"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

"Originalmente reservei outro hotel, mas depois de fazer algumas pesquisas, descobri que o Tongquetai Jinling Hotel era o melhor da região em termos de reputação e qualificações, então decidi mudar para este. Só depois de vir aqui é que soube porque é que este hotel é o melhor hotel em Tongling entre os habitantes locais. Não importa o ambiente ou o serviço, não há nada a dizer. Tem jardim próprio e a vista noturna também é muito bonita. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel."

My experience at The Langham Hefei was absolutely perfect. The location is convenient, and the British-style decor feels very upscale. The rose scent in the lobby was a delightful touch. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view from the high floor, excellent soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. Staff member Xiao Fu provided attentive and thoughtful service. Breakfast was extensive, and the facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-equipped. It's suitable for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, with parking right outside and a local restaurant next door. The front desk lady was super nice and even upgraded us to a family room when she saw we had a child. It seems like they also offer bus transfers to Huangshan Mountain, but unfortunately, we just did some canyoning and left. Next time we come to hike, we'll definitely stay here again!

Located on the back mountain, the room wasn't huge, but the service was excellent – they were very responsive to all our requests. We had both the lunch buffet and breakfast, and the food was good. The sunrise and sea of clouds probably aren't as impressive as from Bright Summit. Unfortunately, due to heavy fog this time, we couldn't see anything. There was an evening performance. Huangshan is incredibly tough to climb; it's constant ups and downs over mountains and ridges, leaving my legs aching. The West Sea monorail only offered standing tickets. Taking the Yuping cable car up is the classic route, passing by the Greeting Pine, Hundred-Step Cloud Ladder, and either Aoyu Cave or One-Line-Sky to reach Aoyu Peak, then continuing to Bright Summit. For someone nearing fifty, just looking at the route feels challenging. The weather in Huangshan changes rapidly; one moment it was clear blue skies, and the next, dense fog rolled in.

Guest UserI came for the location to catch a sunset and sunrise over huangshan and the hotel is perfect for that. The cozy solo room had everything I needed and a nice view to top it up. The hotel is super confortable and provides everything you need including warm jackets and torchlight for sunset / sunrise viewing (meaning you don't need to bring any of it with you on the mountain, I wish I had asked before). The concierges were super helpful and gave me advice for sunset /sunrise viewing (the hotel also provide the local weather forecast including time, visibility probability and sea cloud probablity), all of which less than 20 minutes away from the hotel. I was to catch both and then come back to the hotel for dinner / breakfast (both of which were very good with a wide variety of dishes). Everything (room and dinner) was pricier than in other cities but given the location at the summit and the benefits of enjoying the mountain late afternoon and early morning without the huge crowds of the day, it was worth every single euro and allowed me not to rush the trip.

Had a great mini-break here – just two days but totally worth it. Staff were super friendly, service was spot on. The pool is huge and perfect for a proper swim. Breakfast buffet had loads of options – everyone in our family found their favourite. All in all, a brilliant stay!

Junjun618Banyan Tree, as always, lives up to its excellent reputation. The service is top-notch, the environment is spotless, and they cater to your every need! Upon arriving at Banyan Tree, the welcome ceremony after getting out of the car was very distinctive of Huizhou. The fermented glutinous rice wine was also delicious and not too sweet. A waitress in the dinner restaurant was absolutely wonderful – always smiling, taking orders, and providing service that was incredibly professional. She truly deserves commendation! We dined at the dinner restaurant for two consecutive evenings, and she served us both times. Her service was impeccable in every aspect, making guests feel very well taken care of. She definitely adds value to Banyan Tree! The hotel's photography service was also excellent; the service was great, the technique was superb, and they were very polite. The photographer was of high caliber, enduring the heat without any complaints, taking fantastic photos for guests from all angles! Upon checking out, we were even given a special Huizhou gift 🎁. It was truly a perfect stay! Fantastic!

Guest UserThis was my first time visti Chuzhou City, mainly for a business trip. The client recommended a newly opened hotel, and I honestly didn't expect the front desk service to be this good—they even upgraded my room for free. Most importantly, the hotel is spotlessly clean, easy check in, which is the most important for me when choosing a place to stay.
I'm more used to Western food, but their breakfast was surprisingly very nice.
A wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Fresh food, great taste perfect for starting the day with energy.
Extra amenities: Free parking, quiet rooms with excellent soundproofing, and fast free Wi-Fi. Ideal for both business trips and vacations.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chuzhou. The hotel is very close to Chuzhou Railway Station and offers pick-up and drop-off service. They even helped with my luggage. The internet connection was smooth and reliable as well.
My stay was far beyond expectations, with thoughtful details everywhere:
Lobby: Elegant and spacious, with pleasant fragrance and relaxing music. It felt comfortable the moment I walked in.
Room: The bedding is the best and clean I've experienced among all the hotels I've stayed in.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. From the room, you could see the pool, which was a major highlight. The sun warmed the pool during the day, so the water remained warm even after sunset. It's exclusively for hotel guests, making it quiet and uncrowded, with very clean water. The pool is also quite large, perfect for a proper swim. I was extremely satisfied. You can even watch the sunset from the pool. On the first floor, there's a self-service coffee machine and an ice maker. Spending time by the pool during the day, just relaxing, napping, or reading, was incredibly enjoyable. There's something fun to do at different times of the day. There's also a small garden on the rooftop. The staff provided excellent service and were very responsive. It's very close to the old street with many restaurants, and they offer a free shuttle service, which is super convenient. Highly recommended!
