I really liked the hotel.Clean rooms, convenient location and tasty breakfast, especially thanks to Lera on front desk for making staying in the hotel very comfortable Everything was perfect! The hotel staff, Lera and Malike, were very nice and welcoming.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the owner was very nice. They solved the meal problem; the dishes were cooked very well.

還好之前辦的簽證沒到期，飛機上人不多，下大雪天氣不好半夜才到，大廳非常暖和，剛好趕上聖誕節前，一樓的聖誕裝飾很漂亮，配上聖誕小音樂，一下子有種很浪漫的聖誕電影般愜意的感覺。 大堂有很多的沙發位，單人的，雙人的，組合多人的，很適合發呆和聊天。 我定的單人間，房間面積不大挺温馨的，床墊挺舒服，早餐也不錯，服務也挺周到的，我是i人，整體感覺不錯，樓下餐廳的減脂餐挺好的。

這次到吉爾吉斯斯坦出差兼旅行，選擇了吉國之星酒店，不得不説，這絕對是一個明智的決定，整個入住體驗堪稱完美。 地理位置優越： 酒店的位置非常方便，無論是去市中心的阿拉套廣場，還是前往各大商務區，交通都十分便利。周邊也有不錯的餐廳和超市，生活購物很省心。 房間舒適整潔： 我們入住的是雙床房，房間比想象中要寬敞明亮。床品非常舒適，一夜好眠。最重要的是，房間打掃得一塵不染，衞浴設施乾淨現代，熱水供應穩定充足，這對於旅途勞累的人來説太重要了。 服務無可挑剔： 這是酒店最值得稱讚的一點！從前台到餐廳再到客房服務，每一位員工都面帶微笑，熱情周到。前台員工能流利地使用中、俄、英多種語言，溝通零障礙。我們遇到一些小問題，他們都能迅速響應並解決，讓人感覺非常安心。

Escolhemos este hotel pelos cafés da manhã e pelo bar/restaurante no local. Nos deram um hotel bastante antigo. O bar estava fora de serviço e foi difícil encontrar lugares decentes para comer nas proximidades. O café da manhã era entregue no quarto e tínhamos que escolher uma refeição e um café do cardápio todos os dias. No entanto, eles sempre se esqueciam de trazer o café, então tínhamos que lembrá-los todos os dias e esperar de 10 a 15 minutos após a entrega do café da manhã. Em quatro dias, o café da manhã foi entregue apenas três vezes e, em um dia, simplesmente disseram que o cozinheiro não estava trabalhando. Prometeram um reembolso do café da manhã em um dia, mas não cumpriram. O quarto estava muito frio em dezembro e o ar-condicionado era velho e barulhento. O chuveiro não escoava e, no segundo dia, havia um cheiro de esgoto. Como ponto positivo, os lençóis estavam limpos, as toalhas eram frescas e havia chinelos disponíveis. Eles nos ofereceram um upgrade para um quarto ”superior” e fomos conferir. De fato, era espaçoso, mais novo e melhor. No final, pela manhã, nos disseram que o quarto não estaria disponível e nos deram outro, que não era muito diferente do anterior. No geral, tudo estava desorganizado e caótico. Foram muito educados no WhatsApp. O hotel fica longe do centro da cidade e os táxis perdem muito tempo em engarrafamentos. Não nos hospedamos em outros hotéis da cidade, então não temos com o que comparar. Este hotel é bom para alguns dias. No geral, não é ruim, mas poderia ser melhor.

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits

Ficámos no Hotel Urban Bishkek há alguns meses e tivemos UMA experiência maravilhosa.O próprio hotel era exatamente como descrito, limpo, agradável, confortável e bem mantido.Tudo era simples e agradável desde o momento em que chegámos. Parece que temos mais do que o que pagámos. No entanto, o que realmente se deu, foi o compromisso excepcional da equipe para o serviço ao cliente.No dia de partida, tivemos que sair cerca de uma hora antes do serviço de pequeno-almoço começar normalmente.
