MManyouyoudezouMy stay at the Hampton by Hilton Qinhuangdao Jinmenghaiwan was really good. First off, the front desk staff were warm, polite, and spoke courteously. They were very efficient with the check-in process. Even though it was freezing cold, the warm jujube tea offered by the staff instantly made me feel cozy. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable. The service from the 10th-floor staff was attentive, making me feel right at home!

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.

RRichterA true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

__WeChat42919****The hygiene is good, the environment is nice, and the service is great. Let me talk about the downsides. Breakfast is 175 per adult and 88 per child, but there isn't much variety, and even fewer options that kids would like. The coffee is good, but the quality doesn't match the price point. The pool is excellent, clean, and the water temperature is comfortable. The sea view from the balcony room is beautiful. It would be even better if they offered free upgrades for families with children during the off-season.

I've been to many cities in China & and definitely, this one is considered among the top 10 best hotels I've been to so far. The staff is polite and really helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Jay.Li for his warm welcome and help. I strongly recommend this hotel for family travelers.

CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.

AAlex KopysReally nice hotel. I asked a room with a balcony. Nice view! And It's not hot here even during the day when the sun is shining. The staff is very friendly. 5-7 minutes from the beach. There are two night markets near the hotel.

XXiaoxiaodianmanThe service here was excellent; I asked for a pillow in the middle of the night and it was delivered instantly. They offer complimentary hot drinks, snacks, masks, heat patches, and a variety of other useful items. I didn't get a chance to try the free marinated seafood dish this time, but I'll definitely check it out on my next visit. The hotel is incredibly close to the sea, and the views are absolutely stunning. While the facilities are a bit basic, the price is very reasonable, making it great value for money. Highly recommended! During low tide, you can just walk downstairs and go tide pooling.

GGuest UserIt’s right next to the ocean, so the view is amazing and close to the tourist areas. The store at the hotel closes early and theres almost noting to do during the night. Would definitely stay here again.
