We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

Hotel is close to the beach and staff are helpful but the carpet feels dirty on my feet and there were some yellow spatter marks on the walls in the bathroom. The AC had a hard time getting below 24 so I definitely woke up sweating a few times but they came and looked at it the second day and it was slightly better down to 22. The view and room were nice I appreciated the sofa/ living area but the couch did have several stains. The hotel bar /cafe didn’t have many food options but drinks were pretty good. Breakfast was good and had many options.

去年暑期旺季就來南戴河遊玩過，當時體驗就特別好，這次出差順路過來，依舊選擇了這邊，驚喜發現是一家全新裝修開業的酒店，更沒想到自己竟是酒店裝修後接待的第一位客人，全程都感受到了格外熱情周到的服務。酒店位置十分便利，出行、遊玩都很省心，新裝修的環境簡約舒適，房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟親膚，整體居住舒適度很高。恰逢淡季入住，性價比直接拉滿，價格實惠的同時，服務絲毫沒有打折，前台貼心又親切，各項需求都能及時響應，細節處盡顯用心。無論是出差暫住還是休閑遊玩，這家店都十分值得選擇，期待下次再來南戴河還能入住～

O hotel era bom e limpo, o quarto é grande e o restaurante do hotel é muito bom. Mas a área da praia precisa ser limpa.

O atendimento no check in foi um pouco Complicado pois as atendentes não falavam inglês. Mesmo com aplicativo de tradução o atendimento foi muito moroso. O quarto de forma geral era bom (destaque para chuveiro e ar condicionado). Entretanto, tive experiência muito ruim quando falo da qualidade do colchão. Nunca na minha vida e viajando mais de 50 países me deparei com um colchão que era tão duro como estar deitando no chão. Ao tirar os lençóis e avaliar o colchão vi que o mesmo não possuía espuma então somente sistema de molas dura e um pillow top de papel cartonado (tipo papelão). Eram várias camadas de papelão que fizeram a superfície do colchão parecer ser de madeira/pedra. As camas do hotel são todas assim…

Our third stay (the same room) here, still great but I noticed some downgrades. First they changed the toiletries, before they used l'occitane now they use an unknown for me brand. The second thing - there was no coffee machine in the room like it was before. I asked the manager and they brought it. The rest is just perfect.

Muito perto do Templo de Xiaojiang. A Sala de paisagem do Mar Pode ver directamente o Templo de linho denso Na praia. Muito bonito. Você Pode Entrar no Parque de Xiaojiang Mais 600 metros do hotel. É adequado para o Plano de viagem que você quer para o Mar ver o sol Na manhã. Uma sugestão, Não se coloque Ao Lado Da estrada e diga que VAI levá-lo para o Mar.

超滿意的一次入住！酒店離沙灘步行幾分鐘就到，這片沙灘人少乾淨，木棧道和涼亭拍照巨出片，早上去海邊看日出、傍晚踩水散步都超方便。房間的視野很好，躺在床上就能看到海景，設施維護得也很新，前台服務熱情周到，有任何問題都能及時解決。周邊吃飯也很方便，性價比直接拉滿，真心推薦給來秦皇島度假的朋友！

Ambiente: O hotel está localizado na área cênica de Repulse Bay, absolutamente deslumbrante! As janelas do chão ao teto têm vista para a praia. O quarto estava muito limpo. Apesar de estar à beira-mar, não estava nada úmido. Além disso, o estacionamento é gratuito. 🥳 Serviço: A equipe nos acompanhou até a área cênica e nos ajudou a encontrar estacionamento. Absolutamente incrível! O quarto ficou sujo durante a noite devido à areia da praia. Já eram 22h, mas depois de avisar a recepcionista, eles imediatamente providenciaram a limpeza. Absolutamente fantástico. 👏 Comodidades: O projetor era incrível e a cama era muito confortável. Não tirei muitas fotos, mas recomendo muito. 👍👍👍

Convenient Location, directly above a large shopping mall with a good variety of shopping and food & beverage options. The hotel and mall are directly linked through the 4th floor, though it is closed outside of the mall operating hours. Room was clean and toiletries were nice! Overall a nice and comfortable stay.
