"This hotel is in a very high place. The scenery is good. excellent service. But the cave is not comfortable. The photo looks good and the living experience is very poor 1 Not ventilated. Such a large suite has only a small window and it is not convenient to open for safety reasons. 2. Facilities are not good. The radiator cannot provide the temperature needed. It is cold to fall asleep."

The lady at the front desk had a very bright smile, providing us with a good mood for the whole day. "Excellent location in the middle of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was spacious with two single beds, and staff were friendly. Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location."

"リニューアルして最高に綺麗になったホテルです。リゾートとしてホテル内で過ごせるためのプールやクラブハウス、ラウンジもあります。さらには、ホテルの方にお願いすれば案内してくれる屋上（正確にはケーブの丘のてっぺん）からは手つかずの大自然の谷が見え、サンライズ、サンセットも楽しめます。カッパドキアの中では観光地に振り切っていない分、ローカルに即したお土産の買い物がしやすいユルギュップに少し歩けば行けますし、その途中にはきれいなハマムもあります。どちらかというと、熟年の落ち着いた雰囲気の方々よりも、若い感性へのオシャレ寄りの方に特にお勧めです。 今回の旅はあいにく夏場なのに風が強くて、カッパドキアに3連泊したのですがいずれの日も気球が飛ばず、もう一泊こちらのホテルに延泊しました。延泊の手続きだけではなく、気球の予約、一日余った分のレジャーのアレンジ、飛行機の変更、移動のタクシーの手配など、急遽様々なアレンジが発生したのですが、トルコ語が話せない我々をいつもニコニコして一生懸命サポートしてくれました。本当に感謝です。そして、なんとか4日目にして気球が飛んだと報告すると、一緒に喜んでくれました。 トルコのホテルはいずれもホスピタリティに溢れているのですが、こちらのホテルのスタッフさんもすぐにゲストの顔を覚えてくれて、とても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。"

"Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer."

"Este é realmente um hotel magnífico com a mais alta qualidade de serviço. Você definitivamente deve visitar o spa e aproveitar os dedos de ouro das massagistas (Tarima Kasim!), que oferecem todos os tipos de massagens a um preço razoável para esse tipo de estabelecimento. A piscina coberta é suntuosa e há também uma piscina ao ar livre e um jardim sombreado onde você pode matar sua sede ou fazer uma refeição. Nossa suíte era muito bem equipada, com abóbada de pedra, jacuzzi e um banheiro muito espaçoso. A roupa de cama é muito confortável, o wi-fi é rápido, a TV é grande, com muitos canais e conectável ao Android. O ar condicionado poderia ser mais eficiente, mas ainda é suficiente. Acima de tudo, a grande janela tem vista para uma colina, de onde você pode apreciar a observação prolongada das antigas habitações trogloditas locais, magnificamente iluminadas ao nascer do sol. Não faltam atividades e o hotel oferece uma grande variedade, desde passeios de balão de ar quente até quadriciclo e passeios a cavalo, sempre com um nível apreciável de serviço de alta qualidade. O café da manhã é realmente maravilhoso, com uma demonstração ao vivo de como as deliciosas panquecas locais são feitas por uma jovem (cujo assento poderia ser mais confortável?). Suco de laranja fresco, muitos queijos locais e frutas secas... O restaurante fecha tarde e oferece interessantes especialidades locais para você saborear. O serviço é ainda mais atencioso porque os maîtres d'hôtel falam inglês. Aproveite a visita ao subsolo para descobrir as incríveis suítes trogloditas cujo requinte só é igualado pela autenticidade da decoração feita com diversos objetos locais. Todas elas circundam outra piscina, são todas realmente mais bonitas que as outras, mas obviamente têm um preço correspondente..."
