Hotéis Romantic em Shanghai, China

This trip to Shanghai was made perfect by an excellent hotel choice. As soon as we arrived, a bellhop practically ran to help us with our luggage and escorted us to check in. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. After check-in, hotel staff even helped take our bags to the room. On the way to the room, the service staff enthusiastically shared recommendations for local routes, delicious food, and fun things to do. Their service was incredibly thoughtful. Anytime they saw us, they'd greet us, offer directions, and help with any needs or problems. Plus, if you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room! The room itself was spacious with a large floor-to-ceiling window offering views of the Bund, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers). It was especially beautiful after the lights came on at night, creating a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's location is superb, a prime spot near the Bund. Suzhou Creek is right downstairs; you can just walk along it for about 10 minutes to reach the Bund. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is also very close, just three blocks straight ahead, about a five to six-minute walk. If you get hungry at night, Ningbo Road is just one traffic light away, offering many great restaurants. For anyone visiting Shanghai, I highly recommend this hotel. The service, environment, and location are all top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

Who knew?! Choosing the right hotel in Shanghai made my trip even more memorable than the attractions themselves! I stayed at The Blossom House Yu Garden for 2 nights, and from the moment I stepped in until I left, the surprises just kept coming~ ✅As soon as I arrived, a staff member proactively helped with my luggage, and I was greeted with smiles every time I entered or exited. They even discreetly upgraded my room during check-in – my goodwill towards them was instantly maximized! The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, bright, and full of thoughtful design – a bronze-yellow petal-shaped door, a budding flower elevator door, and even large floral decorations in the room. It felt like living in a flowing floral feast. Fresh fruit was provided daily for both nights of my stay, and the hot water for showers at night was super abundant. Coming back after a long day, it was incredibly therapeutic. 🍃Breakfast was a delightful blend of Chinese and Western cuisine! Freshly cooked scallion oil noodles with braised toppings, authentic Shanghai soup dumplings, and plenty of Western salads, desserts, and coffee. Sitting in the restaurant, I could even gaze at the Bund's 'Three Sisters' (Shanghai Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, Jin Mao Tower) plus the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from afar. Eating while enjoying the view was just too pleasant. 🪭The most amazing part was the evening! The hotel offered travel photography and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts. I chose the Yu Garden night tour, and the staff patiently explained the humanities and history along the way, which was far more interesting than just wandering around by myself~ The location is superb, too. The Bund, Yu Garden, and Chenghuang Temple are all within walking distance, so there's no need to rush when exploring, eating, and taking photos! 🎉There are many more details worth mentioning〰️ for example, the bathroom cups were clean and sparkling, the in-room fruit was fresh and juicy, and the mini-bar drinks were complimentary.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is ideally situated at the junction of Putuo and Jing'an districts, just a 5-minute walk from Changshou Road subway station (Lines 7 and 13). It's also very close to attractions like Jing'an Temple and Suzhou Creek, as well as major shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

Lots of stairs!! And our room is so fair away with carpet on the hallway. Hard for use the carry our heavy  luggage to our room. However, the hotel location is very convince. We love it. Definitely come back for this hotel. There are a lot of good restaurants at the back of the hotel, u should try. The cleaner is very nice. She came to make our bedroom bed everyday and bring the trash our and bring new towels.

Wonderful Pet-Friendly Stay Near the Airport I stayed at this hotel near the airport and had an amazing experience. The property is genuinely pet-friendly, which made traveling with my cat so much easier. The front desk staff Xiaohu were incredibly kind and helpful—I had just arrived and didn’t have a Chinese phone number yet, and she went out of her way to help me order cat litter. That small gesture made a huge difference. The room itself was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that it had a small private yard connected to it—it made the space feel peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. The location is also perfect for travelers, especially those needing quick access to the airport. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the executive lounge and is genuinely one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. The room was flawless, the staff despite the language barrier were incredibly lovely and kind and the view we had of the city was like no other. Breakfast was very nice and is a close distance to any of the major tourist attractions. We will certainly return back him when we come back to Shanghai!

The hotel is near to shopping places. Easy to get halal food. The staff are pleasant and friendly. Always willing to help. Rooms are clean and neat. Special shoutout to Shirley and Jessica who assisted us. Thanks

The Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai, a five-star luxury hotel under the European Kempinski Hotels group, is ideally situated in the heart of Shanghai's Pudong Lujiazui financial district, close to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. The hotel boasts excellent service from its front desk, rooms, and restaurants. The guest rooms are well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel also features a selection of Chinese and Western restaurants. The river-view rooms offer a fantastic perspective of the cruise terminal on the North Bund. With numerous dining options in the vicinity and convenient transportation, it's an ideal hotel for both leisure and business travelers.

Booked with a coupon for Pudong, which gave me a ¥100 discount. Great value for money, including a one-night stay, hot spring tickets for one adult and two children, and two breakfasts. It was for a family birthday, and they even gifted us an extra hot spring ticket and a breakfast that we originally had to pay for. The service attitude was excellent. With the cold weather, a hot spring soak was perfect! Thumbs up! 😄

The room is very spacious with a minimalist design and a large floor-to-ceiling window. It's clean and the location is excellent, right by the North Bund. It's also very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, just three subway stops away. The front desk was able to offer a late check-out and even gave me a small hand cream as a gift, which was perfect for my journey. Overall, everything was pretty good.
