The hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room price included lunch, afternoon tea, and late night noodles. Kids loved it. The 19th floor on the roof was a cosy little spot. The pool wasn’t working during the time we stayed but seemed nice on the top floor. Only thing is when checking in it would have been nice if they had a sheet in english explaining the time and meal/package inclusions and whether children had to pay or could enter. Only found info on inclusions from my trip.com booking page.

This hotel is clean and the rooms (at least when stayed) were nice. The cleaners are attentive with when then clean the room which is appreciated. This is not at fault of the hotel or staff, but do not expect any English language skills from the front desk. It is a nice local hotel in Haikou so just change your expectations. Note that western food options are limited in the direct vicinity but the breakfast had a lot of options.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

It's technically walking distance from the railway station. We did walk there to book railway tickets, but had to take a DiDi with the luggage. The room was spacious and AC worked great. It's a basic place to stay.

We stayed in the family theme room and were very impressed! It was spacious, with one king-size bed and a super single bed—almost 130cm wide, which comfortably fit our family of two adults and two children. The location is also very convenient, close to several shopping plazas and restaurants. The hotel provides a free self-service laundry room, but you’ll need to collect a voucher from the front desk first. Overall, it was a great experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Special thanks to the front desk staff, 小进, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us and even reminded us about an item we had left behind. Much appreciated!

Se tiver que entrar no mar, há pedras, que são muito escorregadias e fáceis de cair. A porta da academia está aberta e a temperatura está fixada em 27 graus. Fica muito quente quando você está suando por todo o corpo durante o exercício. Wow wow wow! Absolutely AMAZING! I came to the Intercontinental after a few nights in other hotels in Sanya, nothing compares. The location is perfect, close enough to everything you want to see, right on the beach (there is a pathway from the hotel to a public beach- no beach beds but didn't bother me), the scenery is just stunning. The highlight for me was the different pools and comfortable sitting options, all have beach beds with a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere and there is even a heated outdoor pool so for the cooler days you can still swim outside. The hotel also offers a variety of restaurants, great options even for picky eaters and an amazing breakfast. The staff are very attentive and professional and would do everything to make you feel at home. Especially I’d like to mention July小张, who went above and beyond to make my stay great, and helped with every little detail🤗. I highly recommend and would definitely love to come back.

Pros- great location, the hotel is across the street from the beach. Huge lobby with a seating area. Nice staff. Decent breakfast, a few restaurants nearby. Daily housekeeping. Has an open gym , although it was quite dirty and the AC was unplugged. Cons- could fix certain details that will improve the overall quality look of the hotel. Why would you put metal inside the pool water?????? A hotel that can host probably 500 people, they only had 6 lounge chairs for the pool. Why not have beach lounge chairs on the beach for guests like Pullman Hotel and other hotels do. If there are holes in sheets, curtains, towels, anything, please please throw it out, don't be cheap and keep it, it looks horrible. In the bathroom shower stall, they give installed the smallest , tiniest shelf , where u can barely keep ur stuff in, remove that and install a nice long shelf that goes along the shower wall. Also the shower door swings inwards the shower stall, hitting the shower head and limiting it opening range...why? The door should swing out, so u can pull , not push in.
