Near 7eleven, pharmacy,luckin coffee. if you bring luggage is very easy to reach this apartment from station. and if you came before time checking you can keep the luggage and leave for a while to strolling around Beijing. If you want to buy online shopping you can send directly in this address and they will receive it for you . We so happy find this place ❤️❤️❤️

Facilities: Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hygiene: Very clean, comfortable bed. Environment: Great, and the projector even allows for member access. Service: The lady was exceptionally nice. I arrived late at night, and my taxi driver even got the location wrong. I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight, but the lady boss waited for me until I arrived before she finally rested. Thumbs up to her!👍👍👍👍 I didn't take any photos, but the environment is lovely and all the appliances are available.

Location was the primary reason for choosing this apartment but the reviews it got were also encouraging. The administrators were very responsive and very helpful, firstly on the Trip.com messaging system but then on WeChat where we set up a group chat with translating abilities.  Spotlessly clean, it lacked a few things at first but the owners quickly provided everything we asked for.  Handy for some medium range and high end malls we loved it

Came to Beijing with friends, and this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with super comprehensive facilities. The fridge and washing machine were so practical, making it feel just as convenient as being at home. The hygiene was top-notch, even the corners were spotless. I especially loved the comfy sofa in the living room and the five-star bedding – so incredibly comfortable! The location is superb; it’s a breeze to walk to the subway station, and there's a shopping area downstairs, yet it's completely quiet for sleeping. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they even thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. It's truly a king of value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing! Highly recommend it to all friends coming to travel in Beijing~

Wooden beams, stone walls, and a fireplace exude charm, while smart sanitary ware, underfloor heating, and brand-name bedding ensure ultimate comfort. Upon check-in, seasonal fruits and handmade pastries were prepared. Returning late from sightseeing, a thoughtful, warm dessert soup was delivered. Help with itinerary planning, ticket reservations, and even tips for photographing the starry sky were provided with warmth and a personal touch. 📍 Perfect Location Just a 5-minute walk directly to the main street of the water town, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Whether it's going to Riyue Island to watch the drone show, soaking in the hot springs, or climbing the Great Wall, everything feels as convenient as being home. The alley where the villa is located is quiet and private; at night, only the sound of the wind and insects can be heard, truly achieving the ideal of a 'peaceful retreat in a bustling area.' 🌟 Experience Enhanced Beyond Expectation The complimentary Hanfu photo props, a stargazing telescope, and a Great Wall-view afternoon tea set all added poetic charm to the trip. Upon leaving, we also received a handmade Simatai Great Wall souvenir bookmark; this thoughtful gesture brought a warm conclusion to our journey. If Gubei Water Town is the pinnacle of suburban getaways near Beijing, then Gubei Starry Sky Villa is the starry window on that pinnacle—it makes you believe that poetry and distant lands can indeed be possessed simultaneously. I've already made plans with friends to return here and 'live into autumn' when the maple leaves turn red!

The counter and cleaning staff were responsive and did their job well, even helping me to collect my parcel from the locker downstairs. Decor was nice and it's actually value for money for the location. It occupies the entire 10th floor in Bollywood Hotel and within walking distance to Beijing SKP. Just a few pointers to International travellers. - There is no cooling aircon during the winter season. We went in mid Nov and the room was warm, even when it was 6deg outside and we opened all the windows. The heater mode for the aircon was on and there was no way we could on the aircon either. Hotel staff was kind enough to provide us one fan (their personal fan as no fan available in the hotel) after our 1st night of suffering, and we had to order another fan online else we couldnt sleep the entire night. - It was communicated to me that there are separate doors to the toilet and shower but it was not told to me that it was a piece of clear glass separating the two. Hence only 1 person could use the toilet or shower at one time. - Smart toilet feature was great like the toilets in Japan. Shower head pressure was extremely low that my daughter resorted to using the tap to wash her hair. There is nothing wrong with the service or hotel decor etc but such details really put us off from staying again. The hotel management can look into these aspects and try to improve.

My family of four had an absolutely fantastic stay here for about a week. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, shopping malls and metro station are all within easy walking distance. There are also convenience stores, and plenty of food options and even fast food restaurants right beneath the apartment making daily life incredibly easy. The apartment was spotless upon check-in and the view was truly stunning, which made our stay even more enjoyable. What really made this stay exceptional was property managing agent, Joy. She was incredibly attentive, checked in on us regularly, and responded almost immediately whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Her care and efficiency made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. The one week stay was genuinely pleasant and comfortable. We would not hesitate to give this a full 5-star rating and would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. For families, the child-friendly facilities are thoughtful, with a rich children's play area. Breakfast includes special cutlery for kids, and the service is attentive. Nearby attractions are within walking distance, making it worry-free for parents with children. For business travelers, the soundproofing is excellent, and there's a spacious desk.

This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I slept exceptionally well that night. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were all from reputable brands. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the center, from the window you can see the tallest building in Beijing and the CCTV headquarters. The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the metro station, convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and shopping stores around. The landlord is enthusiastic, responds immediately at any time, the directions to the apartment and the entrance to the apartment are clear and easy to find. The apartment actually looks larger than the photos, the furniture is new, the two bathrooms are clean and bright. The refrigerator, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, washing machine, air conditioner all work well, there is also a drying rack. The building staff is polite, thoughtful, and enthusiastic.
