"WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊"

"The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable."

"The staff are wonderful - from Rahwa who checked me in to the guys in the breakfast & bar area. So nice!!!. Room was good too, loads of room, clean and quiet. The location felt a bit sketchy, but they seem to have put all the hotels in this part of sheffield. The council should improve it. I felt looked after here though - nice after a long trip back."

Na minha última noite não consegui entrar no meu quarto com o cartão-chave, já era meia-noite, então eu estava cansado e só queria dormir. Foram necessárias duas viagens até a recepção do último andar antes que isso fosse resolvido, o que me deixou bastante irritado. Na minha última manhã paguei o café da manhã, foi um pouco decepcionante, seleção muito básica do lado continental e as salsichas eram de péssima qualidade e não dava para comer. No entanto, há um rodízio de Toby do outro lado da rua, onde tomei café da manhã no dia anterior por um preço mais barato."

"Robin, on the reception desk, was very professional and friendly and gave me a very warm welcome and a great first impression. The hotel, being directly attached to the Winter Garden, has a great central location and is less than ten minutes by foot to the train station (which is all wheelchair and suitcase accessible). All the breakfast staff were also attentive and helpful even early in the morning."
