Ambiente do hotel: Localizado na área cênica de Dongfengyun, há muitos lugares para entretenimento e lazer na área cênica. Existem muitas vinhas ao longo do caminho para o hotel. A arquitetura da área cênica de Dongfengyun também é muito bonita, mas a atração de investimento das lojas internas é um pouco baixa e as notas dos fornecedores de alimentos e bebidas não correspondem aos edifícios. Há carros a bateria na área cênica e você pode visitar todo o parque em poucas horas.

We stayed 3 nights at a river view room which was clean and well appointed. The service was excellent, they serviced our room and helped me print out a visa. The location next to the river is quiet and relaxing to see the boats go by. Breakfast was understaffed, since they rapidly ran out of food, plates, cups and couldn't cook or re-fill food and drinks. So go early for breakfast. It takes a long time for didi car to drive up to the hotel. Be sure to choose a route that avoids the traffic bottlenecks.

Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. First and foremost, the hotel's service is exceptional. They offer pickup upon arrival, provide a comprehensive introduction to the hotel, and even upgraded our room. They offer four meals a day, and the welcome bouquet, breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snack are all thoughtfully prepared, not just an afterthought. For a small hotel, the food selection is limited but exquisite, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. In the evening, there's complimentary tea beer, perfect for a relaxing drink. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, and the facilities are new and tastefully designed. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when I visit Kunming again.

Absolutely terrific experience with this hotel. Staff were warm and welcoming, catering to our needs. Breakfast was a great combination of western and Chinese. All organic free of pesticides. The environment was great close to the scenery with the park right outside and the cbd 10 minutes drive away. Would come back to stay again.

This is considered quite a premium hotel in the area. It’s very family friendly - the pool seems popular, though if your window faces the ‘inside’ of the hotel you’ll hear lots of noise from it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and quite new. A good place overall, if a little loud. In all honesty, if you’re a foreign person reading this who can afford to travel to China, I recommend avoiding Xishuangbanna. It’s a very tacky tourist trap of an area. Mostly populated by northern Chinese who have travelled down to hawk cheap and tasteless tourist experiences. Nothing worth seeing, even in the local parks. And everyone smokes here, it’s a little suffocating. I strongly recommend visiting elsewhere in Yunnan province such as Kunming or Dali - nothing to see here.

In 19 years of life, never have i been to such an AMAZING hotel with such amazing staff and location. I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many luxury hotels, and this is my favorite one to date. Not only was the room perfect, but the staff were helpful with absolutely everything. They arrange cars for you from and to the airport or other touristic attractions in the city, , they help with your suitcases, and always have foo, snacks and drinks for you whenever you please. Apart from that, and this is the reason i think the staff is truly exceptional, they helped me retrieve my lost suitcase from the airport after i had already arrives at the hotel, and i didn’t have to worry about anything. They also helped me reserve tickets to the snow mountain and confirm DIDI locations. They also ordered me medicine from the pharmacy because i didn’t know how to do it myself. And to conclude, they are genuinely the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and so so so helpful. I recommend this hotel 1000000%.

O proprietário foi muito gentil e se ofereceu para nos buscar no estacionamento. Como estávamos com uma criança e muitas coisas, ele me acompanhou duas vezes.
