What a lovely gem of a hotel! I was reluctantly (very reluctantly) persuaded to leave Beijing for the weekend and head for the nesrest beach - Qinhuangdao. The Bullet Train was great fun - we splashed out on first-class tickets and had the first-class cabin all to ourselves. Qinhuangdao was a welcome change of pace from the self-important hussle of Beijing. The bad things first - the weather was terrible and the beach itself is more 1970s Blackpool than present-day Antibes. But the Hampton by Hilton was a delightful surprise. The staff are absolutely delightful. Although they don’t speak English, the use of a few translation apps soon explained to them what we needed and they always did their best to look after us. The rooms are great - we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The breakfast options are many and varied. We were the only Western guests that weekend and the other guests seemed to be Chinese middle-class families. If I had to guess I would say they tended to be from other parts of China as they didn’t seem to be the usual rude impatient Beijingers. It was lovely to see Al the little children having fun with their parents. So, our thanks to the ladies at Reception, the young concierge guys, the housekeepers and the busy breakfast staff. The owners of the this hotel is blessed with great staff. Thank you all so much for looking after us so well.

A trip that takes you wherever you go! The kids want to camp in an RV, the mom wants to walk on the beach, and the dad wants to go fishing! After searching a lot online, I locked on Arcadia. There are many bad reviews online. In order to avoid pitfalls, I went to see the RV environment before making a decisive order. Hygiene: The RV is very clean. Although small, it has everything. Service: 24-hour butler service, battery car is available on call. The butler Wang Lu who was arranged for us this time has a very good attitude, answers all questions, replies to questions in seconds, and is patient. At different times, he will also take the initiative to ask you if you need to coordinate arrangements. Environment: See the picture. Facilities: See the picture. I am very satisfied with staying in Arcadia on this trip.

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

It was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears) The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western. The swimming pool was clean.

A very nice service, listening to guest’s need. Fruit plate every afternoon with delicious fruits. I asked and got room changed due to noise and smell from kitchen. Also agreed to checkout 2 hours later than regular checkout time.

Overall it's pretty good! Although the room facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is still clean and the service attitude is great! Special thanks to Wu Shuyu for her help. She has been providing answers to various questions since the day of check-in and can meet our needs in a timely manner! The surrounding environment is also very beautiful, very close to the beach, and there are lounge chairs on the beach to rest. It feels very convenient to take the elderly there! The hot spring is also good, divided into indoor and outdoor temperatures. The outdoor hot spring is next to the beach, and the scenery is superb 👍🏻 There are non-powered facilities for children to play at the door of the hotel. It is really a good place to release energy! The hotel buffet is also OK, it's quite satisfactory, the crayfish tastes very good, and it's very good for the price of more than 100 yuan. I will go again when I have time!

The scenery was STUNNING. If you are planning to take a quick 2-3 day trip to the beach, this location is perfect. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the public beaches and a couple parks. The service and food at the restaurant was mediocre, but everything else was exceptional. Quite a few seafood options available in the area, but not much else. No microwave or fridge in the room.

A very satisfying experience. I was on a business trip to the bank so I looked for a hotel that could be reached in 10 minutes. I stayed here. The lobby was clean, bright and warm. When I checked in, I was upgraded to a sea view room and was given a breakfast. There is also a laundry room and a gym. It's as warm as home. I was very touched to have breakfast, a combination of Chinese and Western food, and everything you should have. There was also a midnight snack. It was very comfortable to drink some porridge when I was hungry at night. The guest room is large, about 40 square meters. Unbeatable sea view, plenty of sunshine☀️, and a large balcony, which is a benefit for smokers hahaha😆 When I left, I pulled down a cosmetic, and the front desk specially kept it❤️ The price-performance ratio is 288, which is super value! Recommended five stars! There is also a restaurant on the first floor, and the hotel is so convenient. I will stay here next time❤️

Unexpectedly perfect! The room is very comfortable and even has a smart toilet. And the room has a direct view of the sea, the view is amazing! The hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the beach, and on the other side of the hotel is the famous Qinhuang Alley, where you can eat, drink and have fun! Finally, I would like to praise the hotel's service staff, who are very enthusiastic and the experience is simply great

My wife and I took the high-speed rail from Shenyang to Beidaihe Railway Station on September 17, 2023, and got off the bus and took a taxi to the Atour Hotel in Xianluo Island, Nandaihe. Before I came, I chose this hotel for homework because it was close to the sea and the surrounding area was convenient. I stayed here for a trip. I really chose Atour. The breakfast was rich and great. The room decoration was very new, the facilities were complete, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the bottled water was free and unlimited. There are many seafood restaurants around, and there is a supermarket tens of meters away, which is convenient for shopping. I am the first time to stay at Atour Hotel and will become the first choice in the future.
