파주 가족여행을 계획하고 찾은 숙소로 호텔시에나 정말 대만족입니다 위치좋고 시설좋고 아침 조식도 좋았어요 아쉬운점은 전원플러그 꽂는 곳이 없더라고요 요즘 usb충전선이 있기도 한곳도 많은데 말이죠 아이와 함께 욕조에서 씻고 tv도 보고 아이가 하루 더 있다가고 싶다고하네요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 파주갈일 있으면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶네요

The hotel has a good location — it’s within walking distance to a mini market, shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés. The male receptionist was very friendly and polite. However, the lady at reception was not friendly !We were only provided one bath towel, and when we requested another from her, she refused. I don’t understand why she declined to provide an extra towel.

The staff in the check in counter cannot speak some basic English so they just gave me a memo in which the instructions and rules of the resort are written in English. Regarding the facilities, there are a lot, such as projector and speaker, while the visitors have to bring the laptop in order to connect with them. Last but not least, the view is soooooo pretty and it's super quiet!

A localização é muito boa, rodeada de restaurantes, cafés, e perto da atração turística que é o ponto de venda desta cidade, nomeadamente a Fortaleza de Hwaseong. O estacionamento é um pouco menos. Mas se você vier de transporte público É conveniente.É fácil viajar para frente e para trás.Olhe para o exterior do hotel. Pode parecer um pouco velho Não parece muito limpo. Mas na sala está Oferece limpeza em 5, tem de tudo: escova de dente, loção corporal, creme facial masculino e feminino, pente, secador de cabelo, chapinha de cabelo. Há café e chá no quarto para beber. Venha de mãos vazias e fique aqui Cama macia, travesseiros bons, cobertores quentes, ar condicionado fresco, água corrente, muito conveniente 👍👍👍.

Everything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅 One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!

good place to go KINTEX with reasonable place. only 10000+ kwon by taxi. there are many hot spots to enjoy eating and shopping some. recommended .

The hotel is clean, though it’s located quite far from the city. We chose to stay here because it’s very close to Everland, which made it easier for our child to rest and not wake up too early. The free shuttle bus to Everland is a nice bonus.

Fiquei Neste hotel para o concerto de Coldplay no estádio de Goyang, que é literalmente 10 minutos a pé. Eu tenho a cama de casal grande/pequena.A Mattress era super confortável.A sala era de boa dimensão com um espaço de cadeira de solteiro. Até tenho um computador no quarto que você Pode usar.Era um banho/passeio no chuveiro, MAS este banho é Como o tamanho do jacuzzi quadrado. A minha única culpa aqui seria as toalhas que tinham. Eu tive que sair e arranjar o MEU próprio - para as senhoras, você Pode entender.Caso contrário, muitos lugares de comida, dois minutos de estação de trem, não podem correr mal.

The hotel is surrounded by main roads on several sides, but the rooms are well soundproofed. 4. The reception staff are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help during their working hours. This was my first time staying here, so I asked for their assistance quite a lot until checkout. 5. If you plan to visit tourist attractions, you will need to take a bus for about 25–30 minutes to reach Hwaseong Fortress or Starfield Library. However, if you have a car, this hotel is definitely a great and worthwhile choice. Thank you so much the hotel staff
