The location inside the city wall was very nice. The room very spacious and functional. Don't account on the gym for big session workout but ok for a couple of days. The bathroom very nice. The free laundry was very appreciated. Despite the staff not being English-speaking, they were very helpful.

Hotel incrível com serviços excepcionais. Faísca limpa com ótimas comodidades. O hotel é tão grande que você pode se perder dentro dele. Wang, da recepção, foi tão gentil que se ofereceu para nos levar pelo teleférico vermelho do hotel. A sala em si é grande. O café da manhã tinha variedade de alimentos chineses e ocidentais. A experiência Hotspring foi incrível. A localização do hotel é isolada, no entanto, são 5 a 6 minutos a pé do Centro Turístico de Huashan e poucos restaurantes ficam a 6 a 10 minutos a pé do hotel.

Uma experiência de estadia muito boa, o estilo de design do hotel é muito único, todas as instalações estão completas e a sala é muito limpa. O que é mais incrível é a piscina infinita e a academia, perfeitas para viagens e exercícios físicos. Devo mencionar o excelente serviço do hotel e também conheci a Grace, a pessoa de relações com os hóspedes. Foi uma experiência de viagem perfeita!

O cenário é lindo, bem dentro das Termas de Huaqing. Não fui especificamente ao parque, mas reservei uma sessão fotográfica de viagem gratuita com o hotel. Acompanhamos o fotógrafo pelo parque, incluindo refeições, fontes termais e retirada de ingressos. O carrinho elétrico do hotel nos levou ao redor do parque e, depois de assistir ”A Canção da Tristeza Eterna” naquela noite, voltamos para o nosso quarto e exploramos as Termas de Huaqing com eficiência. Eu até capturei o céu estrelado refletido no lago. Ao chegar, me maquiei e me arrumei para a sessão de fotos, deixando meu filho aos cuidados da equipe do hotel. Não precisei me preocupar com check-in, guardar a bagagem ou mesmo fazer um upgrade de quarto. Uma hora para maquiagem e um segundo para fotografia economizaram significativamente o tempo no parque. Também reservamos a experiência de patrimônio cultural imaterial ”Doze Horas de Termas Imperiais”, onde experimentamos leques de laca e tomamos chá da Dinastia Tang em meio aos jardins chineses lindamente projetados do hotel. As crianças aprenderam muito. O fotógrafo era experiente e a pós-produção foi incrível. A maquiagem e o estilo eram fiéis à minha aparência, sem exageros, e as fotos ficaram lindas. As fontes termais privativas do hotel, os drinks do bar, os bolos de frutas de boas-vindas e os lanches noturnos eram todos nutritivos e nutritivos, e as crianças adoraram. À noite, fomos a Jibaoquan para relaxar nas fontes termais. A temperatura estava perfeita, e a música de uma apresentação de ”A Canção do Arrependimento Eterno” ecoava pelos jardins, criando um banquete para os sentidos. Thoroughly enjoyed my fourth stay at the Angsana, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The room, breakfast, dinner and hot springs were great. A big shout out to the butler, Lin, who was highly attentive and ensured I had a comfortable time. She ordered a big plate of fresh fruit and presented me with three cultural gift, great customer service and much appreciated! Lovely stay, will return soon!

Nossa, encontramos um hotel tão estiloso para nossa viagem em família! Até meus pais não paravam de elogiar! Eles ficaram impressionados com o tamanho das suítes! Reservamos um quarto com três quartos, o que foi incrivelmente conveniente para cuidar dos idosos e das crianças! A melhor parte é que o hotel tem uma piscina de bolinhas, onde as crianças se divertiram muito! Também tem uma mesa de mahjong no quarto, para que os idosos não fiquem entediados! E as instalações do hotel são realmente novas! Com o tempo ficando mais frio, eles até disponibilizaram vários chás de ervas – que consideração! Com certeza ficaremos aqui novamente na próxima vez!

O serviço é muito atencioso e meticuloso! Acabei de fazer o check-in e preparei chocolates de terracota com frutas No check-out, as crianças ganharam lembrancinhas, que eram bem exclusivas! É conveniente viajar.Há muitas lojas antigas nas proximidades. Fica a apenas 5 minutos a pé de Yongxingfang, o que é bastante conveniente. O café da manhã é muito rico, A piscina também é muito limpa! A única desvantagem é que a cama é um pouco macia, mas todo o resto é ótimo! Volte na próxima vez!

We are very happy with the stay at Shuhe hotel.  Staffs are very helpful and friendly. There are 3 hotels in the similar area, this one doesn’t have address clearly state on trip.com, so the taxi driver dropped us off at Dayanta location, luckily they have a shuttle car take us to the other hotel. There is no fridge in the room, however you can take your food and drink to reception and ask them put in their fridge.  Overall I am happy with my stay.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! When I arrived, it was even better than the pictures online. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the hotel's decor is beautifully classic and elegant. The best part is that each room comes with an independent washer-dryer combo, which was a huge and pleasant surprise since it wasn't mentioned in the listing. I have to emphasize this – it's perfect for families traveling with kids who need to do laundry frequently. The owner is also incredibly thoughtful; they prepare breakfast in advance based on your preferences. If you order deliveries or takeout, they'll collect it for you and bring it directly to your room. Free drinks and alcohol are a bonus, and they even bring entire cases of beverages to your room. The hospitality of Xi'an people truly shines here, and I feel it was demonstrated perfectly. I don't know about other places, but if I ever visit Xi'an again, I will definitely stay here and nowhere else. I won't be booking through other hotels. On my departure day, both owners came to see me off, helping me with my luggage to the door. The driver even thought they were my brothers! He commented on how genuinely friendly and hospitable they were, like family. I agreed, saying how wonderful the owners are, and told him that if his travel agency ever had groups coming to Xi'an, they should definitely recommend this place. My two kids were absolutely thrilled, especially with the bunk bed – it was stable, spacious, and safe; they loved it! Plus, the beds seem to have special mattresses because we all slept incredibly soundly, basically from dusk till dawn. Our whole family felt that we fell asleep quickly and slept very well here. The room was also very quiet, and they even have a fresh air system, so the indoor air quality felt wonderfully refreshing. I'd give it a perfect 10 – anything less wouldn't do it justice. It's genuinely excellent, I'd give almost everything full marks. It's also conveniently located for the Muslim Quarter, just across the street. Anyway, I'll stop here; I'll save the rest for my next visit.
