the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

My flight arrived early into Munich, I tried asking if there’s early check in, I’m willing to pay for it because of my long flights, there is this front desk (Marina) absolutely amazing lady, found out that there’s a room available and let me check in early. I had such a good rest before starting my day and not forget to mention that the hotel is so near to train station and there’s a supermarket under it, so so convenient. I still booked the same hotel after returning to Munich from Prague in 1 week time!

Perfeito, o apartamento tinha tudo o que você precisa, e toques agradáveis como duas cervejas geladas na geladeira! Limpo e surpreendentemente silencioso, apesar de estar em uma rua principal. O único problema eram as paredes de vidro do banheiro, realmente não ideais para a sua privacidade. Se eu viajar para Munique novamente sozinha, esta será minha primeira escolha, mas se eu voltar com meu parceiro, escolherei um lugar com banheiro que permita privacidade.

Um hotel muito bonito e limpo. Quarto bem decorado com uma cama muito confortável, TV suficientemente grande, banheiro bonito com tudo o que precisas e uma pequena cozinha com uma pequena lavagem, um frigorífico suficientemente grande e uma microondas. O hotel está muito fora do centro de Augsburg, mas pode ser alcançado com o carro bem e rapidamente. Isso faz com que o hotel está localizado numa área comercial é relativamente tranquilo. Na minha opinião, não há cozinheiro na sala e o quarto pode ser limpo um pouco mais freqüentemente, porque foi limpo apenas uma vez durante a minha estadia. It was difficult to check in, but I was able to spend comfortably except that. It was good that it was close to the UB station and easy access to the exhibition hall and the church district.

The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to travel around from. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!

**Pontos negativos:** 1. O hotel não dispõe de receção com funcionários, sendo necessário fazer o check-in online com antecedência. O e-mail para o check-in foi parar à caixa de spam e não fui avisado(a) previamente. Ao chegar ao hotel, deparei-me com dois pequenos problemas ao tentar efetuar o processo de check-in, tendo de contactar o serviço de apoio ao cliente online da Ctrip, o que me fez perder meia hora e foi bastante inconveniente. 2. Os quartos virados para a rua são muito barulhentos. Constantemente passam carros potentes a alta velocidade na estrada, fazendo bastante ruído. **Pontos positivos:** 1. O hotel é relativamente novo e dispõe de todas as comodidades básicas, com a ressalva de não ter ar condicionado. 2. A estação de metro fica a 7/8 minutos a pé e o centro da cidade está a 15 minutos de metro. 3. O melhor é que há um centro comercial enorme na estação de metro, e nas proximidades há todo o tipo de lojas.
