Fantastic rooms, good bed, wonderful vuew from the view , good breakfast, mostly Chinese cuisine, friendly staffs.... Awesome spa..... Location is pretty far from downtown... But metro ride is just 10 mins walk by the hotel..

Clean, spacious room in a fantastic hotel with impeccable service. We especially enjoy the pool and spa.
There's a shopping mall next to the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Location is not ideal for sightseers though, as the majority of tourist spots are within the city wall that is 30 minutes away in a car.

Very nice and comfortable place , if I go to Xi’an again definitely will stay there and also the food and services is the best I had ever seen , hopefully will have a chance to go there again

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We stayed here twice over the course of a week and the views plus cleanliness of the rooms on the 36/37th floor were amazing. There is a proper gym and pool. Restaurant downstairs very good. Service was exceptional from all staff we encountered. As a bonus, they reached out proactively when they discovered I left items behind. Despite missing their calls on a flight, when I rang back 6 hours later, the night receptionist picked up the task and my items were delivered to me 2 days later. The staff elevate the status of this hotel. Will book JW Marriott hotels for future trips to China.

The staff was very professional und friendly. The hotel is new, but still many things were unfortunately not working properly, like toilet, mini bar, phone... Locations was good, metro and shopping was near, however to get to city center by metro take some time.
