The hotel's landscaping was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the gate to the Wuyou Wharf boardwalk next to the pool was locked, requiring a detour. After my river cruise, I could see my room but couldn't get in. I walked around in the blazing sun for a while before the butler finally picked me up in a shuttle bus at the exit. Butler Xiao Li responded to WeChat messages very quickly, answering all questions promptly and providing timely shuttle service.

Staying at this hotel in Siguniang Mountain was such a pleasant surprise! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, even proactively picking us up at the hotel, which was very thoughtful. The guesthouse itself is clean and comfortable, with unique decor that's perfect for photos. You can enjoy tea and listen to music, creating a really healing and relaxing atmosphere. I was even more surprised to learn that Li Xian and Yang Di have stayed here – that definitely adds to the experience! The attention to detail is excellent too; they provide oxygen equipment, which is reassuring for altitude sickness, and you can even try on ******* clothes. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! 👍

Great location and excellent service! Cancan was incredibly helpful; I injured my hand and she kindly provided me with iodine swabs. The bed in the room was very comfortable. Fantastic experience, I'll definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was really great. There’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog! We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view. The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy. Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious. They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow.

Pretty unique stay with it's decor. Room looked nicer in the photos because the lighting in the actual room was inconsistent with white and yellow bulbs. A standing lamp and the latch on a window were broken, but they fixed both the following day. They kept reassuring me it's safe (the broken latch meant the window couldnt be closed) but as a solo traveller it's still best to err at the side of caution. Plus it meant I couldn't block outside sound, and was actually woken from my nap by food wrapper noises by someone on the balcony (it's shared). For extras, the ******* clothing is actually free, 'oxygen' meant aircon, you have to remind them on the welcoming gifts, so the only thing I'd is worth paying the extras for is their handmade tsampa and butter tea. Pretty filling and you can have it as breakfast (though you might not be used to the taste haha) Overall a good experience because of their friendly service, good attitude, and always having a smile on their face. I suggest for them to be proactive in telling the guests on what their extras are and how to request fro them, instead of the other way around.

Amazing hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very nice and it has a separate shower and bath tub. The reception area is also very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Location wise this was right next to Wenshu Monestary metro station making it easy to get around the city. The Monestary is also walking distance and worth a visit. The staff check in daily to clean the room and to ask if i needed anything additional which they deliver by robot. My room was on the 24th floor. Lifts came quickly too. They have a laundry room which is free to use and has a washer and dryer and detergent included. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would consider staying here again if i am back in Chengdu.

Every summer, I come to Mount Qingcheng, and I've pretty much stayed at all the famous hotels and guesthouses here, with Six Senses being the only one left. So I decided to stay for a night. The reason I waited so long to try Six Senses is because of the mixed reviews online – some praise it to the heavens, others tear it down, making me hesitant to spend money unnecessarily. However, since I've practically stayed everywhere else, I finally gave in to the urge to check out Six Senses! Let me start with the conclusion: the experience was truly disappointing, even a huge letdown! Why? First, its location right next to the Qingcheng Mountain High-Speed Rail Station means there's no sense of secluded retreat at all, which completely undermines the Six Senses brand's reputation for seclusion. Upon entering, it felt hot and stuffy everywhere, not cool at all. This is because the vegetation around the hotel is too sparse, and the trees aren't lush, causing the ground to be scorched. It felt like I had entered a farmhouse guesthouse in Qingcheng Mountain town, completely lacking the ethereal charm of Mount Qingcheng. Moreover, the hotel doesn't have large water features, further diminishing any sense of vibrancy! To put it bluntly, it's not even as good as the adjacent Howard Johnson Qingcheng, which has an earthy charm that makes you feel refreshed and peaceful as soon as you enter. Furthermore, the overall design of the hotel is terribly poor; it's a maze with no clear hierarchy or aesthetic appeal. The room design is even worse, truly embodying the 'upscale farmhouse' aesthetic – neither ancient nor modern, neither rustic nor sophisticated. The interior space of the room is partitioned into small compartments, the lighting is dim, and the balcony is incredibly tiny and mosquito-ridden, making it impossible to relax and enjoy a vacation! The flow within the room is chaotic; the minibar and fridge are placed next to the bed, and when you want to turn off the lights for sleep, you can't find the switch, having to get up and go to the sofa to turn it off. The fan is impossible to turn off easily, and there are hardly any power outlets for phones and laptops! I don't know which designer came up with this anti-human design; it's as if they deliberately made guests uncomfortable! What's even more ridiculous is that the king room and garden room are designed with one above the other, making it easy to see people downstairs from upstairs! Is this to make it convenient for neighbors to visit? It's so 'down-to-earth' that it feels like living in a residential complex! Where's the vacation feeling in that? In short, the stay was very unpleasant. The room wasn't spacious enough, nor was it cozy! You couldn't comfortably lie down or sit up! The room design of Six Senses lacks the grandeur of Qingcheng Songpin, the style of Zuowang Senlin, the ethereal quality of Qingxia Shanju, and the层次感 (sense of layering) of Qingcheng Mountain Resort! However, Six Senses does have its merits, primarily its excellent service. Before check-in, they call to confirm, and after check-in, a butler contacts you, sending various reminders throughout your stay and assisting with booking complimentary services within the hotel. If anything is needed in the room, just ask, and it's delivered immediately. This aspect was quite satisfactory; the service can be said to be the best among all hotels in Qingcheng Mountain, and this alone lives up to the Six Senses brand. Also, the breakfast variety is quite rich and of good quality; the yogurt is homemade by the hotel, and the cherry tomatoes are homegrown. The only inconvenience is having to run up and down between floors in the restaurant to get food! To summarize, Six Senses is worth at most 1,000 yuan per night. Such a high room rate is simply overpriced and a rip-off. Staying there a second time would be a complete waste of money!

