1. The location is excellent, right next to Yaohan, and Grand Lisboa is also very close. Across from Lisboa is a large bus terminal with direct routes to Coloane, Hac Sa Beach, Rua do Cunha, etc. You can also take the Grand Lisboa shuttle to the border gate and Grand Lisboa Palace. It's about a 6-7 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of food options along the way.
2. The hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are actually well-maintained, and the indoor carpets are quite clean.
3. There are USB ports, but it's still better to bring your own adapter (my phone charger has two Type-C ends, so the USB port wouldn't work).
4. For this price, what more could you ask for? It's basically one of the best value-for-money options in Macau.
This hotel is like a massive complex, offering everything from shopping and dining to entertainment. As for the rooms, they are spacious and comfortable, with even the smallest room type being around 70 square meters. The decor is elegant, featuring noble colors and exquisite embellishments, giving a sense of luxury. The bathrooms are crafted from Italian white marble and are equipped with amenities such as a bathtub and a separate shower, truly showcasing opulence. Regarding service, most of the staff are warm and friendly, actively helping guests with their issues.
The room was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, offering views of Hengqin, Zhuhai across the water in Taipa. The facilities are luxurious and complete, and the hygiene is top-notch – truly excellent. The service was also first-rate.
The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was decent. However, the front desk service was very mediocre. Once you've booked a room, you're expected to follow their rules with no flexibility whatsoever; in other words, they're quite rigid. The hotel's location is superb, right on Beijing Street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel facilities are pretty standard.
We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the casino was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay.
Unacceptable Attitude from Front Desk and Lobby Security
My morning flight landed in Hong Kong, and after picking up my husband (who was utterly exhausted from his flight from Italy), we arrived in Macau around 11 AM. We immediately went to the front desk to inquire about an early check-in, as we were both extremely tired. Despite having called Ctrip beforehand (whose customer service was excellent and who confirmed they would arrange an early check-in if a room was available), the hotel flatly refused, insisting check-in was strictly at 3 PM.
We were forced to wait in the lobby. Exhausted, we eventually dozed off. A security guard then approached and *kicked our chair*, yelling loudly, ”Get up! Get up! Hey! Hey!” It was incredibly humiliating and made us feel like refugees. This wasn't a one-off incident either.
Unable to endure this treatment, I finally spoke to the lobby manager. His attitude and prompt action, however, were commendable. He immediately intervened with the front desk, and within half an hour, we were finally able to check into our room.
This entire experience was truly appalling and utterly disheartening.
Unexpectedly stranded in Macau, we rushed to check in at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I thought it would just be a quick, temporary stop, but instead, we received an incredibly touching experience. Not only did the hotel proactively upgrade our room, but when they learned my husband had mobility issues, they specially arranged a wheelchair. The staff meticulously assisted us the entire way, pushing him steadily into the room and making sure he was comfortably in bed before they left.
The upgraded room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, instantly washing away the fatigue from our late-night journey. This unexpected stay was made incredibly warm by the hotel's heartwarming service. Their thoughtfulness and care truly left us feeling immensely grateful. The hospitality in Macau really touched our hearts! We will definitely come back again!
The room we chose had an excellent view, and with the current Alice in Wonderland theme, the garden design was truly fantastic. The only thing that bothered me the most was the poor soundproofing. You could clearly hear people talking as they passed by in the corridor, which negatively impacted my sleep quality.
The hotel offers many dining options, and most of the staff were quite friendly. However, on the day we checked out and needed to take the shuttle bus, the attitude of one staff member was so bad that I really wanted to file a complaint. This experience alone is probably why I won't be staying here again. After all, there are so many other choices available.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with The Parisian Macao. The biggest highlight was on our second day: after we left, the housekeeping staff neatly arranged my girlfriend's large collection of cosmetics. We were genuinely surprised and delighted when we returned. Also, I had arranged with the hotel to prepare a cake for my girlfriend, and it was absolutely delicious.
The overall hygiene and service were very good. Located in a bustling area of Macau, the environment is also pleasant. However, the room had a minor issue – the TV couldn't screen mirror – and it was a bit small, though that's understandable given the prime location.
I passed by this hotel in Macau before and thought it looked great, so this time I decisively booked it. The location is excellent. You can take the Sands shuttle from the border gate, or if you're coming from the airport, take bus AP1 and get off at the pedestrian overpass, then just cross the road – very convenient. It's right next to the Golden Lotus Square and the Grand Prix Museum. The front desk was very helpful and gave me a pool-facing room. Next to the pool, there's a decent-sized kids' play area, perfect for letting the little ones burn off some energy. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very well-maintained and clean, and I loved that the bathroom had a bathtub for soaking. There's even a capsule coffee machine for making your own coffee, which is a nice touch.

HHudieFrom December 2nd to 4th, I had a leisure vacation and chose to stay at The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites. The service experience was truly excellent. Check-in is usually at 3:00 PM, and by the time I got to the front desk, it was already past that. The front desk staff informed me that the non-smoking area still needed a bit more time as housekeeping wasn't finished yet, and Deluxe King rooms were in high demand. They offered to upgrade me to a suite and first asked if I minded being a bit further from the elevator. I said I didn't, and they immediately processed the upgrade to a suite. I was able to move into the room right away, and I was very happy with it. For my first night, the mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, which was a thoughtful touch. I was quite hungry and didn't want to go out, so this considerate gesture was perfect. After a two-and-a-half-hour drive and crossing the Hengqin border, I was exhausted and needed to rest, and this really made things convenient for me at that moment. I was very satisfied with the hotel service – that's the first point.
Secondly, when I checked out on December 4th at noon, I called for a bellboy to help with some luggage. He arrived even quicker than expected, with a genuine smile. He introduced himself as Koenig and said, 'Ma'am, I'm here to assist you with everything.' He was polite and spoke in a very friendly tone. Such a bellboy leaves an excellent impression; he was truly courteous. It's clear the hotel's training program is very effective. Koenig was absolutely a professionally trained hotel staff member, with every action being perfectly executed. He proactively asked about my stay and if I was satisfied with the hotel, and if everything was convenient. His proactive communication with guests shows how much he cares about their experience, which is an excellent quality. Hotels really need frontline staff like this to get feedback on guests' experiences. This has already given me a good reason to choose The Londoner Macao's Grand Suites again for my next stay. I hope the hotel continues to offer more pleasant surprises to its guests. 💁🖐🌹🌹

GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing
On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them.
Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy.
## Service:
During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests.
## Location:
The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn.
## Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

11592050****I arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM, but was told at check-in that my room wasn't ready yet. I asked them to check for an available room twice and stood waiting for over ten or twenty minutes. Eventually, they offered a room upgrade but said it wouldn't be ready until 5 or 6 PM. I noticed other guests checking in next to me were also waiting for their rooms, receiving the same explanation that previous guests had checked out at 2 PM, so the rooms hadn't been cleaned yet. As I was traveling with a child, I asked if we could have a late check-out until 1 PM the next day, but was told no because the hotel has been fully booked recently. This felt a bit inconsistent with their earlier explanation about rooms not being ready due to 2 PM check-outs. The hotel facilities are good and quite new, but the bathroom's ventilation system is a bit loud and noisy.
