"We stay 2N here and is amazing snowing morning surprising us when we open the window, the opposite is a beautiful garden and we capture many beautiful photos on snowy day, room is as advertised and comfortable to stay, only the basement car park is one way for up & down way, my driving skill is being tested here, overall is satisfying & recommended to stay & value for money during Dec (is low season.)"

"Location of this hotel is ok, pretty close to the beach and some restaurants. But in general, I wouldn’t say it’s the best location in Seogwipo. The hotel itself has very thin walls, so it was extremely noisy, and the hotel staff said there was nobody above or around us in the other rooms. So imagine the noise if we had neighbors 😢 they were very nice and offered to change the room, but we stayed for only 2 nights, so there was no point. The room itself is pretty small, and the bed is small for two foreigners. The pool is nice, and that area could be pretty chill, if there weren’t so many kids screaming and running around. The hotel looks clean, but I have a severe dust allergy so I know it was dusty, even though it doesn’t look like it. The breakfast was SPECTACULAR, like really, it was one of the best breakfast buffets ever. All in all, I would say this is an average hotel and it’s a bit pricey for the things you get."

"Very cute hotel in a great location. Has a lovely view out onto a park and small water stream. Friendly owners and great atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable albeit fairly basic but that adds to the charm. Would stay here again."

"Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?"

"Este hotel/resort oferece quartos de tamanhos variados e enormes, que atendem a diferentes números de ocupantes. As vilas/quartos ficam em diferentes grupos, com estacionamento gratuito, e seria importante que você tivesse seu próprio carro para poder transportar facilmente suas bagagens para o bloco designado. A única desvantagem é que todas as vilas/quartos não têm elevador, especialmente se você tiver muita bagagem, e são pesados – o mais alto sendo o nível 3. Tenho que carregar minha bagagem de 19 kg até o nível 3, com vista para o mar 😓"

"Sufficient parking at the basement. Room is very spacious. Downside is that toilet has no bidet, and the shower stall is not well sealed so the toilet floor gets quite wet and slippery after showers. Kettle not provided in the room but you can request for one from the front desk if needed. Else, convenience store at the lobby closes at 11.30pm. They also provide a list of recommended restaurants nearby. Kbbq opposite the hotel was nice too."

"A localização é muito próxima do Mercado do Portão Leste, na Rua Qixing, o que é bastante conveniente. O estacionamento nas proximidades também é gratuito. No entanto, as vagas de estacionamento oferecidas pelo restaurante são um pouco pequenas."

"It is only good for visitors who are driving, the room is huge and facilities are so-so which is not really that fantastic and value for the money."