I'd always heard great things about Le Méridien Emei, and this time, choosing it over Hongzhushan was definitely the right decision – everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel's exterior, including the gardens, roads, lawns, and lake, was incredibly soothing and the scenery was stunning! Inside, the decor, art displays, and even the music playing were all so stylish and hit just the right note for me. The room was also very spacious, and all the facilities were quite new; just a minor suggestion to upgrade the showerhead. The shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap also had pleasant scents! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, with a wide and rich variety of high-quality dishes, not just something thrown together. Finally, the service deserves a huge shout-out. Every single staff member, no exaggeration, greeted us warmly. Whether it was the concierge at the door, the front desk staff, housekeepers, restaurant staff, or drivers, everyone's attitude was exceptionally good. They were incredibly patient in helping us with any issues or giving us information. Room service was also very responsive (the staff's lapel pins paired with their white suits looked great!). When I asked for a plaster, the staff even thoughtfully asked if I was injured to better assist me – truly commendatory attention to detail! Even when we unexpectedly decided to go to Jinding the next day, and it was already 3 PM, the hotel readily agreed to let us check out when we asked. They patiently explained how to get to Jinding, and later, when we couldn't go and rebooked, they even upgraded us to a lake-view room. You could really feel their 'people-first' approach and how incredibly thoughtful they were! They also provide pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station. We arrived very late at night, and even though the driver was off duty, the hotel specially arranged a Didi (ride-hailing service) for us, showing their thoroughness in every detail. For someone like me who tends to worry and be on edge about everything, Le Méridien helped me relax, as their service provided such a sense of security. I sincerely thank all the staff for giving us a truly wonderful and comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose Le Méridien every time I visit Emei from now on; it's truly worth it.

My stay in Chengdu was truly excellent this time; I absolutely have to give Chengdu Ben Hotel a five-star rating! ❤️ 📍 **Location is incredibly convenient** The hotel is right in the Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road area, making it super easy to go out for food, shopping, and buying things. For first-time visitors to Chengdu, this location is a huge plus. You barely spend any time traveling, and it's very convenient to go out for a stroll in the evening and come back. There are also plenty of dining options nearby; it's easy to find Chengdu hotpot, 'chuanchuan' (skewers), and various snacks. 🛎️ **Service is warm and thoughtful** From the moment I checked in, I felt the staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They were proactive in helping resolve any issues, not with a cold, 'standardized service,' but truly making you feel taken care of. For a hotel stay during travel, this is actually very important. The cleaning staff's service and attitude were much better than the front desk's. Highly commendable. 🛏️ **Comfortable room with complete facilities** The room was generally clean and tidy, and the space was more comfortable than I expected. The bedding was just the right firmness, and I slept very well at night. The in-room facilities seemed to anticipate guests' needs and were very convenient to use. The hygiene was also well-maintained, making for a comfortable overall experience during my stay. ✨ **Really liked the hotel's overall ambiance** This isn't one of those generic, uninspired hotel experiences. The overall design and details are quite thoughtful and have their own distinct style. It’s super close to the train station and staff initially offered an early check in to the hotel, however as I was rushing to the train station in the morning I left the luggages at the front desk and they assisted to store they were very accommodating. After a long day and walk I asked the front desk for recommendation and the guy wearing spectacles on night shift during my stay gave a very good recommendation for a massage that is 5 minutes away. They also offer in room massages but I didn’t opt for it.
