It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room type. The room was located at the 4 corners of the floor, with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room facilities were excellent, and our private butler was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and made perfect arrangements. Our room was even specially decorated with fresh flowers. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the private hot spring after watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. The complimentary services offered by the hotel were also great. The Baoji Pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon, and the hot springs were truly super comfortable. The complimentary bespoke 'Jinghong' photoshoot exceeded our expectations. From the initial contact, they were incredibly thorough and patient, meticulously handling scheduling and all the details. The subsequent makeup session and photoshoot were also very professional and patient. The makeup was outstanding, and the photographer was highly skilled, guiding me with poses so I didn't have to worry about not knowing how to pose for photos. The post-shoot photo selection process was also very thoughtful. Overall, it was a perfectly memorable anniversary experience!

We booked a family room, and it was incredibly spacious for three people. It had a separate toilet and a separate shower, and everything was spotlessly clean. The service was also very thoughtful. On the 4th floor, there are free self-service washing machines and dryers, which is really convenient. There's also a gym, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Although the hotel is on a street, it's a small road so it's not noisy at all. Overall, we were very satisfied. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Xi'an.

Although the hotel shows some age, it still exudes a luxurious and upscale vibe. The environment is very clean, and the staff service is excellent. Its location in the heart of the old town makes getting around very convenient. The hotel even gave us a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely touch. Thank you!

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

The hotel is perfectly situated right at the foot of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, directly across the street from this 1300-year-old ancient tower. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs, and you're immersed in the vibrant Tang Dynasty spectacle of the Grand Tang Everbright City. There's no contrived hustle and bustle; upon entering the lobby, you're enveloped in a refined New Chinese elegance. Wooden carvings and Tang Dynasty elements are subtly displayed, and even the air carries a sense of ancient charm. Breakfast is served in the G-floor restaurant, offering a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made Roujiamo (meat burger) has a crispy exterior and soft, tender filling. The Shaanxi-style Pao Mo (bread soaked in lamb/beef broth) is authentic and flavorful. They also offer freshly prepared Eggs Benedict and fresh fruit. The hotel even has its own Qujiang Art Museum, which guests can visit for free. The guest rooms continue Westin's signature 'renewal' design, with solid red oak furniture paired with stone bathrooms, exuding a premium feel. I particularly want to highlight the 'Heavenly Bed,' with a custom pillow menu offering 7 pillow choices. The firmness perfectly supports the shoulders and neck, ensuring a dreamless sleep until morning.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

Suggest to book to include breakfast and hot spring package as the cheapest option wouldn’t include anything. The hotel is fantastic with many amenities for children. We would like to thank our host Jiajia for the great help during our stay for anything we need. There are more than 20 hot spring pools that you can enjoy in the hotel

This is a well-established five-star hotel in Xi'an, boasting an excellent location right next to Xincheng Plaza, within the ancient city walls. You can quickly cycle to the Bell and Drum Towers from here. Despite its central location, it's nestled in a very quiet, private courtyard, giving you a sense of peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Strolling through the courtyard, you can feel the profound historical changes Xi'an has undergone since the founding of the PRC. While some of the facilities inevitably show their age, you can tell they're diligently maintained. Upon arrival, an attendant will help carry your luggage to your room. The front desk staff are incredibly professional and courteous, resolving issues very quickly. Communication with Sofitel Legend Peoples Grand Hotel Xian was also seamless, and they facilitated the transfer of our luggage. I accidentally left a few items behind during check-in, but they handled the communication within minutes and had my belongings delivered to my new room at Sofitel Legend. Knowing our new room wasn't ready yet, they proactively helped with communication and offered a late check-out, making guests feel a profound sense of warmth, like coming home, especially during the New Year period. This level of service efficiency and attitude truly deserves praise. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the freshly made waffles are absolutely delicious – soft, sweet, and chewy. The only minor drawback was the crowd at breakfast during the New Year, but the tables were cleared quite promptly, and the cleaning staff worked incredibly hard.
