Deixando de lado a questão do politicamente correto, todos os funcionários com aparência nativa deste hotel pareciam despreparados, tanto em termos de habilidade quanto de atitude. Cheguei ao meio-dia e me disseram que o quarto estaria disponível às 15h, mas sugeriram que eu tentasse novamente às 14h. Quando o quarto finalmente ficou disponível por volta das 14h, deram-no primeiro a um novo funcionário branco??? Depois de fazer o check-in, perguntei sobre o horário do café da manhã e a recepção respondeu ”das seis às dez”. Não pude acreditar; ainda está escuro aqui às 18h! Confirmei várias vezes que eram 6h da manhã e recebi confirmação todas as vezes. Reservei um passeio com saída às 7h da manhã, achando que seria perfeito. Quando corri para o restaurante pela manhã, fui dispensado impacientemente pelos funcionários. Quando voltei à recepção, o turno da noite havia sido substituído por alguém que simplesmente não falava inglês???
O lobby fica escondido dentro do hotel, compartilhando a entrada com a locadora de carros West Car Rental. Há uma placa indicando esquerda/direita, mas o lado esquerdo leva aos quartos, enquanto o saguão fica à direita. No calor escaldante, isso é muito inconveniente para turistas com malas. Não poderiam ter colocado uma seta para indicar isso?
Os outros quartos são bons, mas os preços altos são normais por aqui.

Gostei muito Da minha estadia no Ibis Styles em Antofagasta.Todo o pessoal é muito amigável, útil e profissional.As quartos não são demasiado pequenos e não são demasiado grandes. Aprecio o conceito ambiental do hotel, onde eles aconselham os hóspedes a economizar água e fazer a sua parte para o planeta, e ainda nada está faltando do conforto.Eu poderia descansar muito bem na cama confortável com as folhas molhadas. O buffet de pequeno-almoço oferece tudo o que você Precisa para um Grande começo no dia.Eu posso recomendar este alojamento.

O hotel é semelhante a uma comunidade. Alguém guarda a entrada e a saída do carro e é responsável por abrir a porta. É muito seguro estacionar o carro na comunidade. Há um restaurante na comunidade e o jantar é bom. Saí do hotel por volta das 4h da manhã e as sacolas de café da manhã foram preparadas na recepção. O serviço é bom.

GGuest UserPutting aside the political correctness of the policy, all the native-looking staff at this hotel seemed unqualified in both skill and attitude. I arrived at 12 PM, and they said the room would be available at 3 PM, but suggested I try again at 2 PM. When the room finally became available around 2 PM, they gave it to a new white staff member first??? After checking in, I asked about breakfast hours, and the front desk replied ”six to ten.” I couldn't believe it; it's still dark here at 6 PM! I confirmed several times that it was 6 AM, and received confirmation each time. I booked a tour departing at 7 AM, thinking this was perfect. When I rushed to the restaurant in the morning, I was impatiently turned away by the staff. When I went back to the front desk, the night shift had been replaced by someone who completely couldn't speak English???
The lobby is tucked away inside, sharing the entrance with West Car Rental. They have a left/right sign, but the left side leads to the guest rooms, while the lobby is actually on the right. In the sweltering heat, this is very inconvenient for tourists with suitcases. Couldn't they have put up an arrow to indicate this?
Other rooms are fine, over-priced is normal here.

AAnonymous UserThe room is a bit small. There is no place to put the big suitcase when it is opened. It can only be placed at the door. It is inconvenient to get in and out. The distance between the table and the bed is small. Pulling out the chair can touch the bed, which is inconvenient.
The soundproofing is not very good. You can hear water being discharged from other rooms and flushing the toilet.
The air conditioner is not powerful and the sound is still loud. I can only sleep with earplugs.
Breakfast is okay, but you can only eat it at 7 o'clock. You can't eat when you go out. I don't know if others have experienced taking it away.
The hotel has a restaurant, but the price is too expensive. There is no English menu and the waiter does not speak English. It is inconvenient.
I think the only advantage is that there is a big supermarket opposite, where you can buy some food without having to go to restaurants all the time.
There was an incident when I went there. We had a car, and I went to the front desk to ask where I could park. Of course I stayed here, but the front desk gave me directions to the supermarket parking lot, but that was a public parking lot, which was famous in the local area. I broke the window and grabbed something. After checking in, the front desk told me that the hotel had its own parking lot and drove the car over. Hey, I think this is very bad. Why not just drive to the hotel parking lot and then check in? It's very inconvenient.

