Environment: The location is excellent, perfect for sunrise and sunset. There's even staff who lead morning tours for the sunrise. Service: I felt right at home. During the off-peak winter season, they even upgraded my room, and I could see pine trees from the window. The staff were proactive in opening doors and provided thoughtful tips via WeChat. Cleanliness: Although it's an older hotel, the cleanliness was surprisingly excellent, especially in Building A where I stayed. Facilities: It was incredibly warm indoors during winter. After watching the sunrise and sunset, it was so comfortable to return to the room to relax. They even thoughtfully provided a drying rack for clothes, super thick down jackets (very clean and safe to wear), and a flashlight for watching the sunrise. The 180 RMB dinner buffet included small river shrimp, shrimp with peas, steamed fish, grain hot drinks, cantaloupe, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and more. Seeing the porters carrying goods up the mountain makes me feel it's absolutely worth it.

This stay experience exceeded expectations! Han Na, the deputy manager of the lobby, was warm and thoughtful, checked in efficiently, and also introduced the surrounding attractions intimately. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was hot enough, and the supplies were of good quality. The breakfast is rich in Chinese and Western style, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Hotel location is excellent, highly recommended!

Room: I stayed there many years ago. I was upgraded to a room after I checked in. It was very large and the decoration was great. I went there many years later. The hotel was seriously worn out. It was estimated that there was no spare time for maintenance and upgrades due to the large flow of customers. The soft furnishings on the wall were shaking and protruding after I checked in. The bathroom and entrance tiles were broken. I thought the floor was dirty and not cleaned, so I asked the front desk. The cleaning staff came and explained that it was because the tiles were falling off. After mopping twice, it was still the same. I applied for a room change and was told that the next door was worse. But the children were tired and hungry and needed to eat first, so I accepted it. As a result, when I came back to wash at night, the shower head in the shower room could not be fixed at all and fell down. It was broken and could not be used. I hit my foot. Fortunately, it was not serious. I went to the bathtub to wash, but there was no water at all. I was depressed. Finally, I used the shower head to brush my teeth in the shower room without a shower head and a small shower head. I found that there was only an empty shower cap in the box. There was nothing else. I called the front desk again and sent toiletries. This is really a bit speechless. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation when staying in a hotel. What is worth praising is the swimming pool🏊♀️The children like it But the kids and teachers who were in swimming class in the morning didn't care about the kids who were staying there. Booked the InterContinental for a concert in Hefei. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Sports Center, which was great for a leisurely stroll back after the show. The room was clean and spacious enough. The front desk even upgraded me to a room with a view, overlooking Swan Lake – very open and scenic. Before arrival, the hotel proactively contacted me to assign a butler. During my stay, the butler was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of freshly made pastries and noodles. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's service.

Only a short stay, but has always been good staying this hotel for close proximity to shops, restaurants, and business partners.

The soundproofing is genuinely terrible. The people next door were extremely noisy late into the night, and the racket was incessant. I ended up calling the front desk to switch rooms. Even in the new room, there was constant barking from outside. I've stayed in plenty of budget hotels (around 100-200 RMB) over the years, so I'm generally quite forgiving when it comes to cleanliness. For instance, I didn't mind a few hairs in the first room's bathroom. But the pillows in the second room were incredibly dirty – don't they ever change them? The pillow in the first room reeked of sweaty feet, and the one in the second room smelled like mala tang. And fine, the duvet stank too. I can understand if there's a slight odor due to recent rain, but for a hotel of this size, is this really how they handle their linens? The mattress needs replacing; it creaked loudly with every turn. There were no hand towels or washcloths either. You're not an express hotel; why are the only towels available bath towels, bath sheets, and bath mats? Even the hotel's main entrance has to be pushed open manually – how 'excellent'! Considering it's right next to an LV store, how can this hotel operate like a budget express hotel that costs just over a hundred RMB?

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so kind and friendly. They helped me so that everything went very smoothly. Amy was especially kind and helpful. She ensured that I had everything I needed. I will certainly be visiting again
