"Minha família e eu tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no Ocean Suites Hotel. Primeiramente, o atendimento da equipe foi rápido. Os funcionários da recepção falam inglês. A equipe da recepção e os demais funcionários fizeram o possível para atender às nossas solicitações e agradecemos muito. O quarto estava bem limpo, embora o quarto familiar parecesse um pouco antigo. O hotel fica ao longo de um extenso calçadão, o que também foi ótimo! Fácil acesso a pé ao mercado Dongmun e à rua comercial Chilseongno. Acho que, como na maioria dos outros hotéis em Jeju, o estacionamento é bem apertado se você estiver dirigindo um SUV. Tenha cuidado. Eu recomendaria este hotel se você estiver visitando Jeju!"

"We stay 2N here and is amazing snowing morning surprising us when we open the window, the opposite is a beautiful garden and we capture many beautiful photos on snowy day, room is as advertised and comfortable to stay, only the basement car park is one way for up & down way, my driving skill is being tested here, overall is satisfying & recommended to stay & value for money during Dec (is low season.)"

"A localização é muito próxima do Mercado do Portão Leste, na Rua Qixing, o que é bastante conveniente. O estacionamento nas proximidades também é gratuito. No entanto, as vagas de estacionamento oferecidas pelo restaurante são um pouco pequenas."

"Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM…. but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it. 1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift. 2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000! Any thought?"

"First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side."

"Location is in Aewol, so buildings are a little spaced out and require a few minutes of walking to get to any convenience store. That said, the hotel itself was awesome. The driveway leading up to the hotel looked like it was a shot from Beverly Hills. Booked the family suite with two bedrooms, each with an attached toilet with a very spacious living room. The hotel kindly gave us the sea view, which was breath taking and easily the best hotel room view I've ever seen. The staff were very friendly and patiently provided information of tourist attractive around Jeju island. Just in front of the hotel is a Cafe Noeully, for which we were given coupons for free Americanos as guests at the hotel. The cafe has a very impressive spread of luxurious-looking bread and nice slouching seats facing the sea to enjoy the view while chilling. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to live in the Aewol area of Jeju."

"Very strict check in time. Arrived at 245pm and was told rudely to wait for the clock to struck exact 3pm. Female receptionist is not polite. Room is spacious. They should have at least a shower curtain to prevent not only splashing of water, but to provide privacy as the toilet and the room are glass see through. Similarly for the toilet bowl, can see bedroom when doing “business” and vice versa, not pleasant. Would be nice to have simple room slipper, as flooring is very cold during winter. Was told connect wifi by selecting network with room number, but not avail. In the end technician came and advise me to select a long name network (which requires a password) and password is the original small labeled one on the router situated behind the tv. Carpark is very small and once full, very hard to find parking around the neighbourhood."

"This is amazing hotel and the location is very near and it’s walkable distance to beach and I rate this full as the environment and hotel rooms are good reception ppls are helpful they speak English and when you walk down you will find bhc restaurant you must try this restaurant for sure"

"Do not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me."
