Songzhuju is one of the nicest homestay I've stayed in. 1. Butler Ah Fei and all staff are very welcoming and friendly. Ah Fei contacted me in advance to arrange pick up and itinerary. He's also the go-to guy for purchase of authentic tea and local produce. 2. Superior location The homestay is situated about 100m from north gate. Considered easy to find but I would still recommend the pick up service as the town is such a maze. It takes around 30mins by car from Lijiang Railway to the ancient town. Restaurants, cafes and shops are everywhere. 3. Spacious and cosy room Room was clean, full amenities like bathrobe, slippers, kettle, shampoo, conditioner etc all provided There are endless options of homestays to choose from but Songzhuju stands out for being so homely and such kind of personal service is really rare. After 3 days of stay, i cannot pinpoint a single negative aspect at all. Would return for sure and highly recommend to all travellers! . Bed and pillows quite comfortable. Breakfast provided from 8am. Laundry room available.

10/10 will book this hotel again in Kunming!! The location is right smack in the city centre, easy to get around to Nanpibg street by foot (10 mins walk), shuncheng shopping mall. A lot of eateries nearby, no need to worry about it. The hospitality of the staff is also amazing as well, making our stay unforgettable.

É um pequeno hotel dentro do prédio mostrado. O hotel e o quarto eram modernos e limpos, e a vista da piscina é ótima. A localização é ótima, no coração da área turística e a 10 minutos a pé do Mercado Gaozhuang Xishuangjing. A recepcionista foi muito prestativa. Contratamos o serviço de motorista do hotel para nos levar às atividades e o motorista também foi muito simpático e prestativo. Falamos em chinês, mas acredito que eles saibam um pouco de inglês.

Um hotel realmente lindo com um pátio com lago perfeito para fotos. Apreciamos a arquitetura e o design de interiores de todo o lugar, incluindo nossos quartos. Reservamos dois quartos, um para nossos filhos adultos, e era excepcionalmente confortável e espaçoso. Um dos quartos tinha um chuveiro com mau escoamento de água, e os informamos na nossa primeira noite, mas não tivemos resposta se conseguiram consertá-lo quando estávamos fora. Também adoramos o aquecedor do banheiro. O café da manhã era simples, mas suficiente para começar o dia, e podíamos pedir alguns pratos de macarrão à la carte. O atendimento ao cliente poderia ser melhor, com cumprimentos simples e sorrisos. Não houve contato visual com os hóspedes e a simpatia faltou, mas aproveitamos a nossa estadia em Dali. Uma ótima localização na cidade antiga.

Este hotel histórico é muito encantador, e apesar da sua idade tem todas as características modernas que você espera.Situado perto do Lago Verde, a atmosfera é pacífica e o decor tem uma vibração clássica nos anos 50. As salas e as áreas públicas (incluindo a piscina e as salas de mudança) foram muito limpas e bem vistas, e houve muitos toques bonitos que me fizeram sentir muito bem-vindos.Eu recomendaria certamente ficar aqui.

Thr view of the Snow Mountain greets you upon arrival at the hotel. Nice! The villa and hotel are well-appointed and the heated flooring is extremely welcome feature though I wonder why they didn't offer the heated toilet seat which is now a feature even in the family-run hotels in Shangri-la. We were given one of the furthest villas and had to rely on buggy service throughout the stay. So,I'd advise you check your villa location. The breakfast is sumptuous and food is overall respectable. What I find to be lacking is the absence of warmth from the service staff. They are not rude but it felt like they were just doing their job professionally. A few times I encountered issues and the first service staff assigned was unable to support. Compared to the rest of my last few hotels, they were rated the lowest in this area. So I'd recommend this hotel to those who just want to enjoy a great value stay and can be totally self-sufficient chilling in their rooms.

O proprietário foi muito gentil e se ofereceu para nos buscar no estacionamento. Como estávamos com uma criança e muitas coisas, ele me acompanhou duas vezes. Além disso, quando selecionei acidentalmente o endereço errado para o sabonete líquido para bebês que havia encomendado em outra loja deles, o proprietário foi pessoalmente me entregar no meio da noite. A atenção aos detalhes foi excelente. Quando partimos pela manhã, o proprietário novamente se ofereceu para carregar nossas coisas e nos acompanhou até o estacionamento. O quarto oferecia uma vista panorâmica da cidade velha.

I chose this Feilai Temple hotel and looked forward to seeing part of the snowy mountains. In addition, there is also a factor to choose here. I want to avoid a problem in many hotels in Feilai Temple. It is a bit of an eye-catching crane in the scenery. Living here far exceeds expectations. First of all, there will be a thoughtful and intimate service. There will be a housekeeper who will pick us up. Sister, help us with our luggage, I drove the car from the station to the hotel quickly. The fruit plate was very fresh and the raisins were delicious! In the afternoon, I went to the hotel to eat afternoon tea and watch the scenery. As the clouds flow, I really saw the snow-capped mountains. I was so lucky! The hotel also has a complimentary photo service, three photos per room, and you can take pictures after choosing Tibetan clothes. It is very popular. The room is fully equipped, floor heating + diffuse oxygen supply + humidifier, and spare nasal straws. We lived in the ancient city of Dukezong the day before and it was a little high. We didn’t sleep well at night. It felt very good when we arrived here. If the physique is very sensitive, I feel a little stuffy. You can open a little window a little bit, it will not be cold. 😍 If the next itinerary has not been set, the parents of the same group said that they still want to stay for a day or two 🌹

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay.
