It’s a great place to stay, but you need a car to visit everything in the surroundings. The Ryokan is old but good. They’re very nice people. The breakfast is incredible if you like Japanese breakfast.

設施：比較老舊，但是很乾凈，地方不太大，地理位置好，就在德島站附近，坐大巴下車幾分鐘就到了。
衞生：比較乾淨
環境：離德島站比較近，吃飯和坐車都很方便，回程的時候，我們就剩十分鐘下車，取行李，最終趕上了回大阪的大巴，旁邊還有德島圖書館，到晚上9點，可以帶孩子去看看，裏面的圖書很多。
服務：可以免費託管行李，第一次體驗自助存取。

A localização do hotel é boa, o Ambiente também é Muito bonito.Mas o Pessoal e o equipamento não são íntimos o suficiente. O Lugar quente é o pagamento, MAS o Pessoal do hotel não te lembra.
Além disso, Quando reservado um hotel, é descrito Como ”caminha japonesa com banheira e banheira”, EM inglês é ”estilo japonês com banho e toalha”, MAS o Pessoal insiste que não há banheira para NOS lavar para o Grande casino, Muito incómodo. Também discutimos com ele, e ficámos firmes.

旅館位於德島眉山公園旁，離市區約15分鐘車程，有免費停車場，很方便。但在上山途中，要留意一下轉灣進入旅館的那條小路，否則容易錯過。房間寬敞，是日式榻榻米房間，很舒適。房間居高臨下，遠眺德島市區，夜景非常美麗。我們的住宿含早、晚餐,在buffet餐廳用餐，食物非常豐富美味，對素食者來說，選擇也非常多。入住當晚，用過晚餐後，請櫃檯人員幫我們叫輛Taxi去阿波會館看表演，服務人員非常貼心的請司機不但送我們去會舘，並等候我們看完表演之後再送回旅館。等候時間不另收費。真的是服務到家，令人非常感謝。晚上在旅館大浴場泡湯，也很舒服。整個的住宿體驗都非常好。非常推薦。

시설이 조금 낡았지만 모든 방들이 해안쪽뷰라 발코니에서 보이는 해안 풍경이 아주 멋집니다 식사도 그럭저럭 잘 나옵니다. 가격대비 아주 만족한 호텔이구요 단지 교통이 안좋아 차가 있으시면 고치로 가는 길이라면 하루 머물거나 당일온천도 가능합니다. 3인가족이 아주 만족했으며 스텝분들이 다들 친절했습니다. 도쿠시마 아와오도리 기간에는 호텔로비에도 간단하지만 즐거운 아와오도리 공연도 감상할수있습니다. 기대안하고 갔었는데 너무 만족하고 특히 온천물이 아주 좋아요. 3주간 시코쿠여행중에 가장 기억에 남는 호텔이었음. 외국인 관광객은 거의 안보입니다. 로컬 느낌 좋아하시는 여행자께 추천힙니다.

思っていた以上に高いところにあって登るのにたいへんだったけれど、景色もよく部屋も広く気持ちよく過ごせました。SPA（外湯）も利用させていただき、旅の疲れもとれ、とても快適でした。
お部屋の水道、トイレ、お風呂などがすこし古めかしくて使い勝手に手間取りました。ルームキーやSPAのロッカーキーなどもすこし古いかなと感じました。
女性のSPAは外を眺めることが出来ず残念でした。
夕方も朝もお散歩しながら海を眺めてリフレッシュできました。ありがとうございました。

GGuest UserMy husband and I are both 70yo from Australia. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was traditional, large and comfortable. Having use of a Onsen on-site was a bonus, robes provided aswell. Our Japanese breakfast, our first was delicious. The lady owner was very kind and helpful. No Japanese for us and no English for her, google translate got us both through. Highly recommended.

The only descent hotel at Shishiku as one of the route destination of my Shikoku cycling challenge. The hotel is a little dated but room is clean and staff very friendly. We dined at the restaurant which is also good.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but impeccably clean. While the rooms are on the smaller side, the hotel's location is superb, right by Tokushima Station, and just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop. Cleanliness: Excellent. Location: Its proximity to Tokushima Station makes dining and transportation incredibly convenient. This proved invaluable on our departure; we had only ten minutes to alight from our bus and collect our luggage, yet we still comfortably made our connection for the Osaka-bound bus. Plus, the Tokushima Library is conveniently located right next door, open until 9 PM, offering a fantastic opportunity to take children to explore its extensive collection of books. Service: They offer complimentary luggage storage. It was my first experience with a self-service luggage retrieval system, which was quite efficient.

GGuest UserIt was higher than I expected and the climb was difficult, but the view was nice and the room was spacious and we enjoyed our stay. We also used the SPA (outdoor bath) and it was very comfortable, helping to relieve the fatigue of our travels. The water, toilet and bath in the room were a little old-fashioned and difficult to use. The room key and SPA locker key also seemed a little old. It was a shame that the women's SPA could not see outside. We were able to refresh ourselves by taking a walk in the evening and morning and looking at the sea. Thank you very much.

HHappy go TravelThe hotel is located next to Tokushima Bizan Park, about a 15-minute drive from the city center. It has free parking, which is very convenient. But on the way up the mountain, pay attention to the path that turns into the hotel, otherwise it is easy to miss it. The room is spacious and is a Japanese-style tatami room, very comfortable. The room is high above the city, overlooking the city of Tokushima, and the night view is very beautiful. Our accommodation included breakfast and dinner, and we dined at the buffet restaurant. The food was very rich and delicious, and there were also many choices for vegetarians. On the night of our check-in, after dinner, we asked the front desk staff to call a taxi for us to go to the Awa Hall to watch the show. The service staff was very considerate and asked the driver to not only take us to the hall, but also wait for us to finish the show before taking us back to the hotel. There is no additional charge for waiting time. It's really a home service, which is very much appreciated. It was also very comfortable to take a bath in the hotel's large public bath at night. The whole stay was very good. Highly recommended.
