The room and the staff's service were excellent. The large public bath was also very pleasant and enjoyable. We used the second parking lot outside the hotel grounds, but it was completely unpaved, which will be very inconvenient in bad weather. We request that paving work be done as soon as possible. Breakfast: The quantity and variety were both insufficient, falling short even of the level of free breakfasts offered at other business hotels. Improvements are needed. Since it's a business hotel, using frozen food is acceptable, but please make the menu more varied so that guests don't get bored during long stays. In particular, the Western-style breakfast, with its heavy main dish served in large portions, is unsuitable for the elderly and women. This is a long-awaited hotel in front of Oga Station, and I would like to continue using it in the future. Keep up the good work!

毎年避暑旅行でお世話になっております。今回は初めてこちらで予約をしました。 まず過ごしやすい気候と居心地のよい室内、周囲が森で囲まれていることから非日常を感じられます。酸性のお湯はお肌がすべすべになります。源泉の濃度ごとにお湯が別れているので全て試してみると楽しいです。食事は湯治場であったことから野菜が多い健康的です。少し物足りないかもしれませんが、素敵な宿です。 しかし、山の中のため虫が部屋まで入ってきたり、大雨による土砂崩れにより断絶してしまう交通など少々不都合が起こる可能性があるのでご注意下さい。 お昼は宿で食べることも出来ますが、舗装された道路を歩いて10分程の玉川の食堂や、更にそこから少し歩いた岩盤浴にて体の疲れを癒したり噴出口で野菜を蒸したりする事ができます。是非食べ物や岩盤浴用の茣蓙やタオルを用意しておくと良いでしょう。(玉川温泉の売店でも売られているので是非) 日常の疲れを取りゆっくりしたい方におすすめです。

I booked universal Twin Room, it is big enough for us. Clean and comfortable. We’’ve pleasure stay. Hot springs is one of spot.

As fontes termais também foram ótimas ❣️ Havia muitas bebidas de boas-vindas, ramen Yonaki e serviço de sorvete após o banho. Fiquei muito grato pela gentileza com que lidaram com minha filha que estava com febre. Tudo no hotel era confortável. A equipe da recepção também foi muito gentil e agradável. Eu definitivamente gostaria de usá-lo novamente.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

O hotel está perto Da Estrada, Muito conveniente para pessoas auto-conduzidas.A atitude do Pessoal é gentil, a sala é limpa, o pequeno-almoço e o jantar são deliciosos. Os passageiros que gostam de um caloroso e caloroso não podem perder. O preço é Muito elevado e é fortemente recomendado!

This place is extraordinarily overpriced for what it is. I expected much more amenities and service. Although the staff were friendly and courteous, the place was fairly bland. The onsen was mediocre and there were no refreshments afterwards unless you wanted to go to a vending machine. Even Dormy Inn provides refreshments after the onsen but at Towado Hotel having to pay for them and not even the nice ones is ridiculous when you have to pay so much to stay here. The same for the relaxation chair. It is coin-operated not complementary. I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxury experience because although you pay for that, it’s definitely nowhere near that. Our Western style room was very basic, and it just didn’t have those special finishing touches I had hoped for. 

Nice little hotel. Good dinner with buffet breakfast. Additional nice touch is the free to use washing machine and dryer which is great!

這間飯店位於秋田縣的仁賀保市，我記得從仁賀保車站走到飯店約15分鐘。是一間老飯店，中庭還蠻大的，房間大且乾淨，有溫泉，但是我沒去享用，很可惜。 我在8月中黃金周入住，房價較高。 裡面有餐廳，早餐、午餐、晚餐都有供應。我有付費吃早餐 buffet, 1,500円，種類多，還算不錯。 走出飯店過大馬路有大型超市，也有一些餐廳 比如 Sukiya, 早餐、午餐、晚餐都有供應, 價廉物美。 附上照片是飯店的早餐，還有用餐時間。

システム上1名で予約を入れることができたのですが、本来は2名以上でないと宿泊できないそうです。他の方の参考になれば幸いです。
