"Recentemente, me hospedei no Hotel Clad durante minha viagem à região do Monte Fuji e foi uma experiência maravilhosa. A localização é realmente imbatível — situado no topo de uma colina com vistas deslumbrantes do Monte Fuji, especialmente ao nascer e pôr do sol. Acordar com aquela silhueta icônica foi absolutamente inesquecível. O hotel em si oferece um equilíbrio perfeito entre conforto moderno e simplicidade serena. Meu quarto era limpo, bem decorado e projetado com uma estética minimalista que o tornava ao mesmo tempo calmo e funcional. As grandes janelas aproveitavam ao máximo a natureza ao redor, e apreciei a atenção aos detalhes tanto nas comodidades quanto na disposição dos móveis. Um dos pontos altos foi o onsen. Foi um verdadeiro deleite relaxar nas águas termais enquanto contemplava o Monte Fuji — uma experiência que pareceu ao mesmo tempo tranquila e luxuosa. As instalações do onsen eram limpas, bem conservadas e nunca estavam lotadas. O hotel também está convenientemente conectado ao Gotemba Premium Outlets, facilitando fazer compras ou comer algo sem precisar ir muito longe. Apesar da proximidade, o hotel mantém uma atmosfera muito tranquila, o que eu realmente apreciei. No geral, o Hotel Clad é uma base perfeita para quem deseja explorar a região do Monte Fuji com conforto. Seja para fazer trilhas, compras ou simplesmente admirar a vista, ele proporciona uma estadia serena, panorâmica e satisfatória."

"Escolhemos o hotel porque fica perto da estação Gotemba. O quarto tem uma vista incrível para o Monte Fuji. Incrível! Outro bônus é que você pode pegar o transporte gratuito do Gotemba Outlet (com intervalos de 15 minutos) 4 vezes por hora! Não é incrível? A desvantagem do hotel é que ele é muito antigo. A passarela, a porta e os acessórios parecem decadentes e sem manutenção. Você pode literalmente ouvir o colchão balançando ao se virar. A luz laranja também deixava o banheiro um pouco assustador."

"The room is big and comfortable. The pantry comes with all the consumables including detergent and laundry pods which is great! Amazing view on mt fuji! Adding one more tissue box in such big room is advisable. The standalone TV actually leaves no space to close the curtain so configuration would need to be reviewed. Our gratitude to the operation team and the laundry company in finding our lost medical gadget!"

"No geral, foi bom. A distância da estação é um pouco grande. Há algumas lojas de conveniência por perto. O atendimento foi bom, mas faltam garrafas e bebedouros. Uma cidade agradável e tranquila."

"We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba."

"Great for drivers as the hotel sits next to the state road parking is free. Their breakfast is decent enough the hot spring bath house at level one is a big plus. Good for a short 2 nights stay. If needed longer stays suggest their other chain as the rooms here are smaller for its price line. In all good value for the price paid."

"Location is good and within 10 minutes drive from the Gotemba Premium Outlet. Hotel rooms are slightly dusty, but good for short stays especially after outlet visits :) Public hot springs are spacious and better than expected, with both indoors and outdoors available. Some rooms can see the Mount Fuji. Otherwise, 12/F is available for public access with a panorama view of Mount Fuji. Breakfast is also satisfying."

"Better than I expected . Complete amenities plus free coffee and tea at the lobby.. the futon bed were comfortable to sleep with.. since we travel far we didnt have time to go out for dinner but to our surprise there is a free curry rice for all the guest … that was a plus points for us travelers❤️ -Onsen for men -laundry - breakfast was good too."

"Serviço fabuloso e bela vista. Há um parque de madeira e um museu ao lado do hotel. Eu andei da estação Tomei Gotemba até a pousada Dormy e levei cerca de 10 a 15 minutos. Não é difícil se você souber usar o mapa do Google. Há sorvete, geléia, bebidas probióticas e macarrão grátis em determinados horários. Muito delicioso. Artigos de higiene pessoal e onsen fornecidos pelo hotel."

"View of Mt Fuji at your room's doorstep. What more can you ask for? Marshmallow over camp fire to end it all off in the night. Rooms are clean. Staffs are attentive and accommodating."
