Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Good location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly and very helpful staff that used a translating app to communicate with me in English. Great breakfast buffet and also a good and not expensive restaurant. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I can recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable stay! The staff were very friendly and it was located in a wonderful part of town. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner; they were so refreshing! The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of great options and flexible seating. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice new hotel which located at the modern developing district. Short distance to 览山park. shopping mall with many good restaurants is not far from the hotel. Good size hotel room, very clean.

這次來銀川出差，選了悦蘭山維景酒店，真的被狠狠驚喜到了！ 一進門就被大堂的顏值戳中了，那個羽毛造型的吊燈也太有質感了吧，拍照巨出片！前台小滕和小波真的太加分了，態度熱情到完全不敷衍，辦理入住又快又細心，還主動給我們介紹了酒店的大堂吧、早餐時間，甚至貼心提醒了周邊的遊玩路線，細節感拉滿！ 大堂吧的環境也超舒服，酒櫃佈置得很有格調，還有寧夏特色的八寶茶，細節裏全是用心。房間乾淨整潔，床品軟乎乎的，住得特別安心。 本來衹是隨便訂的一家酒店，結果直接被服務和環境圈粉！下次來銀川絕對還住這兒，必須給小滕、小波和整個酒店五星好評，太值得推薦了！

自認為目前大武口開業的酒店裡設施算最好的，但是這幾次入住都非常不愉快，第一次選擇的所謂的總統套房，可能是一直沒人住的原因，桌子上都有一層浮灰。叫保潔來重新打掃了一下還可以，晚上的服務大姐能夠及時的把我們需要的東西及時拿來而且服務很熱情，也算彌補了不愉快，這次還是訂了個套房，隔壁房子喝酒一直喝到凌晨2點多，又是吐又是喊的，我們給前台打電話，也有服務人員耐心解釋她們給説了別不聽。他們就沒辦法了，最搞笑的是第二天我去退房，我把情況告知前台人員，然後前台人員就跟沒聽見一樣，一點反饋都沒有，我現在有點期待那個新酒店趕快開門吧，這一次次的傷害我們這些回老家的人的心呢。真是希望大武口越來越好，但是如果都這樣去經營，真的是傷住客的心呢

衞生：非常乾淨，衞生特別好 設施：設施全新，設施特別齊全 環境：環境特別好，乾淨，温馨，舒適 服務：實用性拉滿，服務特別好 精美下午茶:下午茶特別好喝，是現做的 這次住的地方太驚喜了，環境乾淨舒適，細節也到位，周邊配套方便，服務也熱情住的特別開心，住時主動介紹設施，房間環境超出預期，乾淨整潔的沒話説，這裏太方便了，旁邊就是滙融商場，酒店的後面就是玉皇閣景區，去景點或者商圈都近，周邊吃飯購物也方便，有免費的洗衣房，臨時洗衣服很省心，還可以烘乾，還會給周邊旅遊攻略值得一來！

Great service from the staff who moved us to another room when our initial room had an extremely hard and unsleepable bed. Facilities were decent, the hot spring had many varieties, clean and accessible. Don't expect much from breakfast though, but all other meals can be catered for from the many stalls around the resort. The shows are very Chinese as expected, but generally nicely choreographed and performed. A nice stay, while two nights would be as much as I would recommend staying.

此次入住頤和大酒店，整體體驗令人滿意。 酒店大廳高端大氣，一進門就給人一種豪華感。前台的工作人員熱情禮貌，辦理入住手續迅速又周到，尤其是那可愛的丫頭，態度親切得就像回家一般。房間方面，雖有些陳舊的痕跡，但整潔程度沒得説，每一處都被打理得井井有條，住起來很舒心。酒店的服務態度非常好，無論是客房服務還是其他需求，都能得到及時響應。早餐種類尚可，能滿足基本需求。值得一提的是，大廳裏還有平價小超市，售賣枸杞特產、牛肉乾之類的商品，方便住客購買特色產品。老闆人不錯，問路，去哪裡怎麼走，哪裡好玩，哪有好吃的，都耐心解答，購買了枸杞，枸杞原漿，還給送了八寶茶。加了老闆微信，下次來銀還入住頤和大酒店。而且酒店位置優越，毗鄰高鐵站，出行十分便利，購物也輕鬆。無論是旅遊還是商務出行，頤和大酒店都是不錯的選擇。