JJosephineThe lodge is 3km outside of town and thus has a quiet setting away from the dust and traffic of San Pedro. The staff was exceptional. They gave us helpful trips for sightseeing, helped us to order a taxi when we didn’t feel like driving to town, and were always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and there is 24h free (and very good) coffee. On top of that, the pool is super refreshing, clean and with plenty of chairs and even a fridge with cold drinks (which you have to pay for of course but the prices are super fair). Bedroom and bathroom was exceptional as well. We loved our stay at Lodge Quelana!

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles in Antofagasta very much. The whole staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are not too small and not too big. I appreciate the environmental concept of the hotel, where they advise guests how to save water and do their part for the planet, and yet nothing is missing from the comfort. I could rest very well in the cozy bed with the soft sheets. The breakfast buffet offers everything one needs for a great start in the day. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

AAnonymous UserHomely lodging. We picked this place for its quietness. It can be a little out of the way, but as we drive it wasnt a problem.shuttle service to town is provided at intervals. Service was sub-par as there were some gaps in what i would consider as being hospitable. There's a small pool and hammock to lounge around, if the weather is right. What light up my day was the dogs/cats staying there. Good place for animal lovers. :)

GGuest UserStaying at this hotel in San Pedro Atacama was an excellent experience and I was very satisfied overall. The hotel is a local adobe room style, the building is full of regional style, and the internal facilities are very complete and practical. The yard is comfortable, with a leisure sofa, and a few cute cats often rest here. It is especially comfortable to sit in the yard and drink tea. The hot water supply in the room is stable and the living is convenient and comfortable. The location is convenient, close to the supermarket, not far from the neighborhood where the travel agency is concentrated, daily supply and itinerary are very convenient, it is a high-quality choice for Atacama travel rest, highly recommended.

GGuest UserPros: -Spacious room that was impeccably clean. -Fridge in room -Friendly staff -No AC not necessary as cool during the day and sufficiently warm (with blanket provided) at night. Of note, we were there during the month of March. Cons: -Wi-fi in the reception area but no Wi-Fi in the room -Hot water was spotty. If you ran the shower long enough, you would usually get hot water...but one hates to waste water, especially in the desert. -Breakfast was lackluster and did not change from day to day (rolls, jam, butter, cereal, powdered milk, ham, cheese, one fruit). One day they ran out of food. Although, it seems that breakfasts at hotels in San Pedro are generally not great. Other: -Staff don't speak much English but if you know a little Spanish, you will be fine. -Staff very nice but reception was not always staffed and it could be a nuisance to track someone down. -Parking is outside during the day. At night, they recommend bringing the car inside the compound given the dust at night. If staff was not around, it was a pain to find someone to unlock the parking area to bring the car in/out. -There is a small pool but we only used it once for about 10 minutes as whatever chemicals they use to treat the water caused the eyes to burn. -No hairdryer or Kleenex in the room. If you anticipate needing either, bring your own. -Slightly out outside of town. Not an issue for us as we had a car. Giving it 3 stars due to the hot water issue, no wi-fi in room, and difficulty tracking down staff at times. If none of these elements are important to you, then you will be happy here.

CChuwucaishenThis hotel is great! It is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in in the past six months.
1. Good location. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the city center.
2. Quiet. No noise. 3. Good environment. The structure of the hotel is like in a villa community, and the environment is beautiful.
4. Clean. When I entered the room, the towels, quilts and sheets of the hotel were as white as snow, extremely clean and pleasing to the eye.
5. Good service. The front desk and restaurant staff of the hotel are enthusiastic.
6. Humanized. My flight is at 3:30 pm. I called the front desk to apply for check-out at 2 pm. The front desk agreed and told me that I could check out before 4 pm. Wow, so humanized and convenient, so happy. Thank you Ctrip and the hotel for making me very satisfied.
