Very modern, comfortable and clean hotel. The stuff was very friendly and I can recommend the breakfast. The street is a bit nosy and you can hear the Metro. Neverless I would chose this Hotel again next time.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Mitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits. Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest. The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything. The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night. The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

A localização do hotel é muito boa.A equipe do hotel é muito amigável e amável.Entretanto, a facilidade do hotel é bastante antiga. Vivo perto do Hotel Renaissance em Shanghai, Putuo. Estava à espera de uma experiência semelhante, mas desiludida com instalações. Recomendo-lhe que pague um pouco mais e fique no hotel Marriott, que está a pé para uma melhor experiência.

Sempre Bom serviço sempre Bom serviço sempre Bom bem-vinda... restaurante perfeito no telhado... muito bom serviço bem-vinda e cocktails e comida perfeita... A ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem infelizmente não era aceitável a partir de hotéis de luxo de 5 estrelas ... manutenção deve trabalhar mais duro !!! E gestores!!!

It was perfect place to stay for 1 night for us. It has all you need: parking, breakfast, small kitchen, clean towels, clean bathroom and clean room in general.

O quarto era grande, mas tinha uma janelinha minúscula que dava para um pátio cheio de canos e saídas de ar-condicionado. A iluminação fraca, combinada com a cor marrom opaca das paredes, dava a impressão de ser um caixão. Liguei para o número de atendimento ao cliente e a ligação caiu... provavelmente por causa da barreira do idioma. A água do banheiro estava morna. O atendimento na recepção foi muito prestativo, principalmente quando ajudaram um de nós que precisava de medicação. Foi difícil organizar a comida quando chegamos tarde da noite (o telefone do quarto estava com problemas para discar e o sistema eletrônico de pedidos não conseguia lidar com números de quarto que começavam com M), mas quando chegou, estava saborosa.

This hotel is faultless, the staff are professional and accommodating in all areas. Sea view is worth it - you can even see the Greek island of Lesvos from afar! There is also a nice restaurant on the 19th floor offering A La Carte Dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nossa bagagem quase foi extraviada pela Pegasus Airlines, mas eles conseguiram recuperá-la e enviá-la para o hotel. O hotel foi muito responsável, cuidando da nossa bagagem o tempo todo e fazendo o possível para entrar em contato com a companhia aérea em nosso nome. O restaurante buffet do hotel tinha preços semelhantes aos de hotéis cinco estrelas na China, com uma grande variedade de pratos, incluindo especialidades locais e opções de café da manhã europeu. A praia privativa no térreo era absolutamente linda, tornando o local um destino de férias que valeu a pena. As fotos online não fazem jus à beleza do lugar; o lobby e os quartos eram muito elegantes e tinham um toque de luxo.
