"The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable."

"The hotel is located in a great area with a beautiful mountain view that you can enjoy directly from the property. Right next to the hotel, there is a delicious shaokao restaurant which makes it very convenient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The service was excellent — the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They kindly assisted me with my large suitcases and even helped me dry my laundry late at night, which I truly appreciated.
Highly recommended. The breakfast was also very good."

"When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had."

"In September, I came to Daxing'an Mountain to enjoy the autumn. The Arctic Village was very cold at night. I didn't expect the room in Xusongting to be heated in advance! It was a pleasant surprise when I entered the house. The room is designed with log style, the texture is very good, the hygiene is in place, and the corners are clean. The bedding is soft and it is very relieved to lie down and rest. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the smart toilet and Dyson hair dryer are all equipped with full details. The room has intelligent guest control, light curtains are convenient to operate, and free mineral water can also be unlimited water, which is very intimate. The room type is spacious and well equipped.
Small shortcomings: the intelligent guest control switch needs to be a little familiar with it, and I groped for two minutes when I first checked in. The overall stay experience exceeded expectations, the location is not far from the northernmost post office, it is highly recommended to come to the Arctic Village to live here!"

"The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend."

Zhangzhanger_We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. Guest UserThe hotel's front desk service was incredibly welcoming, and they even gave us a small gift. We were very satisfied with our room and were also granted a late check-out. The service overall was excellent. They provided a complimentary afternoon tea, and on the second floor, there's a Russian restaurant and a 'tieguodun' (iron pot stew) place, plus they offered discount coupons. There are many great restaurants and attractions around the hotel, and Central Street is beautiful. It was a really great experience!

Anonymous UserThis hotel is right next to the beautiful Songhua River, so the location is fantastic. Subway Lines 2 and 3 are directly downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were really welcoming; they upgraded us to a king-size room for free and gave us detailed information about local tours and things to watch out for. The concierge ladies were always smiling and patiently helped guests adjust dresses and take photos. There's a free afternoon tea with a good variety of options. The security staff, who charmingly announced 'Princess, your carriage awaits,' were very proactive in assisting guests, offering thoughtful care and help. Overall, our stay was a truly wonderful experience.

This time, I visited Harbin with my mother and chose the Ocean Ritz Hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied. The location is excellent; we could walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, which made sightseeing very convenient. The room was clean, and the decor had a great Russian ambiance. The service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were complete. It's a perfect place to stay when traveling with your mother, offering peace of mind and comfort. Highly recommended!

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House.
Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel.
The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

The pros:
1. The location of the hotel is superb, Right on the Northern side of zhongyangdajie.
2. The gym is adequate, it has good strength training options. Unfortunately the AC doesn't work in the room itself.
3. The staff was happy to allow us a late checkout.
The cons:
1. The entrance to the hotel does not have a ramp to go up with the luggage so one must lift it over the stairs into the lobby. I didn't expect that in a 4 star hotel.
2. I've made a reservation for a non smoking room, away from the elevator but got a room with smoke smell, close to the elevator. The staff showed me 3 more rooms but the first two also had smoke smell. Finally we got a room without smell and far from the elevator.
3. The breakfast, in my humble opinion, was subpar. Not too many western options.
4. The hotel doesn't look clean. The surroundings of the elevator need more work.
All in all I was a bit disappointed, considering the price.

Our stay at Grand Mansion 1903 during our Harbin trip far exceeded our expectations, offering an immersive experience of a century-old Russian-style residence. The hotel is a historic building, originally built in 1903, and is located in the heart of Central Street. Its prime location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making shopping, dining, and sightseeing incredibly convenient and saving us the hassle of commuting.
Stepping into the lobby, we were greeted by gilded domes, opulent crystal chandeliers, vintage oil paintings, and antique furnishings, creating an instantly captivating atmosphere. The iconic century-old elevator is a unique feature, with its retro iron grille door, making it feel like we were transported back to an old Russian aristocratic mansion. The guest rooms perfectly balance vintage elegance with modern comfort. Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience.
The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment.
Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.

First off, our butler was incredibly enthusiastic! I'd asked in advance about activities and good photo spots, and they answered everything perfectly. My child had a blast, and I got some great photos too! They picked us up and dropped us off at the station upon arrival and departure, personally showed us around Snow Town, and even helped me with tickets for Bangchuishan. It was fantastic! The room was very clean and warm, with complete facilities. The bed was so big, I didn't have to worry about my child falling off. All three meals could be had at the hotel, which was very convenient, and they even treated us to frozen pears! My child said they want to come back to Snow Town next year and stay here again!

WeiqiMy first trip to Harbin really let me experience the warmth of the Northeastern people. This hotel is nestled in the Zhonghua Baroque historical district, and its Republic of China era style is truly charming. They even offered afternoon tea on my first day. I stayed here for seven days and was completely satisfied. The breakfast bento box was also very creative.
