This is an excellent hotel for a peaceful getaway. The grounds are compact but very well-maintained, and there's private parking available. The rooms are spacious, offering panoramic sea views and all the necessary amenities.
The food is top-notch: breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, offering a diverse and delicious selection. There's a deep swimming pool and a jacuzzi too. The equipped beach has easy entry into the water, and a coral reef teeming with colorful fish starts right off the shore. There's also a professional diving center with instructors and equipment rental.
The ”15+ only” policy ensures a quiet atmosphere free from children's hustle and bustle – perfect for couples.

Gostámos do pequeno-almoço, MAS a piscina é um pouco desapontada. No entanto, encontrar uma sala decente com este preço em Aqaba não é fácil. Nós gostámos muito da nossa estadia lá!
Attention l’appartement une chambre se situe au niveau inférieur sans vue sur l’extérieur. Cela n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation sur trip.com.
De plus, les photos de l’appartement de correspondent pas car on y voit un balcon avec vue mer mais il n’y en a pas.
Et la moitié de l’hôtel est en rénovation. La piscine sur le roof-top n’est pas accessible.
Die Pool-Landschaft ist sehr schön. Es gibt 2 Adult-Pools, die Familien Pools und die Rutsche sind so gelegen, dass sie die Adult-Pools nicht beeinträchtigen. Die Beach ist schön, man kann schnorcheln. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, weil direkt am Roten Meer. Abendessen kann man auch gut ausserhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist üppig und vielseitig. Ein sehr relaxter Aufenthalt.

O buffet do pequeno jantar é enorme e variado. Contudo, os restaurantes são caros e não superior em relação à qualidade no centro da cidade. Deviam ter criado um restaurante em si mesmo como a manhã.
We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com.
After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me.
After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com.
Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking!
Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE!
I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

If you're looking for a pool lounging hotel, there are better options within a 20 minute walk as this hotel had one small pool.
The gym was not kept very well with weights everywhere and the equipment itself could have been better.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there.
The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside.
The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels)
Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby.
For a 5* the curtains with holes are average.
Otherwise everything else is great.
The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.

GGuest UserThis hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

ВВиталийАA luxurious hotel! Freshly renovated and furnished! The hotel smells amazing! The bed linens are amazing, and there's a pillow menu. The beach is gorgeous with white sand, but the water is refreshing. Amazing breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant. The tiramisu is better than in the dessert's homeland. I needed a thermometer, and a hotel medic came to the rescue and gave me a quick checkup. Thank you for your concern!
김김재원1 All rooms with king beds are located in the basement. No view and no light. There are a lot of bugs and they are not cleaned. There were too many mosquitoes at night and I couldn't sleep. The staff recommended a better room but said I had to pay double the price of the original room. The upgraded room has 2 bedrooms and 2 rooms, so it is too big for a couple.
GGuest UserThe pool area is very nice. There are 2 adult pools, the family pools and the slide are located so as not to interfere with the adult pools. The beach is beautiful, you can snorkel. Very attentive service. The location of the hotel is great because it is right on the Red Sea. You can also have dinner outside of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. A very relaxed stay.
