É um raro hotel-castelo puramente europeu com uma localização muito boa, a poucos passos da Praça Xinghai. É muito conveniente para comer e viajar, e há carros especiais para buscá-lo na subida e descida da montanha. O quarto é muito grande. O quarto com vista para o mar fica de frente para a ponte que atravessa o mar e a vista é muito chocante. As instalações internas são um pouco antigas, mas no geral são boas. O serviço é acolhedor e atencioso. O lobby é magnífico e impressionante. Também há apresentações interativas para crianças à tarde. Há vários elevadores no saguão e é fácil se perder. A qualidade do café da manhã é média, exceto pelo preço alto, todo o resto é satisfatório.

I stayed here with a friend during our year-end trip to Dalian, and I couldn't have been happier with our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made our stay completely comfortable with no inconveniences whatsoever. I would definitely consider returning in the future. The breakfast was excellent, and the ocean view from our room was stunning!

The hotel next to Sk Bus Terminal is very convenient to travel, with a unique geographical location, and it is very close to Taiyuan Street, Zhongjie Street and the Forbidden City. The hotel is very well situated towards the top of a large tower, giving a lovely view of Dalian. It is a 15 minutes walk from Zhongshan subway station making it quite easy to get to, and there are a lot of shops, cafes, and bars in the surrounding area so no need to go too far to look for some entertainment and food.

AAnweidiqiuI came for the hot springs, but I ended up falling in love with the room!
✅ Room Highlights: The wabi-sabi style with natural wood really impressed me. The entire room had wood-grain flooring and light wood furniture, creating a consistent and soothing aesthetic. The suite layout was well-designed with clear divisions. The large sofa in the living room made me want to just lounge all day. The small minibar even had bottled water and a tea set, which were thoughtful touches.
✅ Hot Spring Experience: The outdoor hot spring environment was excellent. After a soak, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. In winter, returning to the warm room after a bath truly filled me with happiness.
✅ Bonus Points: The hygiene was impeccable. The marble bathroom area was clean and fresh, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
The overall experience was superb. It's the kind of resort where you never want to leave. I've already recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserAs expected from a Marriott property, the One Castle Hotel truly showcases its sophisticated style. The amenities are excellent, with the pool and fitness areas well-maintained. The staff are professional and polite, handling all requests efficiently. I was very satisfied with both the dining and accommodation experience. The environment is elegant and the scenery beautiful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

The bedding was clean and neatly arranged, and the overall hygiene was excellent and very thorough. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the subway station, and Zhongshan Square is within walking distance, making it perfect for sightseeing and photos. Delancy was incredibly thoughtful; at checkout, she gave me a small gift as a souvenir, which I really appreciated. She also genuinely inquired about my stay, showing a real interest in my experience, making me feel like family. I will definitely choose to stay at Shangri-La Hotel again.

GGuest UserI recently visited Dalian, and the scenery here is absolutely beautiful. There were so many seagulls flying by the sea, and they weren't afraid of people at all; we even fed them sausages. Xinghai Square was bustling with people taking a stroll, and the weather was fantastic, perfect for a walk. The hotel was very clean, and the ambiance was quite unique. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. If I ever get the chance to visit Dalian again, I'll definitely stay here.

MM655482****This hotel is a hidden gem! It's spacious, immaculate, and boasts both style and substance. The elevator requires a key card for access, which adds a great layer of privacy. The room itself features a sleek, sophisticated design, and the voice-controlled lighting and curtains are incredibly convenient. The bedding is high-thread-count cotton, and they even offer a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom amenities are essential oil-based with a wonderfully healing citrus scent. In the common areas, there's complimentary freshly ground coffee and fruit tea – perfect for a refreshing pick-me-up after a day out. Every detail here shows thoughtfulness. I posted pictures, and everyone was asking for the link! Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality.

OOlga_CheUnfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

GGuest UserWe chose the Hilton Jinshitan for our kids' spring break, and the location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to Discoveryland, and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beach. If you prefer to stay put, there's plenty of sand for digging right by the hotel. The hotel's own playground and pool kept the kids entertained for hours. It's a great choice for a relaxing, slow-paced vacation.

Bblue_sky_1949The hotel's location is excellent. To the right, you'll find Sun Asia Ocean World, and about a kilometer further is Heishijiao, perfect for beachcombing. To the left are Xinghai Bay and Xinghai Square, both with very clear water. We stayed in a sea-view room, and opening the window the next morning revealed a breathtaking ocean view. You can take an early morning stroll or run along the beach. The elevator system is unique; you have to select your floor outside before entering, which kids found entertaining, but adults might lose patience with. One minor flaw is that the shower only has an overhead fixture and no handheld sprayer, which wasn't ideal for children.

Hhrk0410I visited with my children for a hot spring trip. It was very cold outside, but as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it felt incredibly warm.
Ms. LIA was truly wonderful. She arranged a comfortable, child-friendly room for us and promptly delivered all the necessities we requested.
Since it was our first time here and we weren't familiar with the area, she also recommended some fantastic restaurants near Gastein, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
The hot springs were so relaxing and warming, and the breakfast was excellent too.
This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again. Thank you so much!
