O MEU amigo e EU reservamos um quarto duplo com dois camas de solteiro, para um preço excelente.Ao chegarmos, nós fomos atualizados para UMA suite com quartos separados e casas de banho separadas, que é tão surpresa e tão bonita. O nosso recepcionista Wuyan foi muito simpático e ofereceu um excelente serviço, respondendo a todas as perguntas e mostrando paciência quando não podíamos falar a língua local.Temos uma visão da piscina e do porto rodeado por montanhas e vegetação tropical. Estamos a um passeio muito curto para a Praia de Dadonghai. Foi UMA viagem fantástica, obrigado!

This is my second time staying at Ali Sea View Hotel. This is a great budget family hotel. This time, my entire family of 8 people. We booked 2 premier business family suite. Overall, the stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The only comment from my mum is the bathroom and toilet frosted glass, she feel uncomfortable using the bathroom. Cleaning service is great. We didnt request for full room make up daily, but our friendly cleaning lady changes our towels, empty out the trash and provided plenty of drinking water daily. Location of the hotel is good, not too far from Qilou Old Street, plenty of eateries nearby too.

I immensely enjoyed my stay in Central Coast Sea.View Hotel Sanya for 4 nights. Excellent breakfast hall and food selection. Excellent butler service by Levi . You can request water, towels, utensils (cutlery) from WeChat message. Also, the complimentary fruit plate was excellent . ( look for the mango mini size and passion fruit). The front desk staff ( Lila ) was very helpful in ordering food from ******* ( dumplings ) and then I simply send her money from AliPay. As of April 2025, There is a major construction ( underwater tunnel ) and there is some noise, however the noise subsided at night around 9pm. Overall, highly recommend . Excellent hotel, amazing views, amazing location, very central and amazing value compared to other 5 star hotels in Sanya Hainan area. No doubt, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sanya.

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

Weather in Haikou was a little gloomy, but Erin went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. She was readily available on WeChat to answer my queries and gave me good recommendations on how to best spend my time in Haikou. Overall the hotel was also comfortable, and I love that there is an indoor kids playground which my daughter had so much fun in, and also that it’s close to the beach! The buffet breakfast every morning also served up a good spread, but their international dinner buffet was the best!

Adoramos nossa estadia neste hotel! O ponto alto, sem dúvida, é a localização perfeita. Fica pertinho da praia e, todas as manhãs, estávamos a poucos passos da areia e do mar. A região é fantástica, com vários cafés populares com vista para o mar bem perto — perfeitos para um café da manhã ou um drinque ao pôr do sol. Outro grande ponto positivo foi a facilidade de comunicação. A equipe foi incrivelmente atenciosa e prestativa pelo WeChat. Uma pequena observação para futuros hóspedes: os pontos de embarque do Didi ficam um pouco distantes. Recomendo muito para quem busca uma verdadeira escapada à beira-mar com ótima comunicação!

Hotel is great and comfortable. Lobby is tastefully decorated and service staff top notch. Special shout out to Shaw for his excellent customer service, being accommodative of our needs and ever attentive. Rooms were large and sound proofing is excellent. Also a shout out to the service staff, Hardy, for the first night stay. He handled all my parcels swiftly and even helped resolve a delivery which had a little issue. Highly recommended, will return to stay at the intercontinental for sure!

It’s amazing. This price is so comfortable and clean. The big swimming pool service is really amazing. It has been praised. It is especially suitable for self-driving tours. It is much more comfortable than many homestays next to it. I have been regretting that I didn’t come to live here on the first day. It is very suitable for self-driving tours. Esta é a segunda vez que visitamos Sanya e a segunda vez que decidimos ficar neste hotel. O hotel fica a uma curta distância do mar (de alguns quartos, você pode ver a praia e o mar), no território do hotel há uma pequena loja onde você pode comprar tudo o que precisa (de uma faca e comida a roupas e sungas), um supermercado local fica a 15 minutos de caminhada, se a variedade da loja não for suficiente. O ponto de ônibus mais próximo fica a cerca de 5 minutos de distância, de onde você pode pegar um ônibus para o centro (Dadonghai) ou ao longo da baía até o Centro Budista Nanshan ou o Parque Daoísta das Grutas Celestiais. Há também duas piscinas no terreno do hotel: uma com frigobar e toboágua infantil, e outra para um passatempo mais tranquilo. Os quartos são limpos diariamente, incluindo troca de toalhas e disponibilização de 2 garrafas de água potável e 4 sachês de chá, além de sabonete, pentes e escovas de dentes com pasta de dente. À esquerda da recepção, há um canto com guias do hotel que ajudarão você a se comunicar com outros funcionários do hotel, a trocar moeda (incluindo uma transferência de rublos para o Sberbank) por yuan, a informá-lo sobre o horário de partida (se você chegou como parte de um grupo de turismo) e podem inscrevê-lo em excursões em grupo. Outra vantagem do hotel é o buffet de café da manhã até às 13h30 (você pode ir até o mar pela manhã, depois terá tempo para almoçar no ”café da manhã” e passar a segunda metade do dia explorando o centro de Sanya). Mas a principal pérola deste hotel são Sasha e Lesha, dois irmãos que passam o tempo na praia. Eles organizam excursões individuais (por exemplo, visitamos o Parque Olen Tvorchas Head ou o Parque Phoenix em um grupo de três ou quatro pessoas e pudemos caminhar por tudo o que queríamos, e obtivemos informações por meio de placas em inglês ou com a ajuda de um tradutor do chinês, embora desta vez tenhamos nos deparado com mais frequência com placas em russo. We were very pleased with the hotel staff. The front desk was very helpful - we could not use the vending machine because of our lack of a China mobile number. We asked the reception to help and they gladly obliged. In addition, we asked for additional pillows which they dutifully provided.
