We are Malaysian & can speak mandarin. Don’t worry if you’re non-chinese speaker, they will try their best to communicate with you. Sonzhuju Coffee & Tea Holiday Villa is convenient for those who bring big luggage. They have a service to help carry your luggage too, from the main road (approx 170m). And please let them know once you arrived at the main road! The hotel is away from loud noise & busy from the main area. Cosy place & strategic for us staying in 3D2N. The room was clean. Breakfast included, but for Muslims, please mention that you’re Muslim, then they will prepare you veggie options. And you can choose to have your meal in your room or their eating area.

Ai Fei, a local host from the hotel, was very helpful in arranging our customised tour trip. We texted the hotel via WeChat 8–9 days prior to our arrival in Lijiang. We asked if there was any local there who could advise us on the trip and straightaway they made a group for discussion. He'd make sure that we were all okay & happy to discuss our plan to visit any area that we would like to go to. He arranged our private car trip to JDSM & Blue Moon Valley and brought the ticket for us too. Upon we'd arrived at the hotel, he served us a welcome tea, fruit and flower cake. From the next morning we are going to JDSM & Blue Moon Valley. He advised us on what the do’s and don't prior to our trip. The private driver that he helped arrange for us was also very helpful & patient to ensure that we felt safe going to the place (group chat). He also helped to arrange a private car for us to Shangri-la. Overall, he made our plan and trip smoothly.

As for the Muslims, you can ask him or the hotel host to recommend where the nearest Muslim restaurant they will definitely find for you.
Overall, definitely recommend staying here. We are happy with our stay here.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

Ambiente: Fiquei com meus amigos em um quarto familiar para três pessoas, o quarto é super espaçoso, com uma grande janela transparente que oferece vista para a cidade antiga. Pela manhã, podemos ver o nascer do sol e tomar sol no quarto, é realmente lindo! Meus amigos e eu adoramos a estadia. 😃 Voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui da próxima vez! Serviço: Há serviço de entrega e levam comida para o quarto, muito conveniente. O proprietário é muito prestativo, responde às mensagens instantaneamente e ainda nos deu biscoitos de flores frescas. Transporte: Fica bem na Porta Norte da Cidade Antiga de Lijiang. Depois de passear e ficar cansado, é só caminhar um pouco para voltar ao hotel, o que é muito agradável. Também é fácil conseguir um táxi ao sair.

O proprietário foi muito gentil e se ofereceu para nos buscar no estacionamento. Como estávamos com uma criança e muitas coisas, ele me acompanhou duas vezes. Além disso, quando selecionei acidentalmente o endereço errado para o sabonete líquido para bebês que havia encomendado em outra loja deles, o proprietário foi pessoalmente me entregar no meio da noite. A atenção aos detalhes foi excelente. Quando partimos pela manhã, o proprietário novamente se ofereceu para carregar nossas coisas e nos acompanhou até o estacionamento. O quarto oferecia uma vista panorâmica da cidade velha.

Um hotel realmente lindo com um pátio com lago perfeito para fotos. Apreciamos a arquitetura e o design de interiores de todo o lugar, incluindo nossos quartos. Reservamos dois quartos, um para nossos filhos adultos, e era excepcionalmente confortável e espaçoso. Um dos quartos tinha um chuveiro com mau escoamento de água, e os informamos na nossa primeira noite, mas não tivemos resposta se conseguiram consertá-lo quando estávamos fora. Também adoramos o aquecedor do banheiro. O café da manhã era simples, mas suficiente para começar o dia, e podíamos pedir alguns pratos de macarrão à la carte. O atendimento ao cliente poderia ser melhor, com cumprimentos simples e sorrisos. Não houve contato visual com os hóspedes e a simpatia faltou, mas aproveitamos a nossa estadia em Dali. Uma ótima localização na cidade antiga.

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

房間特別大，一進門就心情舒暢了，房間帶的陽台直麪雪山，面前是一個超大的牧場。不管是設施衞生環境還是服務都是一等一的，特別滿意。店裡麪的員工都像是入股了一樣，每個人熱情都特別高。管家驚雲還有一衹好看的小狗狗，特別可愛，還會給推薦附近好玩的好吃的，有什麼需求每個人都特別熱心。 店裡還送了拍照，扎染和製茶餅。 拍照包含粧造，有3張精修照片，基本都是拍的藏族服飾本來沒報期望，沒想到拍出來的效果意外的好，沒忍住還加了精修。 扎染是送的做一個小方巾，店裡麪一點都不會因為是酒店送的敷衍，很細緻教。 製茶餅老闆也很好，給介紹各種茶的知識，品嚐了很多，也都不用消費。茶餅可以回家留個紀念，説是要喝的話最好一年以後再喝，都是做的生普。 總之在這家店過得很開心，很遺憾後面還有別的行程，不能繼續住了。

The breakfast selection was quite good, with rice noodles, a simple salad, fruits, and pastries. It's super close to Heilongtan Park, just around the corner. If you want to see the 'Golden Mountain at Sunrise,' you can get up early, and you can even see the snow-capped peak from the rooftop. The owner is lovely and kind, and the front desk staff are very welcoming; they even helped carry my luggage to the car. Thank you! The only minor downside was that the room facing the alley was a bit noisy at night, probably from people returning late from their outings. Overall, it offers great value for money.

This hotel is great if you're using it just for the hot tubs. The staff all seemed a bit unprepared for the services they provided. Most of the hotel is outdoors, the hot tub looked horrible after the leaky roof leaked into it during the rain, they seemed to be unsure of how to do room service, the hotel is outdoors with not mosquito nets so it's almost impossible to be outside at night. The hotels location is literally down a dirt road behind some limber factory so taxis find it difficult to find. The hotel is also way out of the city, do getting to attractions takes a bit more time. Overall it's a nice hotel if you're getting it for a short time or if you need to stay close to the airport.
