and comfortable bathroom. The queen rooms are in the back building, and their bathrooms are standard hotel size. The service staff are excellent, making you feel right at home. For breakfast, they even have freshly grilled steak.

GGuest UserThe service at Junyi Hotel is a standout feature. The biggest surprise was the à la carte breakfast, offering both Chinese and Western options like steak, millet porridge, pangasius fish, and vermicelli soup – and it all tasted pretty good. Every evening, they delivered pastries and milk or fruit to the room, and upon checkout, there was a small souvenir. This really made a positive impression on my child.
The room decor and color scheme were quite cozy. One thing that could be improved, though, is the mattress. It was a bit uncomfortable – too thick and hot. It's probably time to replace it. Also, the room temperature couldn't be maintained at a steady 26 degrees Celsius; it stayed at 28 degrees, which was too hot to sleep at night. I ended up having to open the window a bit to finally fall asleep.

CchromeI saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous before checking in. However, my stay turned out to be fantastic! Everything from the service, hardware, and breakfast, to the gym (all Technogym equipment!), and the excellent quality of the pastry at breakfast, met all my expectations. CCandou_This time in Harbin, I chose this hotel primarily for its location and reputation. My two-night stay was quite a 'rollercoaster' – some pleasant surprises, but also some frustrating moments.
There were many highlights that deserve praise:
1. **Thoughtful Room Design**: The decor was warm and stylish, a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter business hotels. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the Laifen hairdryer along with the wall-mounted handheld showerhead were definite plusses. It really showcased the hotel's taste and attention to detail.
2. **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!**: The variety was abundant, and the coffee was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The restaurant service was also fantastic; staff were quick to clear plates, and the whole environment was very clean.
3. **Excellent Service in Public Areas**: The lobby offered complimentary hot water, tea, and coffee, plus shared washer/dryer machines, which was incredibly convenient for families with children.
However, the first day was quite a 'headache':
Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the elevator was out of order. First, we were directed to find an elevator in a nearby mall, which we couldn't locate. Then, we were told to use a staircase. That staircase was dark and dilapidated. Carrying elderly family members, a child, and a pile of luggage, I grew increasingly anxious, especially since my phone had no signal and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. Finally, after reaching the first floor, I managed to contact the hotel. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to assist and offered a gift as an apology, the whole process was incredibly stressful. Later that evening, we discovered the elevator was broken again...
In summary:
The hotel has excellent hardware; the breakfast and room details were impeccable. However, encountering continuous elevator malfunctions and misguidance on the first day significantly dampened our initial experience. I hope the hotel can prioritize equipment maintenance and optimize its emergency response procedures. If these issues can be addressed, it would undoubtedly be a five-star hotel that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋
