It was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails. They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

Tudo bem sobre este hotel, excepto que o termostat do quarto estava demasiado alto para que o quarto se tornasse estilhativo. Finalmente, tivemos que desligar o termostat para que a sala se arrefeça e abrir as cegas/gartas no momento Da cama para que alguns ficarem frios para passar pelas janelas. Tivemos também de abrir a porta para que o ar frio Na caminhada possa entrar Na sala para baixar a temperatura de toda a sala.

Já fiquei na casa dele muitas vezes, tanto no quarto duplo standard quanto no quarto duplo eSports. O ambiente é muito bom e a roupa de cama é muito limpa. O ambiente dentro da casa é muito fresco. Mas desta vez fui porque o cheque - A entrada no primeiro dia foi às duas da manhã. Só restava um. Havia um quarto no outro extremo, mas era tarde demais, então fiz o check-in no dia seguinte. Queria prolongar minha estadia e queria trocar de quarto. Eram cerca de 11h30 e a recepção nos disse para retirar tudo antes do meio-dia porque ontem não tínhamos nada. Estava cheio, então eles tiveram que arrumar o quarto e ventilá-lo. Depois de arrumar para cima, poderíamos sair antes das duas horas.A primeira vez que ouvimos falar de prolongar a nossa estadia e mudar de quarto, o escritório frontal pediu-nos para desocupar o quarto em que estávamos hospedados.As pessoas desceram e foram para o sofá no andar de baixo para espere pelo novo quarto, para que não tenhamos que esperar pelo novo quarto no futuro. Iremos novamente

Sercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us. Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk. Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice
