O nosso quarto era atraente, o que foi muito agradável. Os funcionários eram amigáveis e ajudantes. O pequeno-almoço era rico e agradável. O facto de o hotel ter entrado em algum momento é normal. Só há pequenas coisas, como o tubo de roupa intacto, a mencionar. De qualquer forma, voltaríamos ao hotel, sentimos-nos bem levantados. O preço de estacionamento, 12 -€ por noite, é um pouco feliz, especialmente porque não existem acessibilidades de estacionamento circundantes, gratuitas. No entanto, o resultado é que é um bom lugar para ser recomendado e para ser considerado bom pelo benefício do preço. M. u. D. O. (Viajada em Set/October 25 por 5 noites)

Great and beautiful hotel. Very friendly service. The location is perfect directly besides the casino and close to the city center. Amazing breakfast. Overall great experience.

Es scheint, dass die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeption und Frühstücksservice nicht funktioniert. Man wollte 2 Mal das Frühstück kassieren. Ausserdem war das Angebot für 25 Euro pro Person sehr dürftig.  Wenn man zwischendurch gegen Nachmittag nur einen Kaffee wollte, war es kompliziert. Ging nur in Kombination mit Brötchen etc und war zu teuer. Automat für Minisnacks vorhanden, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt ebenfalls nicht.  Dusche hatte Schimmelflecken. Schade, hatte mehr Comfort erwartet.

Pequeno-almoço: comida incrível, vista do pequeno-almoço foi o foco Quarto: Estava por várias noites, tinha garrafa de água livre brilhante para o primeiro dia, MAS água não estava disponível para os restantes dias. Eu acabei de cozinhar água com a máquina de café e tive água com sabor de café por aqueles dias, porque não havia cozinha.Se você gostava de café, isso seria perfeito.Em geral, ainda recomendaria muito o hotel, apesar Da ”água de café”. Muito silencioso e pacífico.Notei que alguns comentários dizem que era alto, MAS não consegui ouvir nenhum trem.É Muito bom para viagens de negócios.

If there is a Steigenberger hotel in the city I am visiting, it's my hotel of choice. Super clean, organized, well maintained, and has everything I need and more. The quality standard is there,always. Here in Stuttgart, was perfect,as usual

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary. Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable. Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.

Wir waren sicherlich schon 10-12 mal in dem Hotel mit Thermenanschluss und wollten nach dem Betreiberwechsel wieder mal einen Besuch tätigen. Tatsächlich ist nicht vieles anders geworden, renoviert wurde der Frühstücks-Buffet-Bereich und die Lobby. Anscheinend wurden auch alle älteren Zimmer renoviert. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer im Hauptgebäude und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Checkout ist jetzt 12 Uhr, solange darf man das Bad noch kostenfrei nutzen. Uns hats gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great hotel not too far from the airport. All good for my stay but the only complaint I had was that there was no hot water on the last day of my stay. It would have been good for them to inform guests in advance if this was scheduled maintenance. I had to boil a kettle to have a shave and ended up having to go without a shower.

”Geheimtipp” für alle, die absolut ruhig ( sofern die anderen Gäste mitmachen” im schönsten Viertel Stuttgarts wohnen und die City trotzdem zu Fuß oder per Bus in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen wollen und kein Restaurant brauchen. Die Wellnessabteilung ist gemessen an der Größe des Hotels sehr gut, vor allem die Sauna. Nur der ” Fitnessraum ” ist ein fensterloses Kaemmerchen. Schlecht ist auch die Parksituation: das Hotel verfügt über ca. 12 Plätze, bei mehr Gästen wird's knapp, Alle Anliegerstrassen sind, allerdings nur werktags gebuehrenpflichtig
