A sala estava limpa e bem equipada para o nível do hotel.A cama confortável e a casa de banho ergonómica, bem projetada.Paguei um extra para um quarto com janela exterior, porque gosto de ter luz natural Na manhã para ajudar a acordar.
Localização perto de um poço meteorológico e Da parte Mais desolada do centro da cidade.Perto Da estação de autocarro e TEM um tram para fora. O estacionamento é caro se você USA parques de carros locais, MAS Pode ser reduzido se você estiver feliz de esperar Cerca de Dez minutos para a ilha de Kelham, se você estiver significativamente Mais barato.
Se você tiver voado com a companhia aérea, é a mesma ideia.
Não há sinais para se aproximar é o pior que posso dizer sobre isso.
Extras Como verificações posteriores são também caros, porque Paguei £50 por UMA noite, e um check-out tardio por UMA Hora extra era £20
Em geral, é UMA boa alternativa para um alojamento de viagens, Premier Inn ou Ibis ou até um Holiday Inn.Eu digo isso Como se você quisesse um Lugar para dormir com nenhuma frita.

Excellent location, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, Winter garden, gallery etc. There isn’t any onsite parking but the hotel offers discounted parking at the nearby The Moor car park (2 minutes walk away). Definitely will stay again.

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

O hotel está EM UMA boa localização.As áreas comuns eram limpos e o Pessoal que conhecemos era realmente amigável.As quartos são um pouco cansadas e beneficiariam de um refeitório. É bom ter um frigorífico Na sala. A cama é confortável, MAS a chuveiro está Muito frio Na manhã.A piscina e o quarto de vapor são UMA boa maneira de começar o dia.

O hotel é um pouco Muito bonito para o preço, MAS o pessoal é muito útil, perto do centro da cidade e estação de trem, por isso é Muito conveniente e há um tram parado apenas 2 minutos.

Ample parking. Sheffield is a bit misleading it's a 30min drive. It's southbound but only a short drive to turn onto northbound. Reception helpful and friendly 24hr. Free parking, rooms clean and beds comfy. Shower and bath work well. A decent place for a night stopover.

The hotel was lovely, although the location was not easy to find. The room I stayed in was clean and presentable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were also lovely and welcoming.

GGillyBA great hotel in a good location for visitors to Sheffield. The advantage of staying slightly out of the city centre for free parking and a peaceful location. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet in lovely grounds. We had 4 rooms with our party which were booked at a reasonable price and 2 were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially the lady on reception. Would happily stay here again

The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

GGuest UserThe location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly.
I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

Hotel is very very dated Stairs rather tricky. No lift.
2 long windows with metal frames at the bottom one of which was disgustingly dirty. Fan in shower room not operating
Guest numbers were low as it was a Sunday night so I managed to park outside on the road incurring no charge rather than having to pay £10 for the privilege
of using the hotel car park
I would stay there again if the cost is reasonable as the situation is ideal for me

The bedroom and bathroom are really spacious. There are basic stuffs available.😊
The parking is really spacious and free for 24 hours.😊
There is problem with temperature regulation of bathroom, especially shower. 😔
There wasn’t any towel available, so I rang them and they told me that they will bring one within 5 minutes, which neither arrived nor we were communicated about. If you can’t provide then just tell the customer it’s not available.😔
And there is no slipper available in bathroom/room. These are just reminder for someone willing to stay at a budget price in this hotel. 😔
Overall this was a good deal for me to spend a night near to Rotherham general hospital.😀😀

LLara FayeNice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff.
On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed.
On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead

GGuest UserReally happy with the stay, we had a bit of an incident with a broken down car and my son arriving late to meet us, we asked if we could accomodate my son rather than him going to his shared accomadation. Reception couldn't have been more helpful.
Breakfast was great, (especially the make your own waffles), rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
Will definitely come back.

QQianshuidehaitangduoduoThe location is super convenient, really close to Sheffield train station. It's less than a five-minute walk to the City Hall, Peace Gardens, Winter Garden, and Millennium Gallery. This is a chain hotel, and the service and facilities are all up to par. Sheffield is very hilly, just like a British version of Chongqing, with slopes everywhere. So staying near the train station makes arriving and departing with luggage much easier. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sheffield.
