Clean and comfortable hotel with good connections. Affordable price (especially if you use the cafe/supermarket that is located in the same building). The rooms are modern and nice. Have to mention about the big shower space - awesome. The staff could be a little more friendlier but it is up to par with German hospitality 😅. I would recommend to get familiar with the hotel info because noticed some people giving bad reviews about this place just because they didn't know how things work here. Like sun shades that CAN be opened with a single button inside the room. Also, there is quite a nice shopping mall inside a 5-minute subway trip or 20-minute walk. Really good gym for a hotel. The breakfast is good (though a little bit expensive 23€). The pizzas in the restaurant inside the hotel are really good. Good choice - if you don't want to stay in hotels located in the city center.

This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. We loved the room. Ours came with a little kitchen area. We felt like we were staying in a modern episode of “tiny house”. The lobby area is large and inviting. We were meet by a friendly and accommodating staff who meet all our our needs. Wonderful stay!

Another Aweseome stay at the Aparthotel Adagio Munich. Loved just everything here. Have been here before. Stayed with the family for three nights before our vacation flight to explore the city. Staff is wonderfull, especially with kids. Everyone was so welcoming. Room was nice and tidy, spacious and equipped with everything you needed. We could even prepare small dishes for our Baby Boy. We will definitely be back soon.

Great customer service, very comfortable room excellent location. I stayed there for 5 nights. The subway is at 5 minutes walk and main central station (Hautbanhauf) is -2 minutes walk. But the city centre is just 20 minutes walk as well. I was able to walk everywhere without any issues. The best part was that Oktoberfest location is also just 5 minute walk!!

Hotel staff is nice, room is clean and hotel is located in a nice but quiet area. It’s near the tech companies so good business hotel for employees who travel in for work. It’s about 3 minutes to the nearest subway - just google to KFC, the nearest subway is just next to itZ however it’s not the most convenient subway as the most convenient is the Olympia Einkaufzentrum one as it’s has more connections. There’s a small dishwasher provided so it’s convenient but if you want to wash the dishes manually, there is no dishwashing liquid provided so you have to buy your own. Washers and dryers are located at the basement of the hotel, so not in your room. There’s an app that we have to download to book and pay for the washer and dryer, yes it’s extra charge. No clothes detergent is provided so we have to buy our own - there’s no dispenser at the wash and dry area where one can easily buy the washing detergent. The hotel also doesn’t sell any. We had expected the hotel to at least provide some washing detergent, so don’t get caught without clothes detergent at night, if you plan to wash your clothes at night as the shops are closed after 8 pm… Overall it was a good experience except for the few inconveniences. As a first time visitor to Munich, probably one would want to stay at a location closer to the old town or city area as we found ourselves commuting about half hour every day to the attractions or where we wanted to go.

It is always a wonderful stay and you are happy to return. Very attentive service at the reception, wishes are attempted to meet the studios are extra class!

A nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area. I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs. Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended. Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great. They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

On the plus side, the apartments are 1km from the central station and very close to other stations and trams. The building is new with modern materials. On the other hand, the place is run so half-heartedly, it is revolting. The worst part was the rotten banana in the dishwasher, which we asked to have cleaned four times over the four day stay at no avail. Together with the blood stained mattresss it is abbsolutely disgusting! And on the less serious notes: Not enough chairs, cutlery or plates for us. Towel rack not working. Shower broken All three hand sanatizers in reception/elevators broken. Etc, etc, etc. The management will probably write here that they are sorry to not having lived up to their standards. The point is that this IS their standard. And that the marketing team should spend their time on a walk around the building with the eyes of a guest instead of writing boilerplate answers here.

It’s next to the metro, Very friendly and helpful receptionists. The rooms are clean and nice. You don't want to leave at all :)

This accommodations was perfect, even better than I expected. We went with my parents and brother and we got two seperate rooms but with door in between them so we could be together as we wanted but I was also private. Perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were well equiped and even though the rooms are smaller there was anything you needed, we only missed electronic kettle to make us a tea, but it was insignificant problem as we had electric heaters so we could heat the water on it. The place is really near to beutiful Olympiapark.

This hotel was quite an interesting experience as it was rather busy but there was no staff on site to manage the place. Instead you are suppoed to let yourself into your room by entering a personal code into the keypad beside your room door and that is where we ran into a problem. We had booked two rooms in this hotel for two nights thinking that we could arrive late (19:00) and put our bags in our rooms and hit the town for a bite to eat. We had booked this via Trip.com and they had only given us a reservantion number which is usually just fine if you can show that to hotel staff upon arrival. However since there was no staff to take us onboard we stood there not having a roomnumer nor an entry code nor any clue as how to find out how to get to our rooms. To cut a long story short (the onboarding proces took 90 minutes in total by which time we had missed our window of opportunity to go and get a bite to eat) we found a phone number where we were greeted by a remote staff member who led us through the check-in proces so that in the end we did get two room numbers (albeit seperated by three storeys) and codes to unlock the rooms so we were very grateful for this staff members' help. Trip.com on the other hand left us stranded on the pavement. The rooms were both very modern and pleasant with tea and coffee making facilities and even a kitchette for boiling an egg or perhaps make a simple dish. Nice bathrooms too. And the are situated right opposite the Olympic Park and a very convenient shopping centre with an ALDI.

The heating is not hot enough, one of the bedside positions can not feel the heat, sleep needs to wear warm clothes, otherwise it will catch cold, the bed should be a folding bed, lying down will make a sound.

