"I booked two rooms during my stay at Atour Harbin. One of the rooms had a small issue where the toilet drain was clogged and the water could not go down properly . However, the staff responded very quickly. They came to check and repair it immediately. When the issue could not be solved quickly, they kindly helped us change to another room without any hassle . Their service was very professional and efficient, and we really appreciated how fast they handled the situation. Overall, it was still a very comfortable stay. 👍"

"The hotel is located in a great area with a beautiful mountain view that you can enjoy directly from the property. Right next to the hotel, there is a delicious shaokao restaurant which makes it very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The service was excellent — the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They kindly assisted me with my large suitcases and even helped me dry my laundry late at night, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended. The breakfast was also very good."

"The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable."

"This hotel is really fantastic. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely perfect -- close to places to eat, shop and close to the pedestrian street. The room is lovely, with mini bar, a little couch, a tub and its clean and lovely. The staff brought and left me snacks, and brought me delicious fruit. Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city."

"Very collapsed stay! Sanitary conditions are very poor! First of all, the fruit plate is very dirty, and the fruit is not washed. I have to wash it myself. I saw that there is a disinfection cabinet. I was very happy. After opening it, I found that the front bath towel was not neatly stacked. I was afraid that it was not clean. I specially took the neat bath towel stacked at the back. I was itchy at the back. I took a closer look at the bath towel. There are brown hard substances attached to the bath towel in two places. Very disgusting! Hurry up and take a shower again. I just had to go to bed after washing. When I lifted the quilt, there was a mosquito corpse on the bed. It was too collapsed and disgusting. "Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great."

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

This hotel, located on Sandaogai Street, boasts an amazing location right off Central Avenue. Whether you want to see the streetscape, river views, or St. Sophia Cathedral, it's all within easy walking distance! Honestly, as a Harbin university student from 2003, this is the first time in over 20 years I've seen Central Avenue deserted in the early morning! It was a truly unique experience. The hotel itself is a classic European-style building, and the public areas, breakfast, and decor are all excellent. The only real drawback is the small room size, but considering its prime location in the Central Avenue business district, it's still very good. For this price, location, and ambiance, the value for money is absolutely superb. The breakfast was incredibly satisfying and fueled me up! The service was exceptional – truly genuine and thoughtful, much more personalized than the standard procedures you find in larger hotels. My only minor complaints are that the gym is pretty abysmal and almost negligible, and since this was a last-minute trip, for some reason they assigned me a room at the very end of the hallway, which felt a bit odd!!!

This hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess. The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable! This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are always genuinely warm and smiling, not just superficially. They insist on helping with luggage and promptly fulfill any requests. The room itself is also excellent, with a smart toilet and a spacious shower that doesn't feel cramped. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, there's an à la carte menu with daily Chinese and Western options, all delicious. Combined with the buffet, it's quite good. Crucially, it's very convenient. I initially worried about not being near Central Street, but the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. In reality, unless you're traveling solo, a ride-hailing car to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory is only 9 RMB, to Zhonghua Baroque it's 9 RMB, and to Central Street, it's just over ten RMB. I took taxis every day during my stay and found it cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

The stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is excellent, and the wooden interior style feels very warm. The room was incredibly spacious with a superb view. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the popular tourist spots in the old town. The breakfast and executive lounge were great. The extended operating hours were a huge plus – if you're tired from a day out and can't get up early the next morning, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. The complimentary hotel car service is quite unique, especially a convertible golf cart! Cruising around the nearby mountains with the top down on such a cool, clear day was really nice! Also, a big shout-out to Bonnie Bai from the executive lounge and Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay!

As the only hotel in Harbin that can truly be called a bit luxurious, it generally lives up to its reputation. The location, rooms, service, and amenities are all quite good. Bottled water is provided upon request, and the lotus decoration at the entrance is also very unique. The decor style is more simple and bright, a stark contrast to the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin where I stayed a few days ago – both are good in their own way. However, getting in and out of the hotel isn't very convenient, especially if you want to cross the road to the Songhua River. You have to navigate a really awkward traffic light intersection; the red light is very long, and even when it's green, there are cars turning right at high speed, which makes you quite nervous. The city view rooms have a poor outlook, filled with crowded, matchbox-like buildings with hardly any greenery. There's only one stool and one armchair in the room, which isn't very convenient. There's also a heating vent on the windowsill, so I was hesitant to put my phone there for fear of it falling off.

They proactively upgraded our room and even gave us hot spring tickets, which was a nice surprise! The hot springs themselves were really fun, with lots of different pools. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.
