My second stay here was prompted by the hot air balloons again. The location in the city center is incredibly convenient; it's within walking distance of the lively Tiehua Village, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and there's also parking available for cars. Booking three months ahead secured a great discount, offering excellent value for money. I was really happy to stay here again. I'll definitely choose this place for my next visit too, as its downtown location is just so convenient! :)

It’s easy to access Ximen Station about for 7min walk from the hotel. Room and bed are clean. Card key needed to access the room makes it safe. There is an outlet with USB ports. Towels are available to rent at the front desk, but it’s not 24-hour service. I recommend you bring towels and shower shoes.

Pool was littered with debris from the strong winds. The water quality was good, but the pool staff could have done a better job at hauling out the debris at the deep end of the pool. The jacuzzi was a disappointment. The presence of greenish/yellowish algae in the water made the jacuzzi uninviting. The heater was turned off and will not be turned on until the third week of November. I was there during the last week of October. Every resort I stayed at had the jacuzzi heated despite the time of the year or the ambient air temperature. If it is the position of the management to not clean or heat the jacuzzi, then the jacuzzi should be covered up and blocked off. The breakfast buffet was horrible considering how much money they charged. I probably will not stay or recommend this hotel. It’s has a lot of potential!

Location - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha). So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market. It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it. Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it. I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient. The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad. I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby. I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again. (Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card) The late check out costs Ntd$1,000/hour

This is amazing hotel.. Service very good and the location of the hotel is perfect.. We rented motorbike to round kengting and everything is perfect here. The staffs are polite and helpful.. They provide free shuttle to bus stop at heng chun.

recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

The views were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly. Both the breakfast/afternoon tea area and the dinner restaurant offered a very comfortable and pleasant ambiance. The chef's choice dinner was absolutely delicious; dishes were served promptly, and the service was impeccable. It easily rivals standalone restaurants. Highly recommended!

Pleasant room . Comfortable. Nice bed and blanket . Clean but corners some dust. Quick check in. Auntie cleaner is friendly. Room no odor . Cons: Too many tour group, they woke up as early as 5am and very noisy ! I purposely requested for quieter room. The water flow sound is super loud. It would me more pleasant if there is no noise at 5am .

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

The R10 Eco Hotel is conveniently located. While it is not grand as other accommodation, value for money is acceptable and reasonable. I'll probably choose to stay here again if I return to Kaohsiung. 💪🏻
