Beautiful ocean view and lovely room, I really enjoyed my few days of sunsets and mornings here! Not the cleanest room or newest building, but everything works and it's amazing for the price. The smart home voice feature for lights and curtains was so useful. Deposit required at check-in. The staff is very responsive and helpful, after notifying them about a broken screen in the room they already dispatched people to help fix it within minutes. I had zero issues with takeout being delivered to the room which made breakfast and meals easy. I came to Weihai for the snowy beach but the weather was disappointingly good lol. However it was a relaxing staycation because of this homestay and I'm so glad I decided to choose this place in the end!!

Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc..
Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable.

No check-in, também ajudamos a coordenar um upgrade para um quarto com vista para o mar em um arranha-céu. Excellent stay with exceptional service. The front desk team (Liu Xin Ke, An Xu, and Li Yongxing) was warm, efficient, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they consistently offered thoughtful assistance throughout my visit. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our trip truly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and wewould definitely choose this hotel again.

Very good location to Hanlefang, just come down from homestay can find many Korean foods already. It also near to the Weihai station, take didi around 5 mins can reach the homestay. Due to we reached and check in earlier, the owner upgraded us to a family room, which is bigger than our booked room, so very nice. Easy and simple to check in and check out the room. Room is big, clean and neat, got washing machine, but don't have clothes dryer, but that's not the issue as we stayed 3 nights only. Need bring the travel adapter. Soundproofing is also ok, room door is password lock, so very safe. Overall is good and happy to stay here.

Embora não falem inglês, a equipe é muito simpática. Um carregador também é fornecido separadamente. Você pode beber três tipos de cerveja fresca no saguão, mas quando fomos, só havia um tipo disponível, o que foi uma pena, mas era muito gostosa. Também recebi uma fruta de boas-vindas, um cupom de spa de cerveja grátis, um cupom para dois tipos de cerveja e um cupom para uma cerveja grátis na compra de uma. O quarto era muito espaçoso e limpo, e havia até duas bombas de banho no banheiro. O café da manhã era delicioso e havia até xícaras de café para viagem disponíveis para você levar para o seu quarto. Bem em frente fica a Golden Beach, embora não seja bonita porque é inverno.
Foi um hotel que me impressionou porque tudo era delicadamente preparado para os clientes.

NNanchengdaweiziThe room absolutely meets five-star standards, and the hotel overall feels like home. Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to May Fourth Square, and right across the street from Qingdao's bustling MixC mall. Winni, the staff member who checked us in, had an exceptional service attitude; seeing that we had elderly family with us, she thoughtfully arranged a non-smoking room on a quiet floor. The hotel gym is also quite good. The only minor issue is that the underground parking is a bit like a maze, but the parking attendant was very kind.

FFrom a SingaporeanThe positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question.
After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Metro Line 3, May Fourth Square, the seaside, and MixC shopping mall, making it perfect for family trips. Plus, there's free underground parking.
Room service robots deliver food right to your room, which is super convenient, and the front desk staff are all very warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends!

YYanmaimochanatieThis is my first time staying in Huangdao, even though I've visited many times. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. At night, when the lights come on, it feels like Alice's Garden.
Service: All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Whether it was bringing up something I'd forgotten or coming to my room with a first-aid kit after I had a bump outside, they were always so patient and attentive.
I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this experience was truly a pleasant surprise.

GGuest UserI specifically came to see Xue Zhiqian's concert. I took a taxi to the hotel after getting off the high-speed train at 2 PM. At 2:45 PM, after checking in at the front desk, I was told the room wasn't ready yet, waiting for inspection, and would be ready after that. They asked if I had any plans afterward, and I said yes. I forgot the exact words, but the gist was that I could go about my business and they would call me. I checked and the hotel's check-in time was 3 PM, so I figured I'd just sit on the sofa for a bit, it would be soon. But by 3:15 PM, there was still no news. I went to the front desk to ask, and they told me the room was still being cleaned. I was speechless. First, they said the room was waiting for inspection, then it was still being cleaned. Isn't check-out time 12 PM? Why was it still being cleaned past 3 PM, and the front desk didn't even apologize. It was only after I explained my situation, saying I was in a hurry and needed to go to the room to do my makeup and change because I had plans, that the front desk made a call to inquire. They then told me I still needed to wait 20 minutes. Although the environment and everything else are good – otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen a hotel so far from the concert venue – the initial check-in experience was indeed poor and made us feel pressed for time.

BBajiedesuyanchixiguaI can't believe the front desk staff upgraded us during the May Day holiday! We originally booked a king room, but they upgraded us to a sea-view suite. Since our flight isn't until 11 PM tonight, they even extended our check-out by 4-6 hours when we left this afternoon. I forgot to ask for the front desk lady's name, so sorry about that, I'll ask next time! The cleaning staff is also incredibly diligent; they tidy up our room and replenish water bottles every afternoon. The housekeeper's name is Xu Qiuling. And is Wang Shufen the supervisor? Thank you all so much for making our May Day holiday experience so wonderful and cozy!

GGuest UserOur stay was fantastic, especially since we were traveling with a child. The front desk service was excellent, and the afternoon tea and happy hour at the lounge were also great. My child absolutely loved the trip! A special thanks to Ella, Yuki, Kayla, and Lucy for their warm and welcoming service. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Qingdao.

SSanshuizouliangbuTraveling during the May Day holiday, I had significantly lowered my expectations for hotels, just hoping my child would have a good time. To my surprise, even though this hotel has been open for so long, it's still incredibly well-maintained. The front desk staff, Yawen, was super efficient in handling our check-in and addressing various issues throughout our stay. The hotel also has hot springs, which is very convenient, and offers a one-stop experience for activities like clam digging, horse riding, and general fun. Any time we needed something delivered to the room or had luggage-related questions, it was resolved instantly. I'm truly amazed by the management here; for a hotel with 700 rooms, to operate so efficiently during the May Day holiday is incredible. The room is beautiful. In the morning, opening the window in our sea view room felt like stepping into a Miyazaki anime, and at night, with the lights on, it was like being in Hogwarts Castle.

ZZhonghuajiayituziVisited the hotel on the day of the Navy Festival, after touring active warships. The lady at the front desk was beautiful and spoke sweetly, providing excellent service – big thumbs up! The room was very tidy, and the bed was comfortable. I walked over 20,000 steps every day during my stay, so getting good rest at night was crucial and I slept wonderfully! The hotel is practically right outside a metro station, making it super convenient to get to various attractions in Qingdao. It's also just a ten-minute walk to May Fourth Square, which is very handy! Within a two-minute walk from the hotel, there's a cluster of quick-service restaurants, offering bento boxes, dumplings, stir-fries, and a supermarket. After a long day, it was great to have simple and quick dinner options! And I didn't get an upset stomach once, which was a huge plus! All three aspects – food, accommodation, and transportation – were excellent. The hotel even included a breakfast with both Western and Chinese options: soy milk, fried dough sticks, coffee, bread, and a wide variety of dishes and drinks. Delicious! Absolutely fantastic! Truly lives up to its four-star rating!
