Hotel from entrance, design, calmness, view that close to the beach and the staff are amazing, usually in china not alot of people speaks english but they are trying their best, the guy who did check in for us made a very nice birthday set up arrangement with his team, and Olivia a lady in reception she was super fantastic, she helped us a lot as she speaks very well english, she was our life saver, and she did check out also for us and she was super kind and gave us little gift ❤️, thank you everyone in Indigo, we had an amazing stay with you

整體來説，這個價位更多是在為景觀買單，但體驗感並沒有達到預期。加上季節關係，整體景色略顯灰濛，多少影響了入住氛圍。 在清潔與維護方面存在明顯不足： • 剛進入玄關就發現有一撮未清理乾淨的頭髮，第一印象不佳 • 房內地毯有較多明顯污漬，影響整體觀感 • 衞生間內發現疑似蟑螂，衞生情況有待加強 • 窗簾長度過長，自動系統無法完全閉合，需要手動調整，也影響美觀與便利性 • 提供的四個枕頭中，有三個帶有明顯的油味 另外，酒店為寵物友好型，室外會有流浪貓活動並主動討食。其中有一衹會嘗試進入房間，建議對這方面較介意的住客提前留意。 整體住下來，更多是景還可以，但體驗感沒有跟上價格。

The price was a steal, especially since it wasn't a holiday. It's super close to Mixc shopping mall, and the hotel lobby is quite stylish. It's about a ten-minute walk to Badaju, and overall, I'm very satisfied. The Morandi rooms feel much more spacious than other hotels, even though they list the same square footage, and the decor is lovely. The breakfast was pretty good too.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and from check-in to the end of my stay, everything was amazing. The 270-degree room was exactly what I wanted and more. The view was superb and honestly unforgettable. The birthday touches really made me feel special. I received a cake, fresh fruits, a lion mascot and even the bed sheets were decorated with a “Happy Birthday” message. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of Western options and the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely courteous throughout my stay. Special thanks to Nora, who checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. This hotel truly delivers luxury and a premium experience. If you’re visiting Qingdao, it’s an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.

Este lugar foi excepcional! O quarto era novo, moderno, limpo e a cama muito confortável. Havia uma barreira linguística (os funcionários não falavam inglês), mas a equipe se esforçou para ajudar de qualquer forma e ficou feliz em usar aplicativos de tradução para se comunicar. A localização fica bem na saída da cidade antiga e é muito conveniente. Todos os passes de cortesia anunciados com o quarto estavam disponíveis exatamente como anunciado. O café da manhã de cortesia foi entregue diretamente no meu quarto no horário que eu preferi e foi fantástico! Nunca tendo estado aqui antes, mal posso esperar para me hospedar aqui novamente no ano que vem!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

O hotel teve um sentimento exclusivo, com quartos localizados no piso superior, com excelentes vistas, mas o check-in estava no 51o andar, enquanto o nosso quarto estava no nível inferior. Isso significa que tivemos que mudar as elevações sempre que saímos ou regressámos, o que era um pouco inconveniente, especialmente porque viajamos com um membro de família idoso. Excellent stay with exceptional service. The front desk team (Liu Xin Ke, An Xu, and Li Yongxing) was warm, efficient, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and they consistently offered thoughtful assistance throughout my visit. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our trip truly enjoyable.
