The hotel has an excellent location and environment. It is worthy of being an old five-star hotel and the first state guesthouse. It has an excellent environment in a large courtyard. There are many two-story villas and several small high-rise buildings in the courtyard. It has complete supporting facilities, including a gym and other facilities. The swimming pool is half the size of a standard swimming pool with constant temperature. The breakfast is especially rich and meets the standards of a five-star hotel. There are many local specialties of Inner Mongolia. It is about a 15-minute walk to Zhongshan West Road and the General's Mansion. The only drawback is that the first floor of the villa is quite humid, and I hope to strengthen the dehumidification work

It’s my second time to stay at the Orange Hotel. The environment is very beautiful and my children like it very much. There is one thing that is very inappropriate. My child peed the bed. I’m very sorry. I heard that I didn’t complain at all and didn’t mention it when I checked out. Avoid it. Saved me the embarrassment, thank you very much. And there is no extra charge. The service is really great. The children are very happy and so are the adults. The parking lot in front of the door is very convenient for parking. I like it very much.

This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences. First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian). My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated. My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place? My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location. All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.

Again she said 听不懂 and didn't make any response. ”卫生间里没有休纸” ”no paper in the toilet”. I repeat the same thing in Chinese and in English again. What is this situation? Come on. A Chinese man waiting next to me saw this situation and said something to the employee, and then the employee looked at me, opened the back door and took out the tissue. What is this situation? It's not that she doesn't understand, but the hotel employee turned his head to the guest and refused to respond. I don't understand the employee's attitude.

I stayed at Hohhot Dazhaosi Hotel this time and I was really satisfied. The location of the hotel is great, just near Dazhao Temple. You can feel the rich local cultural atmosphere when you go out. There are many specialty snack bars and traditional handicraft shops around. The transportation is also very convenient. It is very convenient to take bus or take a taxi to other attractions. For tourists like me, this location is perfect. The facilities inside the hotel impressed me. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you sleep very well. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the shower equipment has a large water output and the water temperature is very stable. The hotel also provides free high-speed Wi-Fi, making watching videos or doing work stress-free. The service of the hotel is really nothing to say.
