Este é um hotel que vale a pena viver! Localização: Cerca de dez minutos de carro do Mile High Speed ​​​​Rail. Ambiente do hotel: Localizado na área cênica de Dongfengyun, há muitos lugares para entretenimento e lazer na área cênica. Existem muitas vinhas ao longo do caminho para o hotel. O ambiente é muito bom. Facilidades do hotel: um hotel com sentido de design, a beleza da arquitetura é imperdível! Os níveis de hardware e software estão todos online. Restauração do hotel: Há poucos hóspedes na baixa temporada, mas os produtos ainda são muito ricos e de alto padrão, o dim sum é caseiro e muitas especialidades locais. Muito sincero! A qualidade é barata para o preço! Atendimento do hotel: recepção, restaurante, concierge, serviço de quarto são todos bem treinados e muito simpáticos! Eu gosto dos ímãs de geladeira enviados por Xiao Zhao na recepção! A arquitetura da área cênica de Dongfengyun também é muito bonita, mas a atração de investimento das lojas internas é um pouco baixa e as notas dos fornecedores de alimentos e bebidas não correspondem aos edifícios. Há carros a bateria na área cênica e você pode visitar todo o parque em poucas horas.

Instalações: Completas e o proprietário é muito atencioso. O quarto tem aquecimento e o ar condicionado é super potente, aquece muito rápido. No banheiro, há uma prateleira, então depois do banho você pode se vestir diretamente, o que evita pegar um resfriado e o mal da altitude. Ao sair do chuveiro, você já encontra um ambiente quentinho com ar condicionado, muito reconfortante. 🥰 Higiene: Muito limpo, a tia da limpeza vem arrumar todos os dias. Ambiente: Fiquei com meus amigos em um quarto familiar para três pessoas, o quarto é super espaçoso, com uma grande janela transparente que oferece vista para a cidade antiga. Pela manhã, podemos ver o nascer do sol e tomar sol no quarto, é realmente lindo! Meus amigos e eu adoramos a estadia. 😃 Voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui da próxima vez! Serviço: Há serviço de entrega e levam comida para o quarto, muito conveniente. O proprietário é muito prestativo, responde às mensagens instantaneamente e ainda nos deu biscoitos de flores frescas. Transporte: Fica bem na Porta Norte da Cidade Antiga de Lijiang. Depois de passear e ficar cansado, é só caminhar um pouco para voltar ao hotel, o que é muito agradável. Também é fácil conseguir um táxi ao sair.

We are Malaysian & can speak mandarin. Don’t worry if you’re non-chinese speaker, they will try their best to communicate with you. Sonzhuju Coffee & Tea Holiday Villa is convenient for those who bring big luggage. They have a service to help carry your luggage too, from the main road (approx 170m). And please let them know once you arrived at the main road! The hotel is away from loud noise & busy from the main area. Cosy place & strategic for us staying in 3D2N. The room was clean. Breakfast included, but for Muslims, please mention that you’re Muslim, then they will prepare you veggie options. And you can choose to have your meal in your room or their eating area.

Ai Fei, a local host from the hotel, was very helpful in arranging our customised tour trip. We texted the hotel via WeChat 8–9 days prior to our arrival in Lijiang. We asked if there was any local there who could advise us on the trip and straightaway they made a group for discussion. He'd make sure that we were all okay & happy to discuss our plan to visit any area that we would like to go to. He arranged our private car trip to JDSM & Blue Moon Valley and brought the ticket for us too. Upon we'd arrived at the hotel, he served us a welcome tea, fruit and flower cake. From the next morning we are going to JDSM & Blue Moon Valley. He advised us on what the do’s and don't prior to our trip. The private driver that he helped arrange for us was also very helpful & patient to ensure that we felt safe going to the place (group chat). He also helped to arrange a private car for us to Shangri-la. Overall, he made our plan and trip smoothly.

As for the Muslims, you can ask him or the hotel host to recommend where the nearest Muslim restaurant they will definitely find for you.
Overall, definitely recommend staying here. We are happy with our stay here.

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

O proprietário foi muito gentil e se ofereceu para nos buscar no estacionamento. Como estávamos com uma criança e muitas coisas, ele me acompanhou duas vezes. Além disso, quando selecionei acidentalmente o endereço errado para o sabonete líquido para bebês que havia encomendado em outra loja deles, o proprietário foi pessoalmente me entregar no meio da noite. A atenção aos detalhes foi excelente. Quando partimos pela manhã, o proprietário novamente se ofereceu para carregar nossas coisas e nos acompanhou até o estacionamento. O quarto oferecia uma vista panorâmica da cidade velha.

Big and clean rooms. Good value. This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside. We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed. Shower jets were strong and good. Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town. Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings. They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels. Service staff were friendly and very helpful. Great stay overall.

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

紅塔山酒店是此次雲南旅行最滿意的一家酒店，交通便利就不説了，從下車就有人幫忙拿行李，前台給升了房，可以直接看到聶耳公園的風景，到的時候正好週六，前台幾位小姐姐熱情介紹我去他們的青花街有回民集市，還告訴我怎麼坐交通路線，賓至如歸，第二天是我生日，大堂經理親子手寫了祝福卡片還送了糕點跟餐券，退房的時候還送了明信片給小朋友，每一位工作人員都很熱情很開心，讓人很舒服，下次來玉溪還住這裏

Este hotel histórico é muito encantador, e apesar da sua idade tem todas as características modernas que você espera.Situado perto do Lago Verde, a atmosfera é pacífica e o decor tem uma vibração clássica nos anos 50. As salas e as áreas públicas (incluindo a piscina e as salas de mudança) foram muito limpas e bem vistas, e houve muitos toques bonitos que me fizeram sentir muito bem-vindos.Eu recomendaria certamente ficar aqui.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste.