Eco-Apartments, Nürnberg An interesting property! Trying to get entry is cumbersome! But when calling the property reception so to speak, the lady very helpful and assisting us to get Credit Card style cards issued which worked like a charm, suggestion don’t reply on the internet (correction card worked fine first day, but 2nd day onwards didn’t work at the Gym, had to get the internet log in working, wasted 25 minutes) The Good: its walking distance to FrauenTor & Altstadt including 2 great churches & shopping/markets etc! Apartment itself small but nicely furnished, great for 1 person, adequate at best for 2, if you carry luggage for 6 weeks! (Furniture apparently mainly chinese made el cheapo) Kitchenette small but works! BE AWARE, no microwave! But everything else available including 2 ceran tops! Equipment and table ware plenty for this size apartment! Fridge good size, standard oven available! (Correction, found the microwave by accident, was build into the Oven function, would have been nice to have an instruction/introduction somewhere!😥) While the crockery was decent, cutlery and cookery ware not only pretty cheap but not user friendly) Large balcony, but view to the back of a bunch of buildings! So don’t stay there if a nice view is what you are looking for! The bathroom, barely can make it, quite tight, so if you are large size, watch it! 😂😂😂 Be aware, no service at all, you gotta run around for towels (pay extra) refills for Soap & Shampoo not barely enough, Staff working there if you are lucky to catch one, doesn’t speak either English or German and only give you a blur / disinterested look! The Bed, oh my god, size is ok, but the bed covers are a joke, especially in the winter! 2 small cushions, and 2 even smaller ones, sorry but not good enough! 2 sets of chairs, one for the mini dining table, another 2 one for mini desk and a kind of a smallish comfy chair! The heating system, if like us you come from a warmer climate, be aware that the heating is set to 21C, for living area can adjust, but for bathroom it will always reset to 21C even if you want to increase the temperature, it will eventually come down, especially annoying if you need to dry clothing on the provided rack! WIFI, available, but don’t hold your breath, seems when most residents try to access them expect constant slowdown/interruptions! Downloading of mail can take time! In today’s world not good enough! Gym, surprisingly, even if it is located in the dungeons, good quality and choice of equipment, so if this is your thing, it’s better then most places we visited! However, better speak German if you want to use some of the equipment, such as step master, the cycle & treadmill! Carpark, goodness, it’s tighter then tight, access through the room card, be ultra careful! it’s ok for mini and smart cars, but for a mid size SUV! Good luck! I was “introduced” to Nurban with my 14-ji daughter for 3 nights. We had the apartment in 5. Stock (No. 55) with a large roof terrace (so no neighbors nearby - and other people have not seen or heard in the house) and we were absolutely satisfied. Except for a towel (but I had it with) everything was available and everything was clean. Totally centrally located, metro around the corner, walking in 5 minutes “in the middle”. The red light area has and does not really disturb since the apartment is at the end of the street. The parking house is also a few minutes away - even though it was a little difficult to load and drag baggage up - the stairs rise has certainly not damaged us in the end effect :-). The electronic door opening via phone worked well and once it didn't work, the telephone support was simple 1a. My request for early check in and late check out was absolutely unproblematic. My conclusion: much better than thought and hope and we made the right choice for us (and that says even my pupertier). We had a super time and would book this apartment immediately again.

The biggest advantage is that the tableware is complete, equipped with a sink and an induction cooker. You can buy the ingredients yourself at the opposite supermarket. The only downside is that it is stuck on the road, a bit noisy...

The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective than the herzogspark hotel next to it. But there is no hotel akazienhaus next to it. It is recommended to live in akazienhaus. The room over there is better

The interior design is also very stylish, and the room itself is very nice. The floor looked clean, but it was actually full of dust. I walked barefoot at first, but I didn't put on my slippers until I found that the soles of my feet were completely dusty. The coffee machine was also filled with dust and I was afraid to use it at all. The location is good, close to the train station and within walking distance to attractions. There is an iron gate at the gate that requires a code to open the door, but there is no instruction on how to open it from the inside. I tried many methods for the first time and pressed it randomly. Finally, I found that there is a rope that needs to be pulled down to open the iron gate. If there is more Clear guidance would be better. The service is really average, because they require self-check-in. I have already read the message when booking, so I took the initiative to contact them after booking, hoping to learn how to self-check-in in advance. However, after many times of contact through the platform, they still refused to inform me and only said that they would be notified 24 hours in advance. Even 24 hours ago, I still didn't receive it, so I had to proactively contact the booking platform. I took screenshots of the search results in the email to prove that I had not received any emails. Finally, I obtained the other party's email address through the platform and proactively Send an email. In the end, I didn't actually receive a self-check-in method. I found it through their website and then checked in myself. I think they can inform the check-in process in advance to reduce guests' concerns. 

Leider kann ich an dieser Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nicht viel positives finden. Zum einen ist der Eingangsbereich relativ schmutzig, trotz trockenem Wetter. Die Zimmer sind leider nicht so groß wie auf Booking beschrieben. Dort habe ich ein Zimmer mit 25qm gebucht und das Zimmer, welches ich bekommen habe hat 3mx3m und auch wenn ich die Miniküche hinzurechne komme ich nie auf 25qm, was für die Comfortzimmer in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen wird. Als ich dann angerufen habe, war eine nette Dame, die sagte, es gibt in der Kategorie nur diese Zimmergrösse. Leider lies die Sauberkeit dann auch eher zu Wünschen übrig, auf dem Boden der Miniküche lagen noch die Krümel vom Vorgänger, an der Wand und auf dem Boden des Bades waren noch Zahnpastareste und in der Duschzelle lag noch der Rest einer Duschgelverpackung vom Vorgänger. Leider habe ich dann erst am Abend vor der Abreise festgestellt, dass das elektrische Rollo vom Balkonfenster auch nicht ging. Alles in allem eine unschöne Erfahrung, die keiner Wiederholung bedarf.
