To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that
- there isn't luggage holding or storage available
- yamato does not pick up luggage from here
- go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location
As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and Trip.com for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail.
All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy.

Escolhemos este hotel porque fomos atraídos pela churrasqueira no terraço. Era um prédio novo, limpo e confortável, mas, como outras avaliações mencionaram, o barulho no segundo andar era bastante desagradável. Parecia que o hotel estava ocupado por famílias com crianças, e o barulho da correria era um pouco irritante, então talvez não seja recomendado para pessoas com pele sensível. Se você puder especificar seu andar, o barulho pode ser menos preocupante no segundo andar. Há um supermercado e um açougue a uma curta distância de carro, então recomendo fazer suas compras lá! Há um Lawson por perto, mas eles fecham por volta das 22h, então se você quiser comprar alguma bebida alcoólica extra, é uma boa ideia comprar mais!! ( ᴖ ·̫ ᴖ )︎︎👍🏻

酒店位於箱根山上 仙石原。 位於山路上， 品牌路標不明顯， 天黑街燈微弱根本看不見酒店的路牌！導航到達目的地都看不到酒店！來回兩次才找到。 南館好找一點， 北館真是難找。找到北館的路牌後還要轉入一條小巷再轉上小斜坡去才找到。因為我們連住宿兩晚， 酒店check in 平板又有問題， 職員中， 英， 日語都出動了。
北館停車位不在門前， 需要走車行彎路向山上走， 天黑沒車燈根本不能行人，他們一意孤行要我們到這個15分鐘外的停車場停泊車輛，天太黑，太危險，我要求停泊在卸貨區一晚，到第二天才找停車場，我們覺得對我們的人生安全有危險，除非於大白天，擾攘了，大約兩小時， 酒店職員都不容許我們停車，打了兩次電話到房間內找我們，他們提供的小徑，更加不可能於晚上行走。 第二天日間我們走了趟，也有危險， 我們走了一會遇上一頭鹿， 進退兩難。對於泊車問題很氣憤。
除此之外，酒店房間十分理想。設備齊全，但現場環境與相片有一點距離。溫泉只是一個浴缸， 自助調校熱水溫度。🤣🤣

This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived.
Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station.
Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .

GGuest UserA perfect experience! The hotel was very clean and tidy, and both the bedroom and living room felt incredibly spacious 🌟
1. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was great 👍🏻
2. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for simple cooking – no issues at all.
3. The sofa and space in the living room allowed for complete relaxation, and opening two suitcases didn't cause any obstruction.
4. The bed was very comfortable and spotless.
5. The view was absolutely superb.

AAlice 曾The hotel is located in Sengokuhara, Mt. Hakone. Located on a mountain road, the brand sign is not obvious. It is dark and the street lights are weak and you can't even see the hotel's sign! I can’t even see the hotel when I reach my destination via navigation! It took me two trips to find it. The South Building is easier to find, but the North Building is really hard to find. After finding the sign for the North Building, you have to turn into an alley and then up a small slope to find it. Because we stayed for two nights in a row, there was a problem with the hotel's check-in tablet, and the staff spoke Chinese, English, and Japanese.
The parking space of the North Building is not in front of the door. We need to take a detour and walk up the mountain. It is dark and there is no car light to pedestrian. They insist on asking us to park the car in this parking lot 15 minutes away. It is too dark and too dangerous. I request We parked in the unloading area for one night and didn't find a parking lot until the next day. We felt that it was dangerous to our safety. Unless it was in broad daylight, there was a lot of noise. For about two hours, the hotel staff did not allow us to park and called twice. Went to the room to find us, the trails they provided were even more impossible to walk at night. The next day we took a day trip, which was also dangerous. After walking for a while, we encountered a deer, which put us in a dilemma. Very angry about the parking issue.
Other than that, the hotel room was ideal. The equipment is complete, but the on-site environment is a bit far from the photos. The hot spring is just a bathtub, and you can adjust the hot water temperature by yourself. 🤣🤣

👎🏻 Regardless of the parking space, you need to walk on unsafe roads for 15 minutes
👎🏻Road signs are not clearly displayed
👎🏻The hot spring water feels like constant temperature tap water

GGuest UserA great place to rest on the ocean shore. Next to the apartment there is an exit to the beach at once. Very comfortable and large on the area. Everything is clean, comfortable. For me it was a huge plus a big bathroom! From stopping the train minutes 7-10 on foot. There is lawson nearby.
The hosts are very friendly and are ready to help at once.
Registration is very simple.
We enjoyed resting in this place

JJanicehsiehThe moment you step in, you're greeted by a rich woody scent. It's a newly completed property, and what I loved most was the private onsen, offering an exclusive space to relax. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hakone!
