Lovely hotel, very clean and accessible to local train station & 5 mins walk to Lidl. Staff were super helpful and very good value for money. Room was 🎉very & clean, the bathroom is the 4* star quality ! 🎉🎉🎉🎉.

整體感覺挺滿意的。最喜歡這裏的公共廚房，是我住過的最全最好的廚房，有微波爐，電磁爐，烤箱，菜板，菜刀，各種鍋，各種盤子，各種碗，廚房用具特別豐富，很多人在這裏做飯，太方便了。就沖這點，就很棒。當然啦，住的是老房子，一個大房間裏有8個床位，沒有遮擋布，全通透。床頭衹有usb的插頭，沒有大的插頭，但是廚房和公共客廳有大的插頭。公共衞生間還是挺乾淨的。住的地理位置偏僻清幽，還是建議住在Ambleside。這個位置末班車19：35，到了這裏天氣太黑了，有點害怕，但是鄉村環境挺好。

Stayed here with daughter for the start of the Cumbria Way walk. Arrived by train and it's literally right outside the train station entrance.top marks for location Twin room. Large bathroom with bath. Some may say room is dated. For price excellent . Weatherspoons for food around the corner - less than a 10 mi s walk Friendly staff filled our water bottles before we set off for our walk. All in all met all our requirements. Also for information it's dog friendly too. For £50 for night (deal if booked train ticket through trip.com got discount on Hotels.

Had read dome negative reviews but actually had a great experience. Room was spacious bathroom lovely. Fresh and beautifully clean. Loved the decor. Excellent staff, especially as I arrived 1am! Bargain at £41 as well! Will definitely use as a stopover fir Scotland fron now on!

Fiquei duas noites, o serviço era bom e o alimento era delicioso, o que fazia a estadia agradável, o quarto era bonito e agradável, mas havia um pouco de roupa e lágrimas notáveis. No restaurante, também havia fugas do tecto num canto, para que o local possa beneficiar de algumas investimentos e manutenção.Em geral, o pessoal e a experiência de jantar foram destacados da estadia.

Two single beds spaced together instead of a double bed as advertised. Apart from that everything was expected.

Swimming pool still not open at the hotel. Smelt like done one had been smoking in the bathroom prior to our stay.

Traditional city centre hotel, great location, excellent value (low season?). The young lady on reception duty, spotted my request for a quiet room , well done - stayed at a 4 star in Liverpool the night before and they didn't! Young chap also on reception gave me a bit of the history of the place - thank you . Room was fine, old building so high ceiling, nothing flash but it had some character. The lounge is beautiful with original features.

Cheap hotel single traveler don't take your girlfriend or wife there for your honeymoon The money u will save will be a fabulous meal tomorrow. Has a bath

We stayed in Carlisle for a couple of nights. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station and close to the city centre. There were a lot of pubs and restaurants close by which was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
