Smooth check in and very helpful receptionist. The room is spacious and clean with a dedicated parking space.

Check in was smooth and quick but changed room twice to get everything right. Our first room had urine stains on the toilet, which means this room was not properly cleaned up. That was terribly disgusting to find these spots. Also, the smart TV in the first room didn't work. Our second room was find but has no bathtub as requested. Changed to the third room and finally get the okay one with great AC, working TV and cleanness. It was our first time stayed in a 5-star hotel in NZ and was surprised the standard is quite low compared to the other 5 stars in Asia. Has small heated pool accommodating 6 people max. Swimming pool and sauna were fine but steam room didn't work. Service okay and great breakfast. Will consider the other place next time.

Comfortable room with good air-cond and bed. Clean and convenient. Everything is in order and no complains.

一晚上一千多的房跟國內7天如家似的，房裡小的可憐，沒有廚具不能做飯，有一個燒水壺。新西蘭酒店一般是10點退房，我們9點把行李拿到車上出去湖邊逛一逛，房鑰匙還沒交給前台，想着逛一圈湖邊再回來退房，這酒店就在湖邊，隔了一條馬路。我們9:50左右回來，想去房間看看檢察有沒有有遺漏的東西，結果服務員把衞生都搞好了，我真的很無語，還沒退房呢！

We loved staying here. Half price for the pool, the apartment was large and the location was excellent. We had a camper van and it was stress-free to park it. Thank you DeBretts, would definitely come back again.

Прекрасное расположение в центре у озера с отличным панорамным видом в окно-балкон. В номере джакузи, кухня, много места. Удобный бассеин с термальной водой, не надо ездить отдельно в отдельные термальные спа. Спасибо

A cabina é básica, mas limpa e razoavelmente confortável, com acessórios essenciais de cozinha, mas algumas questões foram levantadas, incluindo uma caldeira muito suja e instalações de descolagem, especialmente a área de chuveiro, com apenas duas duchas para o acampamento. A lavandaria está disponível. Não foram fornecidos tapetes / duvet. A piscina de primavera quente é um atraente aspecto, mas pode ser mais limpa e tende a ser abundante desde que está aberta ao público. No lado mais, a localização é excelente, apenas UMA unidade 20-minute de Hobbiton.

Great hotel stay with complete amenities for self cook dinner, located by the lake front with breathtaking sunset set view! And we have new pets for the day, cutie cat welcome us to Accent! Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night …. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

Был большой номер с огромной кроватью, а главное - купель с минеральной водой прямо в номере. Интерьер специфический, но все чисто.
