Staff was friendly. Only reason we chose this hotel was because it's near the airport, We practically walked there as it was a straight 15 to 20min walk to Terminal 2. It's near to bus stops. Had quite some restaurants and a netto outside. Nothing to expect from this basic hotel. We got an old room, just make sure you don't have high expectation for it and know what you are booking then it's fine, some parts of the curtains were torn with holes, has a coffee table but no chair. Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine. Well definitely not worth the money we paid but for the convenience to the airport and just to sleep a night it's alright, and I knew upfront what I've signed up for, so it is what it.

We really enjoyed our stay last New Year . We had a very nice room with balcony and we have seen the best fireworks of Copenhagen. Food was superb. We will stay here again next time we will be visiting Denmark. Thank you Admiral Team.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very rich.
The day we stayed just in time for the snow, the hotel in the snow scene is like a castle in a fairy tale, so beautiful.

Chegamos bem cedo do nosso voo. A localização era ótima, a poucos minutos do aeroporto e muito fácil de chegar pela rede de transporte público local.
O agente da recepção conseguiu nos dar um check-in antecipado, o que foi ótimo depois dos nossos voos longos.
Os quartos são bem silenciosos e bem cuidados.
Há alguns restaurantes e supermercados por perto, o que é muito conveniente.
O café da manhã foi ótimo, havia muitas opções de comida saborosa.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes walk from Central station and easy to walk all around the city. Had a superior single which was very cosy and comfortable. Lovely toiletries, lots of attention to detail. Would definitely stay again, hopefully in warmer weather.

Mycket bra hotell som vi har bott på många gånger. Denna gången hade vi superiorrum som vanligt, själva rummet var bra men utsikt rakt på ett tak, borde va lägre pris på ett sånt rum

There should be more accurate information about the distance between the Central Station and the Hotel. It must be more than 3km, or at lest feels like this, especially when walking through the narrow and bumpy streets full of people on Saturday evening. Also, it would be nicer if the Hotel stops emailing me so many times before my check-in and after my checkout.

Very helpful gentleman Matthias gave excellent service on booking in. Very disappointed with room as no yea or coffee making amenities and the cafe downstairs was closed for food despite its closing hr of 8.30pm.

Welcome with supreme interiors design and decoration plus warm welcoming staffs. We’re more than happy with golden hour at hotel (free wine, beer, juice )during stay. There’re plenty chilling space in hotel . We definitely stay here again when visit CPH✨

SSal Z.I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, occupying 3 different rooms due to separate bookings. My experience varied depending on the room type.
For the smaller room, the condition was quite disappointing — the carpet was dirty with many dark stains, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. The room itself felt cramped. Also, do note that basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo are not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. There were no robes or slippers either.
For the larger room, the experience was slightly better. It came with a coffee machine (though strangely, no kettle). However, the lighting was still minimal — no ceiling lamps, just a few dim lights. I’m not sure if that’s typical for Denmark, but it felt a bit unusual to me.
On the positive side, I really loved the location. It’s in a convenient area, close to grocery stores, in a calm and peaceful neighborhood with no noise pollution. Overall, the surroundings were lovely even though the room conditions could be improved.

LLing15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.
Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.
Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.
Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.
Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily.
Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.
Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

GGuest UserThis is my third time staying at this hotel. The gym is quite spacious and well-equipped. The rooms are also quite large, with big floor-to-ceiling windows and electric curtains. It's also relatively close to the subway station, about a seven or eight-minute walk.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and its location is truly its greatest asset. It is situated in an absolutely prime spot, right between the picturesque Nyhavn canal and the magnificent Amalienborg Palace Square. Being able to step out of the hotel and be in the middle of such iconic scenery within minutes was a huge advantage. It made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy and pleasant.
Beyond the amazing location, our room was also a pleasure. It was very well-presented and meticulously cared for, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

GGuest UserExcellent and very clean! The only downside is that there's no shuttle service on weekends, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient. It would be great if they offered a shuttle on weekends too, especially since Denmark is quite cold and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the hotel.

GGuest UserThey initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer luggage storage; you have to pay to use lockers on the basement floor. This hotel really opened my eyes to the prices and service in Denmark... Fellow Chinese travelers, please avoid this place.

Park Lane Copenhagen is set in a historic, beautifully restored building in the peaceful Hellerup area, offering spacious, modern rooms with chic Scandinavian design and great attention to detail. Guests praise the friendly, helpful staff and the calm, comfortable atmosphere. The location is slightly outside central Copenhagen, but it makes a perfect base for relaxing stays and exploring the city by bike or short ride. The on-site dining and bar add a nice touch to the overall experience

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located and therefore ideal. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly. The idea of the Cozy Hour is nice, where you get a free drink at the bar every day. The rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly fine. The bathroom was really small and a bit challenging with the fabric curtain instead of a cubicle.
