Temos UMA estadia absolutamente maravilhosa neste hotel por 7 dias.O serviço FOI excelente desde o início até o final. Uma especial gratidão para as recepcionistas, a Sra. Tayara e a Sra. Fatima, que foram incrivelmente gentis, úteis e bem-vindos, tornaram a nossa estadia Mais confortável. O hotel também oferece comida deliciosa para o pequeno-almoço, que realmente gostámos.Tudo estava bem preparado e satisfatório. Em geral, UMA Grande experiência com um serviço excelente.Recomendamos que você fique aqui novamente!

O prédio do hotel é lindo e fica bem ao lado da praia. O único problema é que o ar-condicionado nunca funcionava. Era no andar mais baixo, mas nunca refrigerava o quarto. A maioria dos funcionários era simpática e prestativa, mas os funcionários do restaurante do 10º andar poderiam ter sido um pouco mais simpáticos e receptivos. O hotel tem uma bela área de piscina, com um ótimo happy hour.

The location is ok since you can walk anywhere you need or get there by a car. The spa is a great option to relax. Breakfast is pretty good, diverse and some options change every day. Sorry to say, but coffee was 2/5. What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room

Helpful staff and clean hotel with amazing architecture Room was super clean and has all amenities. Shower was clean and had hot water that ran fast. Towels and bathrobes were also available. I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock.

O hotel era confortável, central e limpo. Fomos tratados muito rapidamente e bem na chegada ao hotel, apesar do nosso check-in tardio. O hotel está bem isolado do ruído. No dia em que chegamos era a final da Liga dos Campeões e não dava para ouvir as festas de rua da sala. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e confortável. O mais notável é o conforto da cama!! A casa de banho é espaçosa e tem todas as comodidades substituídas todos os dias. Muito recomendável

É recomendado para quem quer passar umas férias maravilhosas com vista para a serra. Os funcionários foram simpáticos, a vista era linda, eles nos proporcionaram umas férias maravilhosas. Como era inverno, fomos transferidos para o andar do terraço. Aquecemos muito bem com ar condicionado e até pulamos na piscina. O calor e a vista panorâmica do elegante piso do telhado eram muito agradáveis. Foi ótimo ter uma cozinha e um quarto separados. Mal podemos esperar para voltar

O quarto era pequeno e o isolamento acústico era ruim. O bar da praia ficava aberto até meia-noite e a música constante afetava nosso descanso. O ar condicionado do quarto é lento para resfriar. Eu relatei isso várias vezes e eles disseram que era assim mesmo. Tenho que esperar mais de meia hora depois de ligá-lo. Era totalmente insuportável ficar no quarto à tarde. Sinto muito pelo preço. O elevador do hotel é muito pequeno e só tem um botão para subir e descer, então o elevador para em todos os andares. Há apenas um elevador para uso dos hóspedes.

Não é a primeira vez que EU fiquei Neste hotel.Como sempre o serviço Na altura.Pedi para escolher as quartos, ver e escolher Mais que gostei. Toda a gente é limpa e de manhã, a água é trazida. A vista é Muito bonita. O jantar está piorando, a escolha é menor e a escassez de recursos para esta categoria de hotel.Bem-vindo Spa, Pessoal, especialmente não-russo-sensor muito bem-vindos (a menina-cossack comunica à frente, há chuva desagradável). Também é bom cair perto Da piscina.No balcão é UMA mentira confortável.E desta vez houve vestidos de tamanho novo e macios.Por que não havia chapéu de chuveiro e molho de pasta, não é claro comer, às vezes não. Foi Muito bom ter o elogio do hotel - UMA placa de fruta e UMA garrafa de vinho.Obrigado, EU certamente Voltarei. Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!
