The hotel is still under construction but is current operational. I had a hard time finding it on google maps because it's pinned on the wrong location. Please update your google maps entry. No one was answering the call on the phone number they posted here.

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

The hotel is near Sm, 7/11, and different fast food restaurants so it's easy to buy what you need/want. The staffs are nice and the room is clean. Although I noticed a crack on the wall and the aircon is not properly installed, like there are some gaps. Also, the room is kinda small for the price and the TV is not working or we just can't use it but there's no remote, and we even asked the staff about it but they never came back after.

We stayed at Sulyaps for 3 nights whilst in San Pablo and I have to say we were absolutely stunned at how beautiful it is there. From the moment we arrived (too early for check in) and were greeted and welcomed with the biggest of smiles and enthusiastic and caring staff. They kindly stored our luggage and we went to the restaurant for some breakfast which we paid for and I have to say it was worth every penny. It's a typical Filipino breakfast and it was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous along with water and coffee free flowing. After breakfast we were informed that our rooms were ready and that we could use them now free of charge. We were shown into the gardens with bonsai trees and a beautiful cage of exotic birds down a lovely path full of beautiful plants and tree, sculptures and carved images until we got so our rooms. When we looked at our room we were breathtaken as they were so beautiful with air con and a huge shower, complementary water, just perfect. Throughout our stay we were treated wonderfully with a smile all the time such beautiful people. I was a little gutted that the pool was being repaired as I love to swim but I didn't bother me too much. There was no fridge in the room which I think would have been a bonus as it's sooo hot and we like a cold drink. But when I come back to San Pablo I will not be staying anywhere else as this place has sooo much rustic charm and is very appealing to the eye where ever you look (and we didn't get to see the museum) it's an absolute gem. So if you find yourself in San Pablo this is the place to be I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed 😁🙏😁🙏😁🙏

We stayed overnight after watching the fireworks show on the 30th The room was clean and the room service was good We had a flickering light in the cr and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes Hotel is next to Sta Lucia mall and the LRT station Also many jeepney are available to go to many locations Highly recommend for the price We have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here in the future Thank you Sogo

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the elegant Art Deco-inspired interiors—every corner was thoughtfully designed and beautifully curated. It’s rare to find a place that perfectly balances style and comfort, but Ysabella Suite nailed it. The suite was impeccably clean, well-lit, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. I especially loved the cozy ambiance—it felt like a boutique hotel but with the warmth of home. The bed was super comfy, the WiFi was fast, and even the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and charming decor pieces, made a big difference. The location is also ideal—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to Cavinti’s scenic spots. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. They’ve truly created a space where guests can unwind, recharge, and feel cared for. If you’re looking for a serene escape with boutique vibes and modern comforts, Ysabella Suite at FYLL Homes is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Scandi Scandi Square room was cozy, quiet, peaceful, and very secure. The room is complete with everything you need—microwave, ref, utensils, mugs, plates, glasses, table, extra chairs, even toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue. The staff are super friendly and very approachable. Kinda wished there was a hair blower and iron too lol, but overall it was a super great stay. The location is very convenient with easy access to immediate needs—there’s a pharmacy just outside the compound, sari-sari stores, karinderyas, and O’Save is just around the corner. Transportation is also very accessible since the property is near the highway, with a tricycle terminal at the subdivision entrance. Grab is easy to use as well. Will definitely book again!

I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect — right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. It's very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I appreciated the minimalist design and the efficient use of space. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay. One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena. Highly recommended for those looking for clean, affordable, and conveniently located accommodations in the city!

Its a great place, good amenities with multiple choice of pools. You can enjoy together with your friend family. They also offer lot of exciting variety of foods. The restaurant has a very good overlooking view of the mountain. Great Customer service. All staff was great and accomodating.

Just some insects inside the room and bathroom. Need to be extra alert to avoid problem with the travellers.
